YgrygacBrilliant app, really using all the time, works perfectly without wifi, helps with my diet!! Highly recommended!!.Version: 2.4

Good AppI am primarily interested in glycemic load, and the app does a good job there. 5 stars will require some name brands to be listed in the database, in addition to the generic foods..Version: 1.7

Probably the best nutrition app out thereI’ve been looking for an app that does nutrition well and this one has it all. It has all the useful information you could want—including glycemic load, omega 3 and 6 ratios. Great filtering of items. A useful knowledge base and up to date with the latest thinking on health and nutrition. All I want is information about the foods I want it eat. I don’t want to fill in countless screens to get started. I know what I need to do and I just need a little more information on the food I eat. The free app gives you basic information and you get a feel for how it works and what information you can get from the pro version. For me it was a no brainier—less than £6 for an app that seems like it is regularly updated is great value and has all the features I need to get started quickly..Version: 3.0

App is helpful planning ones diet. The app will give a dizzying list of information about all the foods in its database. It allows one to create and evaluate recipes and evaluate the recipe based on all the information. Emphasis is on foods that could be ingredients in a recipe. I wish it allowed copying ones recipes and revising the copy. I wish that there was an Android version, too..Version: 3.4

No way to add ingredients?I like that recipes can be programmed in, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to add “unusual” ingredients and their nutritional data. For example, there are no listings for reduced-fat or fat-free Greek yogurt, which are very popular in the US..Version: 2.4

I am blown away!As somebody who has diabetes, and wants to live a low glycemic life…this is essential. Being able to use a few more measures would be great, but sure, I can do some of the entries by weight. THANK YOU!.Version: 2.8

EssentialExcellent app. I was looking for something like this for a while. Any one serious about nutrition and health, should download. Looking forward to more content and updates..Version: 1.9

Great App!Just needs more updated food choices..Version: 1.4

Best I have foundThis is a great app. I am a t2 diabetic and need good tables for carbs and glycemic load. This is very good. Loads of info, customizable and helpful. Easy to use. Thanks!.Version: 1.8

Love the detailed informationI love this app! I needed to watch my iodine intake for my thyroid and this is the only app that I found that tracks iodine..Version: 3.1

AwesomeDoc told me I was borderline diabetic (still on the low side thankfully) he recommended a low glycemic indeed diet. I downloaded every app I could find that was related to that, this is by far the best one of the 7 out 8 that I tried. It has everything you need to figure out what’s good to eat. And it’s not just for glycemic index or diabetic, you can change the parameters to prioritize whatever your interest is. If you want a diet to help with blood pressure you can prioritize for that. If you want one for keto you can do that, high protein/low protein.. cholesterol… you name it.. and it gives you all the nutritional info you could want as well… great job. My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to switch the measure amounts (especially in the “my recipes” section.) it’s not that big a deal but it would be a bit more convenient than having to calculate that.. other than that small beef it’s a wonderful app I think I only tried it for a day and they upgraded! Worth every penny.Version: 2.8

Very helpfulThis app has saved me a lot of time calculating nutritional information. I bought the pro version because I needed the detailed information. It’s well worth it. I’m a diabetic & I love how I can change the serving size so I know exactly what amount fits my carb count I have a few suggestions for consideration: 1- Allow an option to change from ounces to cups, tablespoons & teaspoons 2-Add baking soda to the list.Version: 2.7

Lots of good infoThis is one if the only apps around that give me all the nutritional data free of charge. Love it. It’s very customizable.Version: 3.6

This app has it allI can’t believe I found all of the features of this app in one place. Thank you!.Version: 3.9

Far superior to Foodie appFar more intuitive than Foodie. Don't know why Foodie is up there and this app appears further down the list. Takes a little to understand the navigation i.e. a few minutes, as app can rank by whatever highest or lowest nutrient that you select but also then add other conditions like, I want high magnesium and calcium foods too. Its colour coded to show highest ingredient conditions in green, and low amount ones are not coloured at all, but I don't quite get the code for light yellow or pink. Is it a traffic light system? Otherwise, works really well, quickly and presents nicely too. I would like to see an option to select multiple categories i.e. foods I eat, added, as you can only select individual categories or 'All Foods' currently. I am a health conscious vegan, so I have select categories I would leave as default… and never want to see 'Alcohol', 'Snacks' etc..Version: 1.2

Color schemeTypically on charts in my experience reds denote bad things. When I check a food and see all the reds I get an immediate negative opinion. I suggest that the app should only show reds on bad items..Version: 3.4

Detailed and easy to use!Well organized. Great resource for daily use..Version: 2.9

I like this appLots of information and filters. I wonder if it’s possible to have a section where you can add foods together to make a meal and it will give you a total gi and gL for that meal. Eg:- rolled oats + honey + milk..Version: 1.9

Good !!!I love it , so much information and huge database , so far I found any product that was looking for . Thank you very much for you job 👍🏻.Version: 1.6

Comprehensive and straightforward to useAs my husband and I embark on a transformation in our eating habits this app is helping us make better choices. I find it easy to access and comprehensive in the relevant stats. Not sure if the dietary info is bang up to date. As the jury has begun to rethink fats but my main reason for using it is for the stats on ingredients, which it gives abundantly. Thanks..Version: 1.7

OutstandingGreat interface support german just needs little more information.Version: 1.4
