✓ MUST DO BETTER.....!DJI. I have 6 A2 systems fitted in various aircraft for industrial survey. Your ground control system no longer works on the latest version of Apple OS. ✓ Sim modeAfter waiting for a long time for the app update, sim mode still does not work. I think sim mode should be completely removed from the ipad app as it just does not work properly at all, it is impossible to even land, it is very off putting and i have now lost faith in way point real flight due to the the faulty sim mode. Setting way points is far too complicated to learn with real flight, and due to sim mode not working there is no way to practice, so i am reluctantly selling my datalink and wkm at a great loss of funds..Version: 1.4.58

✓ Great start, needs some cleanupThe graphical interface is nicely polished, sort of surprising after using the PC ground station. Alas, a handful of bugs and UX issues make me nervous to fly with it. In the hour or so I used it, it crashed twice (the app, not my copter .. simulator mode thank geezus) and suffered from a random bluetooth connection forcing me to relaunch the app. Failsafe behavior could be clearer, especially if the app has a habit of crashing. Joystick mode should show the useful flight gauges (altitude, heading, etc). Also, you're unable to zoom/move the map in this mode. Instead, pinching the map will reposition and control the joysticks per your touch. Glad I wasn't in the air to figure that out. Nice looking app with a plenty of promise… please keep at it!.Version: 1.3.56

✓ DJI Get it sorted!!!Spoke to a DJI support agent who's reply was iOS 9 is very new, the app hasn't been shown any love in a long time! iOS 9 is available to developers along time before public release. The fact the DJI Go app works on iOS 9 shows DJI knows how to make things work on iOS 9. It is only two depreciated Bluetooth library's that are causing the crash, and there is a replacement for developers to use. ✓ Superb ... WELL IT USED TO BEObviously you need the hardware to fully test the software but now having set it all up it works seamlessly just make sure you have upgraded all your firmware versions and have read the manual from start to finish. The app itself is very comprehensive and so far I haven't come across any 'wants' or problems. Although it covers a lot of different options and settings it is very intuitive and fairly easy to get to grips with although I would suggest testing the app and getting used to and familiar with what each part does before you upload a flight. UPDATE. This whole setup is now rendered completely useless unless your travelling outside of what DJI perceives to be a no fly zone. I used to be able to fly near my home in a field used for rc now I can't use this hardware or software. Please DJI give us the option of over riding this stupid function or refund all of our money. Then again expecting any sort of response from DJI ...ummmm be quicker to get a flight to china . Completely ruined thanks !!!!! Where they have got the info on for the zones and the distance far over does the recommendations so why they would do this is beyond me ... I use the Ground station app frequently and see that there are a number of reports of it still not working, with no word from DJI. I have zero confidence in DJI so have just cancelled my order for the Inspire because it is reliant on the app to work and have concerns if the Inspire app stops working. ✓ UselessPrior to the latest update I was very happy with the groundstation mounted on my DJI F550 hex. With the latest update I am now unable to use my hardware because DJI, not the official aeronautical body in the UK, have decided I live within a no-fly zone and consequently I'm unable to set any waypoints or a home point within a five mile radius of my regional airport. I am disabled and to travel outside of this UNOFFICIAL no-fly zone would be to attempt the mission impossible. ✓ Almost there but...This is a great app for use with the Phantom 2 as long as you have the data link. That being said, it needs these improvements in my opinion to make this a 5 star rating: - altitude is based on where the copter takes off from (not true altitude). There should be an additional display for true altitude and altitude from takeoff - when creating way points, you can only pinch-zoom in to a certain level BUT not close enough to provide the level of detail to make a great flight plan. You need to make it so you can zoom in further! - add the ability to design your flight plan online (where you can zoom in further) and upload it to your Ground Station App. Way point planning takes time. And it would be nice to be able to save your previous work somehow..Version: 1.4.58
✓ Very Disappointed vision 2+ OwnerI purchased dji vision 2 + after researching what apps would be available to utilize with it. I personally believe marketing is false advertising, yes it has ground control function built into dji app, but does not work with this ipad ground station app, or the pc version, which have considerably more functionality than what was delivered for the iPhone. The iPad and pc version, has a larger screen, and is better suited to autonomous flight. Since ground control is already built into the hone apps, this surely couldn't require much work to allow it to function with the new phantom..Version: 1.4.59
