✓ Ok for FreeApp is ok for free, but has run time error that has never been fixed YET. It likes to randomly start rolling rapidly, taking it's own turn, but not giving you time to take your turn. It can skip all your turns in the blink of an eye..Version: 3.3

✓ RubbishLooks good, plays lots of versions, but basically it cheats! There's no fun playing if it stops being a game of skill and ends up being a competition against loaded dice. Just played a game: the iPad got 7 doubles in a row. Whenever it's losing it rolls itself a double 6. Load of junk. Don't buy. Perhaps the designers should learn to program a good challenging game rather than reverting to cheating loaded dice when gettting beaten. I'm still 29-3 up, but sloppy, lazy programming like this just p*sses me off. Don't buy, buy something else, or hit your head repeatedly against a brick wall. ✓ Backgammon HDGenerally, I enjoy the game very much. However, there are a couple of distracting bugs. I would say that 9 times out of 10, when the dies are rolled, the house wins, and starts first. Not exactly random throws. A real bummer is when you throw doubles at the end and you can clear all of your tiles but don't require the full throw to clear the board for a win. ✓ Can be frustrating!Overall it's not bad. It does seem to roll the dice more fairly than a lot of backgammon games, but........not always. The opening roll seems to go on until the computer player gets what they want for its opening move. I have played up to 20 games in a day and only got credit for about half. It gets confused sometimes if you remove all of your pieces on a set of doubles, but don't use all of the roll. It locks up now and then if you roll and can only move one piece. It works when it can only move once, but locks up every time it happens to me. After I won a lot of games it also started getting sets of large doubles towards the end to try to catch up. Sometimes it works. It's a good game to start with to get the basics down, but not the highest quality version, but at least it was free!.Version: 2.3
