✓ Kaiser and FSA accountsKaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator. ✓ ProblematicThis app is awful. It constantly forgets the Touch ID option, so I have to reset that Every. Single. Time. Or it will tell me that my password, which I know is correct, is wrong and I have to go through the password reset process AGAIN. If you do manage to log in, it’s extremely basic.
