✓ Does what is says it will do and worth the paid priceI’ve only used this to count BPM for exercise so can’t comment on full use for music practice - however it works perfectly. A great feature is that it keeps running as a background task, so you can hear the beat while doing other things. Don’t complain about “free apps”, you should only expect to get a feel for the app in the free version, enough to make you want to pay for the real one. I paid for the app - it’s cheaper than a real device and it’s more portable.Version: 3.7

✓ Great for travelWhen at home i always use my traditional wind up metronome, partially because I’m old fashioned, but mainly because the romantic in me feels that there is just something harmonious about practicing with an old 20th century metronome. That said, when touring I typically leave the old clunker at home and then turn to this metronome app for my daily practice runs. ✓ BrilliantAs a teacher, this is perfect for my students to download. During CV19 it’s a great app to help everyone learn to keep in time and it’s just like the real pyramid model you can buy with adjustable beats in the bar and speeds. I only wish there was an 8 in the speeds but for some reason, it skips that number. On occasions for slow practise, it’s useful to count 8 quavers in a bar as opposed to 4 crotchets..Version: 3.5.1
