✓ LifelessThe one piano you get is lifeless. Takes you back decades to early sampling. Yes a single note might sound like a piano key pressed down but it doesn't sound like a piano key being played. If you have GarageBand then there is no need to have this - unless you like pop-ups interrupting your playing asking you to try other apps..NiceornaffVersion: 1.1.1

✓ Pretty goodThe pianos are good, but would be much better if they didn't sound as compressed (or have a compression setting that allows the piano to be heard naturally without the thuddy sound). Would be nice to have the screen be velocity sensitive by how hard you play, rather than where you hit the key (see WI Orchestra app)..PlayelVersion: 1.1.1

✓ Polyphony issueGreat sound , velocity pretty good but not comparable to Ivory pianos and the polyphony cuts out on my iPhone 6s using sustain I counted octave bass and 8 chords of 4 notes If your an advanced pianist it's not viable ,dependant on what you are playing and sustain pedal use Overall it's a pretty good piano app for general use but not for advanced players.Dodge NottsVersion: 1.2.4

✓ ?Sounds great. Only five octaves and one piano in the free app. I have irig keys and the free igrand has better sound. Now to decide if its worth the extra $20 which does not give you all the sounds. ✓ Licensing iPad/iPhone?!?I was excited to download this app for the iPad weeks ago being a keyboard player and big fan of SampleTank. This app has truly awesome samples and an interface that I have shown off to many impressed friends. I downloaded (on the iPad) the full version and purchased all keyboards (forty dollar investment) BUT UNFORTUNATELY can not share this licensing with the new iPhone version. I spoke with customer service and they promptly explained that this was due to differing software architecture required for the two devices. I do find this curious as SampleTank plays so nicely on all iOS devices under 1 license. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this app. Lack of 5 stars is solely due to this licensing issue..Gryph8sVersion: 1.0

✓ ?Doesn't make sense it said half price but I got half of product . I had 3 pianos due that I bought irig pro so I bought the special now I have a total of 9 which means I got an extra 6, not what was specified . I want what I paid for nothing more nothing less. Ikmtimedia main office is in sunrise fl and I work right across the street from IK I'll nicely walk in and ask to get what I paid for or my money back. The product itself is is good but I'm not happy . It's a 5 star product but I'm gonna give them 3 stars just cause I feel like I got ripped off..Sm096Version: 1.2.4

✓ Good sound- has bugsThe piano sound is incredible. The record feature is lacking greatly. When trying to export a recording most of the time it saves a file with no sound. Frustrating! I go back to the app and nothing works, no sound in the app. I delete and reinstall. Starts off fine then after several tries, the same issue occurs. I'm having the same problem on iPhone and iPad. Have deleted app and reinstalled. Sound starts off fine then it's fuzzy. Then recording sound is too low. Then no sound at all. It's the same repeated cycle. ✓ Sounds good, really needs keyboardI downloaded the iPhone version. The sound is good, pretty convincing to my ears. The sample songs demonstrated a lot of nuance -- both delicacy and power, depending on how the notes were played. If I had an external keyboard I would probably like it a lot. The on-screen keyboard, though, isn't really practical. 2/3 of the screen is taken up by pretty pictures of instruments or control knobs, leaving 1/3 of it for keys. For some reason, hitting the top half of the key doesn't work -- a shaded overlay displays and no note sounds. Key volume is controlled by where you touch -- further "down" on the screen is louder. That's a nice idea as a way to give some expression. The problem is that the black keys are shorter! This means that you can't play them as loud as the white keys. Try to move upwards to balance them out and you rapidly run into the shaded bar that prevents the top half of the keys from playing. I don't play enough piano to justify buying the keyboard. If I did, I'd probably like this app. With the onscreen keyboard, though, I will probably not use it a lot. If you like the sound of a good piano, it's worth downloading to make your own decision..FivearrowsVersion: 1.0

✓ Stupid advertsSo I bought the in app purchase to unlock the full pianos. Every time you open the app you get at least 2 annoying pop ups for other products which you have to cancel before you can continue playing. You shouldn't get this when you have paid for a product. 5 stars if this gets sorted.Alan98765Version: 1.1.1

✓ Cannot restore IAP..I used to have this app on my old device and I had paid for the full version upgrade, but now I’m not able to restore that purchase anymore and I’m stuck with the demo version.. The app itself is great and the many different piano samples sound awesome, also totally love the ability to record within the app, but I’m leaving a 1 star review for now because I’m angry that I cannot use what I had paid for.. ✓ Well...I have an ipad and the ipad version sounds great but the keys are a bit narrow for fooling around on the ipad. So I downloaded this and the keys are wider but while it is the same piano the sound on the iphone version is inferior. Don’t bother buying a iRig Pro keyboard to play this - the velocity sensitivity is quite dodgy. There are much better keyboards out there for a similar price..Retsu88Version: 1.2.4

✓ Not Happy with upgrade from free appIt’s great app. However, I downloaded this app years ago, and upgraded thru in app purchases to the full app. Over the years of changing to newer iOS devices, I am only getting a few of the pianos. I thought the developers would allow the free app to be a full app by purchasing their upgrades. However, this is not the case.
