✓ Scam and shameless companyI used it for 3 months while I was working in China and payed month to month service, never signed up for autopay, and once I came back to Europe and stopped using it I stopped paying for it,and double checked before deleting the app that the autopay is not on...and it wasn’t since I never signed up for it. I deleted the app and year after I realized I’ve been charged on my account every month for a full year for their service since I somehow “signed up” for autopay...I contacted customer service and they responded they will refund just last 3 months since they see I was signed up for autopay...I explained that I never signed up for autopay and that they can see in their system that I haven’t been using the app for a full year and that it was deleted and they never responded to me. However after several weeks I encountered a problem. Every time I tried to access I received the message that my account had expired in February 2018.
