Unfortunately there seems to be a glitch at the moment when every few seconds the app game screen seems to flicker and all my staff looks tired when they are not, a window pops up to say Event has ended, and I have no people on the street to charm or find the bookworm for the current event. ✓ Love it ! But...I'm changing my review after I've had time to play for a bit. I absolutely love this game. It's one of the best restaurant games out there. HOWEVER, there are some major issues that really should be changed. (1) They make it unnecessarily complicated to create a LINE account. It took me forever to figure out which separate (!) app to use (it's called LINE by the way, not Line Play and not Line for iPad), AND you have to have a phone number to create the LINE account. Who was the genius who decided that no one using a wifi-only device should play this game?? You've lost about 50% of your player base right there. (2) Specific friends are very hard to add (random is easy). You have to go through LINE to do it, which is kind of ridiculous. I see that LINE wants to boost its popularity, but it is doing so at the expense of this game. (3) And perhaps the biggest issue of all: you can't talk to your neighbours in game... This is going to turn off a lot of players. You can't even invite them to LINE from the game so that you can talk to them, i.e. you have to know the person outside of game in order to ever talk to them.... This is the biggest issue and I urge the game developers to change this..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Best Shop Simulation GameI have been playing this game for almost ten years, and it is still my favorite management simulation game. The thought put into the NPC interactions is the best I’ve seen. There are so many drink and decoration options. The game can be as hands on or hands off as you want depending on your play style. ✓ Cute game has some flawsI think this game is a bit outdated and needs better chat dialogue. The English doesn’t make sense all the times especially when you are trying to convince other to go to your cafe. I love all the cute decorations and items. The customization is just great but I’m sad because a lot of it is overpriced with the cash. The cash costs real life money to get and it’s just too much in my opinion. ✓ My favorite gaming app!I've played this game on and off for years. I've never had any problems with it. I also love how it's connected to my LINE account, so if I delete the app or get a new phone, I can reinstall the app and won't lose my progress. It's so cute and addicting. It's like you're running a cafe: you buy the cafe and eventually other branches, expand, learn how to make coffee and food, roast coffee beans, buy furniture and decorations, have regular customers, and visit other players' cafes. They have additional events where, if you complete certain tasks, you get free items, like coffee beans, gold coins, cash, or furniture. It's not required to use real money for the game! First, the positives: - The game is generous with giving out cash if you play long enough, and with giving non-paying players plenty of options and freedom - It's addictive, creative with designs (maybe not character designs - those look just like Maplestory's LOL), and utilizes social cooperation well - It runs fun and rewarding events, and you never run out of quests to do Now the negatives: - As you can tell by the other reviews here, it often crashes at startup; if this happens, hold the power button until the screen comes on to turn off your iPhone or iPad, then press and hold the Home button for a few seconds until the app resets. If the problem persists, turn the system off and on again. - The English translations are somewhat lacking in quality (grammar/spelling, outdated pop culture references, generally awkward interactions), but this adds to the charm of the game once you get used to it - Pets are extremely difficult to take of even if you play every few hours--they need to patch them to make them less needy for more casual players.Version: 1.1.5

✓ AddictingIt's really fun and when you start it gives you some rewards for your leveling up. Later as you level up more the exp requirement bar gets larger but it gives u plenty of quests that give you exp and achievements rewards. ✓ Lost 8 years of progress with new iPhone 12 but same LINE account..I’ve been playing this game on and off for the past 8 years. Got a new phone and logged into the same LINE account but lost all my progress in this game even though it was linked to my LINE account.. This wasn’t a problem when I got new devices before (iPhone 6 to 8 didn’t have this problem). Only a problem when I got iPhone 12. Pretty devastated to lose 8 years worth of progress :( no way to get back everything I slowly accumulated in the game. Loved this game otherwise...Version: 1.1.5

✓ Minor Details!I understand that everyone is saying “it takes too long”, “the pets are always sick!”, “ALL IT DOES IS CRASH!” All of these are true but the game is so addicting!
