✓ Added stress before the exam.I see this app as having huge potential at helping someone before doing there exam, there are however some issue. First of, what I liked about the app is that is provided context to the right and wrong answers after each question. That was however until one of the answers were vague at best and I looked up the content in the pmbok and realized the answer was taken out of context. As such I started wondering if that was the case for more questions and I no longer fully trusted what I read. While helpful as it referred to the page number in pmbok, it became a bit of an inconvenience. Second issue is related to the stability, or lack of such, of the app. Loss of history and slow loading of data caused irritation. In the week leading up to the exam I stopped using the app as l “could not be bothered” On the upside, the support team was quick at responding..Version: 6.7
✓ 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Zero stars. Six major red flags for privacy, shady business practices. 1. This app version is no longer supported. 2. The new app version isn’t available on the iTunes/App store, any official/approved Apple app download area. 3. When you download this version you won’t be able to use the app. 4. You’ll only see a pop-up that tells you to install the newest version and links you to an external site that’s NOT APPLE, but is meant to look like an Apple website. 5. The developer hasn’t reported their privacy practices to Apple, presumably because this app is basically just tracking malware that sells all your data. 6. Given red flags 1-5, it’s also safe to assume the reason this PMP prep has more five-star reviews than any other is because they’re making enough money selling user data to pay for more fake reviews than any other app. HARD PASS, AND APPLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS SKETCHY APP FROM THE ITUNES STORE..Version: 6.7.9
✓ Loved this app at first but it has become super slow and buggyI used this app multiple times a day and live how easy it was to run through prep questions. But for the past 3-4 months it takes forever to load questions, the app constantly freezes and you have to close out and relaunch it. Definitely too frustrating to use at this point. I hope to see an update soon that fixes the issues. For now, it's best to use their website when you can..Version: 6.7

✓ Refresh? Everyday?While I enjoy the question of the day, trying to take an exam takes a long time to get questions. The app hangs and I get a pop up box saying can’t load questions. Options are to hit OK or refresh. I used the pocket prep a year ago for the CAPM exam. I did not experience these hang ups or issues. It worked well..Version: 6.5.7
✓ No longer relevantThis app may have worked for previous versions of the PMP exam, but anything now is not useful. The questions do not match the exam and if you look closely, the 100% money-back guarantee is only if you meet certain criteria. You have to have answered all questions and you have to have maintained an 80% or above average within 30 days of your exam. I was doing well until a few weeks after my purchase when the app completely deleted my progress and logged me out. I was so angry, it takes a while to answer all 800 q’s. After that, I abandoned it and don’t recommend you spend a dime..Version: 6.7.3

✓ Great until game time!It WAS a great app until I started making serious progress. Now it’s the week of my exam and I can’t pull up my Exam Readiness. It was crashing and eventually bring up my stats. As soon as I answered all 800 questions, Exam Readiness is impossible to view. Crashes the app every time. Support team recommended resetting my progress. Not until after the exam! I’m not the only one to complain about this. There’s even someone who seems to have some knowledge on app development who gave you the answer to fixing your app in the reviews. Still nothing!.Version: 6.7
✓ Crashes, serious lag and bad customer service.The app crashes all the time. The worse thing is it reset itself from time to time and wipe your progress. It also keep asking you to sign up, but crash when you do. The customer service was not helpful at all. I mean I love the app’s content, that’s why I subscribed it. ✓ Update was not helpfulI am currently studying for PMP and I absolutely loved this app. It would tell me exactly what areas of the test I needed improvement (by knowledge area) in based on my 10 question practice exam results. Aside from practice questions, knowing which knowledge areas I need to improve on provides the best benefit and was the main reason I purchased app. With the update, the app no longer gives you your practice exam results by knowledge area. Now, they give it to you based on 3 categories: “people”, “processes” and “business environment”. How are you supposed to know what specific sections you need to improve on?! I will change my rating once they revert back to providing your exam results by knowledge area..Version: 6.7.9
✓ Frustrating to useThis App freezes and has to be restarted multiple times when I am using it. Going to “Exam Readiness” regularly freezes the App; as does tilting my iPad while using it. The questions and tools are great but the App’s lack of stability makes it frustrating to use. I passed my exam with “Above Target” across the board and I’m sure this App helped contribute to that. The exams and tools were easy to use and convenient; when they worked. Unfortunately the App began crashing so often leading up to my exam that I stopped bothering to use it..Version: 6.7
✓ Free version is iffyI have no issue with a company putting “less” effort into the free version of an app. I do take issue with the apparent lack of consideration given to user efficiencies. Half of the functions can’t be found by intuition alone, instead it takes trial and error. ✓ IOS 9 is kaput. Will not run.Bought app early Feb 2018 and it ran fine on my iPad running iOS 9 as advertised. Developer updated app on Feb 23rd 2018 and now it only works primarily with iOS 10 or higher and they admitted knowing it would no longer be reliable for iOS 9 devices. App summary still says supports iOS 9 even today. They blamed me for running a 3 year old device. We should not reward developers who cannot respect the investment customers make in them. This app cost $40 and worked for just a few weeks. They offered no other remedies but the usual delete and reinstall which did nothing. Save your money. Mine is lost..Version: 6.5.1
✓ UpdateVery laggy and has to be force closed often on iOS 11.2. Lots of bugs make it difficult to see relevant data that disappears at random. For example, I often have to enter, exit and close, then re-enter the app just to see my individual metrics or get the question of the day. It freezes occasionally. Here are often long pauses between requested action and action. Sometimes, the “loading” circle will just go around and around for as long as you allow it (by not force-closing). Clearly there are some glitches that still need to be worked out. Still a great product with few to no accuracy issues. Definitely one of the best on the market for mobility as well as value. I would recommend it to any and all, just hope they get rid of these small glitches that are frustrating and waste valuable time..Version: 6.4
✓ Great but slowGood content and explanations but the amount of time that the app takes to load drives me insane. I’ve used the app a lot and it continues to slow down the more you use it. It now takes well over a min to load on a fast internet connection on a iPhone 7s. If I had a choice I may choose a different app than going with this one again..Version: 6.5.3
✓ Disappointed by poor performanceThe concept of this app is great, and it’s wonderful when it works, but I have had many issues with the latest version churning for several minutes or crashing altogether. This is not what I want to encounter when I’m preparing for the PMP, as I’m already stressed enough without worry about a buggy study aid. ✓ Discontinued and Cut Full AccessI bought the “Ultimate” version of this (which confers complete access) and it seemed to work fine until they discontinued this version and changed to to subscription in their new app. What did they do? Cut functionality of this “old” app so it only shows like 4 of 15 chapters to test. I paid for the app, the software company could’ve at least left it as is, but no they don’t care about integrity - they just want new purchases. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known it would have such a short shelf life..Version: 6.7.9
