✓ Awful so disappointed , A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIMEThe app is not at all what I expected, Has no options to set quilt sizing or shape. Limited to square blocks, so disappointed, would never recommend this app, and what a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY,,,, ONCE AGAIN ... the app delivered nothing of value,, Forced to use graph Paper again, not to mention i just wasted $20.99 ..Version: 1.46
✓ Need more options for customizationGreat app, and I love that I can design custom blocks, but we need more options for editing within that. For starters, we need different shapes, or to be able to draw completely custom shapes. Hexagons would go a long way! Also need more triangle sizes and options, filling out the grid instead of having to overlap which of course the app doesn’t like and it makes the design harder to see. I wanted to completely design custom quilts and while this is good for fitting the blocks together, I find myself having to just sketch my block design out on paper because I can’t capture enough detail on this app..Version: 1.46
✓ Very disappointedFor $15 I expect a lot more. No hexagon or half hexagon in the templates, and I see no way to make a half hexagon to scale. I also see no way to duplicate or group shapes when you are making a block, which is just stupid. There should be a way to import blocks or shapes, it would be good if they at least had all the shapes that Accuquilt and Sizzix have, then I would love this app. As it stands now I threw $15 bucks down the toilet..Version: 1.22
✓ Photo quiltsFound this section difficult to use. The limitations on size made me go back to the graph paper. The written instructions did not tell me if I was doing the whole quilt or one of the four parts it divided my image into. I could not get the sizing to reflect the size I wanted. Found the width and length orientation confusing..Version: 1.21
✓ Lost all my designsI upgraded my iPad and once all was restored I lost all of my fabric I had saved, all my quilt designs, and blocks. The only thing I have is the original fabric they give you.I have restored this from iTunes twice for my last two iPads and had no problem. Guess I need to look for a new app..Version: 1.46
✓ Needs fixes...... Keeps crashing after adding fabric to stash so have to keep going back in to the app. Also won't save some of my blocks that I design if they are too similar to library blocks. Bit annoying. Otherwise would get 5*.Version: 1.41
✓ Great toolI love playing with this, my only complaint is I can’t work out how to do a log cabin pattern /design. It only works with blocks, I want to be able to do log cabin with growing log shapes. Otherwise it’s fantastic. Works perfectly..Version: 1.46

✓ Where is the support?I thought for a while before purchasing this app, I could buy more fabric instead right? It is a good idea but there are some really annoying problems which could easily be fixed. When you are designing a quilt and make a mistake you can only delete the whole lay-out rather than just your last selection. There are others which you will no doubt discover. I sent a message to the customer support regarding these and some crashing issues but did not get a reply. It really needs an update - customer service please reply to your customers rather than just taking the money..Version: 1.41
✓ DisappointingWish I hadn't bothered. Fine for designing blocks based on squares, as this is what the design grid is; but there does not seem to be a facility for drafting any block based on triangles or hexagons that uses a triangular grid..Version: 1.46
✓ BeeI have played on this lots, it has been a lot of fun, but lately it has developed a couple glitches. Won’t allow me to take a photo to add fabric, and when you want to add more rows to an existing quilt, it goes nuts and takes rows away. 🤯 Would love to see these fixed 😊.Version: 1.46
✓ Zero supportI’ve been trying for several months to get my quilts from this app on my old iPad to this app on my new one. I like the app, even with the limitations is has, to design with. NOW, I’ve lost over two years worth of designing because they couldn’t be moved and the app support stinks, making NO contact or effort to help is NOT ok. I’ve rated this 3 stars before, now down to 1. Very Sad indeed..Version: 1.46
✓ Needs improvementI wanted to like this app, but there are just too many issues that make using it cumbersome. For one, when you take a picture of a fabric to add to your stash and then try to add it to a block, it blows up the fabric so the print proportions are way out of whack. So it doesn’t really give an accurate representation of what it will look like and how the patterns look together. There’s no way to edit the fabric size. Also just adding fabrics is difficult. You are required to title each one before it will save. I wish they would just add a simple color pallet so we could just color in the blocks rather than mess around with pictures of fabric that don’t even go into the blocks correctly..Version: 1.46
✓ Too LimitingI was excited to use this app, it’s easy to learn and has great POTENTIAL! Be that as it may, it has a lot of limitations that are totally frustrating. It is very limited in it’s design unless you want straightforward traditional quilt design, but if you want something unique, the app isn’t there. It limits you to one border. When selecting blocks, you see ALL of the blocks you have made, even if you only want to see a select few. The only way to get rid of “seeing” all the blocks is if you delete them, but to delete them you also have to delete all the quilts that use the block. I’ve written the developer a couple of times, but I doubt they will ever make the changes, so I do not recommend getting this app at this time. It’s kind of a dead end, such a shame..Version: 1.46
✓ HELP!!Don't really like this. simple enough to us (although I had problems because I complicated it myself)' but I don't like the puce blocks and they don't have their name on them. Similarly, I don't see much use in putting all my fabrics on the app. I think that's a bit of a gimmick. I did quite like putting the blocks together, and using the feature which translates photos into blocks could be useful. But - limited use and there are better apps around for less money..Version: 1.1
✓ Beware! No backup to cloud or local. Support crappy.I gave this program a 2 star because of certain missing items. I contacted the developer but he never deigned to write back to me. 1. There is no way to back up all the many hours I spent inputting my fabrics and designers. So, when I get a new phone, it will all be lost. Major problem. I want data, not a picture of my design. 2. You can’t make a rectangle, so you can’t see a narrow border. 3. The fabrics can’t be organized into folders, so every fabric entered will show up in the fabric wheel. Just TOO many to handle and I can’t see all fabrics in a specific line in a convenient way. I could have hundreds in my wheel. You also can’t see a fabric name in the wheel. 4. The features that are there are great. 5. Very expensive for the major drawbacks..Version: 1.46

✓ Nice for simple quiltsI’m making a simple 3x4 block quilt and this is better than using my imagination to figure what fabrics to use for sashing etc. My major concerns are: 1) you can’t change the size of the border, if you choose to have a border it just creates a border that is “proportional” to the rest of the quilt. 2) you can’t specify a width for sashing, you have to eyeball a slider and then go to the window that calculates yardage to see what width that corresponds to. 3)I can’t see a way to copy a quilt design so I can try out different versions of the same quilt with different fabrics. 4) I’m concerned about some of the reviews that say people have lost their designs and fabric stashes when upgrading their iPad. So, is a limited app, but for $15 (compared to $250 for EQ8) it’s a quick way to audition fabrics. I wouldn’t trust it as a database of my fabric stash or designs tho..Version: 1.46
✓ So far it's okay, but importing charms takes forever.I'm currently importing all of my own fabric (use fluorescent lighting for truer colors) and I REALLY want to start designing, but I have so many charm packs and jelly rolls! I would love a feature that would allow me to search for the manufacturer/ name of pack and then it would automatically import the correct photos of fabric from the charm packs, jelly rolls and layer cakes..Version: 1.46
✓ Doesn’t work too wellGood idea but execution is lacking. Just created a block, all pieces are filled in, but it won’t save. Frustrating. It says the block isn’t finished. You can’t adjust the size of your fabrics to show more of the design in a piece. You can’t overlap pieces when creating a block so curves are really hard to do (example the Cathedral Window design). Adding things like copy and paste when creating blocks would be good. Can’t seem to edit a block once you create it. Would be helpful when you’re designing a block that when you touch a spot on the block if the selection wheel would go around to the fabric. Idea : Save your fabric swatches you plan to use in a particular quilt by that quilt name so you can pull them up all together; this would help you avoid having to search for a specific fabric..Version: 1.46
✓ ObsoleteStarted out loving this app. Have had for several years. But devs have done nothing with it and have never responded to any requests or concerns. Last straw was when my old iPad was damaged and even though this app was downloaded to new iPad from the cloud, all my data was gone. Blocks, quilts, and 100s of fabrics that took me weeks to add. ✓ Keeps crashingI really want to love this app—the UI is well designed, I love the range of features, and as a beginning quilter it seems incredibly user-friendly. The problem is, it keeps crashing whenever I try to save anything! I can’t make any of my own blocks or quilts because the app closes whenever I press “done.” If anyone can help me troubleshoot this, please let me know—I really want to leave a good review..Version: 1.46
