TickTick:To-Do List & Calendar for Positive User Reviews

Best so farTried others on the market. This seems to be the best. When iOS updates come through they keep up, unlike some of the others I’ve used. The week and month view for subscribers is handy on the iPhone. Being able to attach pics in entries is also handy. Thanks..Version: 5.9.01

Excellent menubar todo listExcellent - I searched high and low for a good menubar to do app. I used to use Things but I've come to dislike the Projects and Areas sections and found myself cluttering it up. I also wanted access via a menubar rather than having to open a desktop app, as it makes the whole process of writing and checking off To Dos very easy- more 'lightweight' in a good way. The category options are great, the way you can create tick-able sub-lists (or notes) inside a to-do, and rank them by priority as well as add deadlines- all brilliant. You can also log in to the online app (a substitute for a desktop app) if you need to see a full screen view or organise things more easily. Syncs perfectly with phone. Love it. Only suggested improvement is a 'search' option as sometimes I can't remember where I've put a to do item when I have several categories/lists on the go..Version: 4.7.01

Simply the best.Such a great app. I am a visual sort of person and the Kanban view makes it easier to see what needs doing next and gives you the ability to move tasks through the different phases with drag and drop. No other app does everything that this app does. It’s like several apps in one and I am picking it up without having to go through tons of instructions. It’s intuitive, powerful, and if you try it you will see how easy planning should be and to top it off it is very affordable..Version: 6.7.15

Perfect all in one todo appI’ve been using TickTick for almost 2 years, it’s the best todo app that I’ve found. I use it mainly for my uni planning, keep track of my focus time and remind for upcoming assessments. Most importantly, they take users' feedback and feature advice seriously..Version: 6.2.15

Use it everyday, great daily listsHave been using this for many years and it's great - mainly personal stuff but also sometimes business things too. Thanks!.Version: 6.6.32

Great to-do app, but…I’d love to give this 5 stars. I use it daily, and it really is the best to-do app I’ve used. There’s one issue that keeps me from 5-stars. The price. I would like to upgrade to premium. I absolutely would, as I think they do great work, and should be paid for it. However, $3 a month, or $27 a year?! That’s just too much. I have the best adblocker available, that I would be willing to pay those numbers for, but even that only cost a one time purchase of $3. I’m not trying to sound cheap. I just think a monthly/yearly payment is too much. Even if it was $27 for the lifetime I would do it. But yearly? That’s too much. It’s a bummer, because I like to change appearances and stuff, and I would gladly pay a more reasonable fee to do so. But I also don’t see myself paying for the next 10-20 years to do so. I think there should be a one-time purchase option, and can’t believe there isn’t. Otherwise it’s great, but I’d really like to be able to do more..Version: 6.1.81

An Honest PerspectiveThis application is very well suited for people to organize their lives in one place. Physical planners tend to have monthly calendars, weekly calendars, daily to-do lists and even some form of habit tracking and this is the only application that offers that in a friendly interface. Room for improvement would be to add a “project functionality,” but that can be achieved a number of ways with the current software without the written designation. It could also use a deadline function similar to Things3 and a “plan ahead” function that takes the events yet to be assigned a deadline or due date then helps you organize them into your schedule according to the time it takes to complete the task and the openings you have within a given period of time (which would be scalable for people looking to achieve long term or short term goals/projects) A personal note—I was hit by a car recently and have a degree of memory problems and this application is a life saver for me. Having habits, calendars and my to-do list all in one place helps me immensely. I always know ai need to check in with one app and not three. The collaboration elements help me coordinate with others during COVID as well..Version: 5.9.22

Best task app out there. Period.Started using this and it’s so simple. It also shows a calendar so you can simply click on the date to see if you have any tasks. You can also prioritize tasks and they are listed in order from high priority to low. A lot of task apps out there lack simplicity, a basic calendar, basic task list and prioritization. Can’t believe I found this. I really recommend it!.Version: 7.0.20

The only thing that works!I love this app. I’ve messed with bullet journals, regular planners, G**gle calenders, etc. all to varying degrees of success… but nothing has ever stuck or has been so easy to use as TickTick, mainly due to its widget function, minimal layout + pared back features, and ease of use. I wish more apps would realize that we don’t need to be able to do a million different things semi-well, as long as we can use just a few really well developed core functions, and I believe TickTick does that. I mainly like to use its task features, not so much the habits although the feature is nice. There are just two things I think could make this app better, the first being for a way to set your “end of day” time in the app. By default, the new day starts at midnight, but more often than not I am still working/doing things past that time, so it’s still technically the same day for me. If I could set it to like 2am or something, it would be great and I wouldn’t have to keep postponing whatever tasks I have “leftover”. Secondly, I use the free version of the app — I wish there was a way to get the premium version with a one time payment. I understand it’s more lucrative to use a subscription model, but dang I’m just so tired of having to subscribe to apps all the time. Beyond that, I LOVE this app and am grateful that it’s been so helpful in my day to day life..Version: 6.1.21

Really good if you like to be reminded a lotOnly missing two way instant sync with google calendar. It also gives you good free plan for light use. I rather have the option of less lists (only 9 on free) and few attachments but near full functionality (including reminders and today view ) than another competitor which excludes essential features in their free plan. TickTick cover the basics to make a todo list app work. The premium plan is also cheaper. Feature I like personally is that TickTick is very persistent with reminders and quite intrusive. The reason I like this is because it helps me distinguish among a sea of reminders of other apps. My todos are more important that a Facebook post or email so I appreciate the distinctiveness and “loudness” of tasks that I have prioritised. Saying that it may not be for everyone..Version: 5.7.12

Best productivity/task list appAbsolutely love Ticktick. Over the years I've used quite a number of different apps, and TickTick is by far the best and most fun to use!.Version: 6.2.91

Keep coming back to TickTickI’ve had a subscription on and off as I keep trying different systems because I’m constantly in the process discovering what suits me best. Productivity and organization aren’t my strong side (on the waiting list for an adhd test rn haha) and I’ve tried almost every system out there. I’ve tried planners, bullet journals, and almost every app in the store, yet every single time I keep coming back to TickTick. It seems like it is simply the best suited for my needs. Not sponsored or anything, just wanted to share my experience :) Strongly recommend this app!.Version: 6.6.60

Amazing Organisational ToolThis app works really well at being an excellent tool for to do lists, and organising your life! I use it as both a standard to do list, and essentially a calendar. Instead of having a calendar and having to click into every individual day to see what is planned, I use Tick Tick to schedule the days in advance and so I know even at a swift glance what I’m up to on a certain date! This app also works well for giving further detail to the to do list or bulleted item. You can add notes or images to the entry, which is really helpful, for example I normally add an entry when I know I am going into the city, and will then use the image note feature to save a picture of the train time table with the entry which is really useful. You can also make recurring events such as weekly tasks, which is a great feature, and you can tag and separate your tasks too into work, home, normal etc. I love the time and urgency feature in which you can tag how urgent it is, and what time it should alert you to the task as a notification if necessary. All of this is on the free version, and I find it’s very functional and the best organisational app I have found so far! It does everything that I need and all in one easy place, been using this app for over 2 years now and I’ve certainly tried, tested, and loved it!.Version: 6.5.10

Excellent todo list appSwitched from google tasks and am very happy. Thank you for having a usable free tier. Performance needs work especially when there are many nested tasks and embedded images, etc..Version: 7.0.11

I tested 9 list apps, and this one is the best.I was looking for an app that would allow me & my husband to share the household to-dos, so I tested 9 similar apps. This was the only one that had a free version that allows snoozing reminders (that you can choose how long to snoooze), phone notifications, collaboration, tagging, and most importantly, the ability to set a reminder based on completion date rather than just calendar. For example, give the cat flea treatment 4 weeks after you last did it (in case you forgot to do it on time). Thinking of upgrading even though I don’t need paid features, just because it really is that good & I want the developers to get some compensation..Version: 5.3.11

Useful and EasyProbably the best free reminder / task manager program out there. The huge perk of easily switching from different devices to access your tasks, while also getting reminders for each device is a big win by itself - complimented by the simple and clean UI with many features included in the free version. Highly recommended!.Version: 6.2.15

Get Rid of Todoist NowI adopted time blocking as my work/task management approach a while back and had been using ToDoist with its 2-way Google Calendar integration to make it work. But what ToDoist seems to refuse to do is to allow me to set a duration for a task, or a start date. I decided to look at TickTick and I’ve been impressed with what has been a mostly seamless transition from ToDoist. Now, i have all the tools I need in the app to time block with ease, and I subscribe to the TickTick calendar feed to see my task schedule in whatever calendar I want, mostly in my corporate Exchange calendars in Outlook. I think ToDoist still does some things better Than TickTick, but those things are insignificant compared to TickTick’s time blocking capabilities. 4 stars so far because some of the navigation around the app is difficult, and because I can’t login to the Windows app with my Apple ID (support request pending). However, I don’t do rating inflation; 4 stars is an awesome rating for me and 5 stars is very hard to achieve for an app this complex..Version: 5.8.12

This one reminds & snooze reminds!I have downloaded and removed so many reminder apps from my phone. They all remind me to do something but the reminder doesn’t stay visible & I end up missing it. This app is a blessing. I love the snooze feature so much. I can snooze a reminder for 15 minutes, an hour, or more, or mark it done. It’s so easy to add a reminder by pressing + and hitting send. Then, with one swipe, I can set what time and date I want it to remind. I love the widget that shows how many reminders are set for the day, so every time I open my phone, I see a red number telling me how many reminders there are. What a cool feature! I love the shopping list and I love that I can set reminder notification sounds to something I hear better. I can also change the background color to match my phone which is pretty. I just wish the premium features were offered at a one time lower fee. I don’t want to pay monthly and don’t want to pay the yearly amount. Overall, this is the best reminder app & I am so glad I found it. Finally! They got it right. 😊.Version: 6.2.91

Great productivity appThis is the app that I use the most on my mobile. It has all the features that I need and it is the best app to be productive and keep track of tasks, lists, notes, etc. it also has a pomo feature that I really love. I’ve tried many other apps but TickTick is the best and more complete of them all. The only suggestion that I have is to maybe add a password-protected feature for the notes for people with some security concerns. Apart from that all is excellent. Good job..Version: 6.7.05

WidgetI love the app and been using it for quite a while. I did notice that the monthly widget has changed and I’m not a fan of the new crowded and chunky look? Before it was the same as when you go into the app - that same layout, thickness of the month, dates and events was the same. Now it look weird to look at and not as sleek..Version: 6.2.56

Best Productivity App I’ve UsedI have used countless of these apps. However TickTick is the only one that’s perfect in basically every way. It’s perfect for me as a college student with school and other things I have to get done. I also LOVE the focus feature and the statistics they give you. And the way I can look at all my tasks in list and calendar form is perfect. I used the free version for a long time and it’s amazing but I bought the premium so that I’m forced to stick this one app to do everything on since I have a problem with using too many apps and not integrating all the informationin between them; resulting in me missing deadlines. For a student the free version works just as perfectly as the premium but if you want the full calendar view then the premium was very helpful in that. Honestly this app is a life saver for me and it even has lists I can make and habit trackers. On top of that it has a really nice design because too many other apps have interference which isn’t what I wanna see everyday..Version: 6.4.20

Easy to useKeep it simple as you like or spice it up. Intuitive controls.Version: 7.0.01

Three apps in one!I have been using the free version of this app for a month or so, and I love it! It replaces three of their apps I had because it is a to do list, a promo timer, and a habit tracker all in one. It has really helped me get organized and stay focused on what I want to accomplish. I check my daily list each night and clear everything on it by either moving it to another day or checking it off. As they say, lists don’t work. Systems do. I love this app so much I am paying my teenagers to learn how to use it for one month. I think it will be invaluable for them down the road. The only feature I wish it had that it doesn’t is something to celebrate when you clear your list each day. I miss that from Todoist, where it shows a girl in a bicycle and plays a happy sound and says, “you accomplished 13 tasks today! You deserve a break.” Sounds silly, but I loved this. Thank you, Tick Tick developers, for a truly life enhancing app..Version: 5.8.81

Helps a lot better than I thought it wouldAt first I was sceptical because a lot of the features you can get for free in other apps. However the integration of all the tasks throughout the process makes everything so much easier as I’m going throughout my day. I do wish I could add calendar blocking without creating tasks. But it is nice being reminded to have lunch..Version: 6.6.36

Amazing softwareThe free features allow for many things, and the premium is a great price..Version: 7.0.10

Great flexible app!I migrated from Todoist and although it doesn’t look quite as polished, there are some features here I now can’t live without- I’d love more text formatting options for notes and the ability to hit the “task moved to x” pop up to shortcut to that task, but overall very strong app! EDIT: it was already incredible and then they added Kanban view on desktop - I don’t normally subscribe to apps but this is great value at this point!.Version: 5.0.23

Underrated.I’ve played around with a few apps but I always end up back here. I don’t know why it’s more popular, but the devs have put in so much detail while keeping the app clean, beautiful and intuitive. The integration with widgets in the home page and iCloud syncing are my fav! Thanks guys.Version: 5.7.02

Everything I needI dislike giving out 5 stars and I avoid paying for premium versions like the plague because no software, service, or item is what you expect or exactly what you need. This is doubly true for productivity software. I obviously feel different about ticktick. I have bounced around from one app to the next trying to find one that felt just right and it took up years before a friend recommended ticktick. I bought the premium version within a day of using it and I’ve used it everyday since then. The app has bugs that annoy me and the interface isn’t perfect, but the fact that it’s constantly being updated and features are added based on how useful they are rather than just because it’s content makes it worth every penny. Seriously, take a cynical and broke penny-pincher’s advice. If you need a flexible calendar and task list, this app is worth the money. I recommend it to everyone who asks how I organize my time..Version: 5.9.27

Pretty damn goodI've tried a lot of ToDo list apps and this one seems to be the best overall. And it's constantly improving too, which is good..Version: 1.9.4

Everything you could want in a todo appTickTick has so many features, some under the hood, that I pretty much never thought “I wish I could do this” without finding a way to do it in TickTick. My favourite is the Focus (pomo) integration. You can track how much time you took on each task, and how it compares to your estimate. You can log notes and reflections for each pomo and see a log of it to motivate you in the future when you look back at the times you focused well and were proud of it. There’s too much to list but that alone is keeping me hooked..Version: 6.7.05

Perfect organization appI’ve been using TickTick daily for 3 years for all work and personal tasks. I use the Premium subscription to get access to the daily calendar view, where I can plan each day by dragging and dropping tasks. The view gives you a sidebar that shows you unscheduled or overdue tasks to drag into the calendar. I also love the auto-import from iPhone tasks, so I can use Siri to add tasks while I’m driving, or don’t have time to open the app, and next time you open TickTick they are imported. My life is much better organized with TickTick. The calendar is where TickTick shines over Todoist, which seems like its main competitor. My only suggestions to make it even more effective: 1. Create a “prerequisite” system so the app will “auto-start” when a previous task is completed, similar to Microsoft Project and similar apps. Tasks can be rolled up under a master ‘project’ task, but it requires you to remember to go there to find out what’s next to do, if you’re completing the previous task from the calendar, which I typically do. 2. Tasks can have dates and time ranges, but for it would be helpful to have a separate field for “deadline”. because the date/time that i’m scheduling it is when I want to work on it, but I want to always be reminded of when the absolute deadline is as well. As a workaround, I’m writing the deadline in the title or the notes But these aren’t great enough to stop using it. Thank you!.Version: 6.7.10

This is THE to-do list app!I used a lot of different to-do list apps but none of them were quite right. I finally found TickTick and it's everything I wanted - quick, easy, intuitive and user friendly, seamless across all of my devices. Thank you TickTick!.Version: 3.8.60

Very Robust with a low price tag!TickTick is one of the most robust time management tools i’ve seen for iOS. It combines to-do lists ( natural language input, tags, reminders, descriptions, sub tasks etc) with notes, kanban style views, focus timers, habit tracking and more. Of course being only one app, it won’t be the best at all of the above ( for example habit tracking ) but it does a good job at everything it does. All of this, including apps for iOS, iPadOS and MacOS for a low price of just £2.79 a month? That’s good value!.Version: 6.6.42

Amazing! When I saw YouTuber Marques Brownlee using this app I knew it’d have to have something going for it and wow! After two days it’s now replaced my whole calendar, notes and task management system. I’ve bought premium and introduced 3 others to the app. The simplicity of being able to schedule tasks and have them drop into the today view for checking off is amazing, which then repopulate the next day for a continuous workflow. It’s super helpful and useful for people with repeating daily tasks that need to be done at dynamic times on different days like myself. Once you’re ready to dive in you can also take it to the next level with multiple lists, groups, tags, urgency rankings and deadline dates to really get things organised and clean. The amount of functionality and complexity for such a simple app (on the outside) is great. The user interface and experience is also worth noting, you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into making everything clean and easy to use, theme options, dark modes, selectable app icons, custom quick actions, hide able buttons... all built for making the user experience excellent! Props to the dev team and everyone involved for building such a great app! Just try it out and find out for yourselves!.Version: 5.5.51

This is a very cool appI like the look and feel of tick tick. It has all of the best features from many of the other to do apps. There is a great feature where you can plan your day based on every to do task you have in your list this is a great way to plan out your morning and afternoon and get everything in focus. There is also a timer facility that’s very similar to pomodoro timer that’s useful for keeping you on track. In addition to this there is also a habit tracking element to the app. There are quite a few really interesting points about this app. I’d give it a try. This is coming from a person who has used virtually every organisation app on the planet..Version: 5.7.21

Great job at keeping things organizedTickTick has most of my favourite features and goes way beyond most of my expensive programs were able to do while remaining simple and very beautiful to look at. I enjoy using it and I don’t get lost in unnecessary stuff. The most important feature is that it syncs very quickly on ALL of my devices..Version: 7.0.11

Awesome -keeps me organised & productiveMy old ‘to do’ app was cancelled a couple of years ago, so I migrated to Tick Tick and I love it. It syncs well with all my devices, I love the free 10 different lists, I like that it encourages me by cheering on my productivity. Simple and perfect -thanks!.Version: 6.2.11

Great task managerI love Tick Tick for all its features! It works great and is a blessing for sure. There is only one feature I wish it had: to prompt me when putting in a task to assign how long it will honestly take to do that task. Then when I open the Today list it would automatically tell me the total amount of time it will take to complete all the tasks on my Today list. For me it would be very encouraging to see my big list of today tasks will only take, for instance, 3 1/2 hours to do. Most people make To Do lists, but rarely assign how long it will actually take them to do the task. Then they may feel like a failure if they don’t get it all done, because they had never considered how much time is required for them to complete each task. So while I manually put how long a task will take me to complete next to the task I enter into Tick Tick, for instance: Empty the dishwasher (15 minutes) it sure would be nice if the Tick Tick app would automatically total all my times for the today list and all other lists created in Tick Tick. It would certainly help me to see if I am being unrealistic in how much I think I can accomplish in a day or if I have much more time than I thought to do the things I’ve been wanting to do..Version: 5.2.13

Only if you have ADHDThe best app ever.Version: 7.0.11

Life changingI never write reviews…. Ever. But this app has changed my life. In one week I’m sooooo much I’m organised and motivated and can’t believe how little it costs ( don’t tell the developer that though! ) I’ve used a manual book planner for years , had to adapt my own as I never found one that completely suited me. because I work and have a side hustle I found I needed too many books so had been looking ( unsuccessfully) for a digital replacement for my forest worth of books I was using. Enter tick tick and everything changed. It’s a game changer…. No it’s a life changer It’s : User friendly and intuitive ✅ Colour coded areas of your life to help organise ✅ Has a habit tracker ✅ Allows sub tasks for projects ✅ Tracks productivity with timer or pomodoro ✅ Sends reminders ✅ Allows photos, screenshots or emails to be turned into tasks (via email)✅ Integrates with your calendars ✅ Love love love this app. Thank you for making it 😎.Version: 6.4.41

Really good appThis app is really good for organising and unlike other apps you don’t really need premium to be able to really organise your tasks. Definitely recommend this to anyone and the features this app has Is amazing.Version: 6.2.98

They have thought of everything! This app is absolutely phenomenal in both its user design and functionality. Everyday I keep learning about new features. You can use the system to make it as simple as possible but they also have advanced features such as customising tasks, creating sub categories, syncing with calendars and much much more! I would recommend this app to anyone who’s interested in streamlining their entire life, whether that’s work or personal!.Version: 6.7.05

What I Been Searching ForTried many. Todoist was great, paid for it for a year, but worked better for managing work projects, not so well for personal. Anylist is good, still a current subscriber for Grocery Shopping and Recipes, just not for day to day tasks. Wunderlist was probably the closest I got to something like TickTick. Used it for a long time, but something as basic as sorting properly didn’t work for me. Lag in completing a task and having the next one show up was frustrating. So I moved onto Apple Reminders. Something simple and easy, but it was too simplistic and lacked in even the basic of features, again looking at you sorting. We get to TiskTisk. It checks off all my needs. It works as I would expect it to, and has the features I need out of the box without needing to go pay. Though I am seriously considering subscribing to get a couple of those features and if anything support the development of this app. Where has this one been. Thank you..Version: 4.8.52

Pretty happy with TickTick 😊TickTick has been awesome for me. It’s like multiple apps in one, while maintaining simplicity. Works well with GTD (Getting Things Done) approach. My self-improvement goal was to be more efficient and effective. So things like time management, task management, dynamic prioritization, etc. I tend to be easily overwhelmed by my anxiety condition. It would make me stress if there are too many things happening, or if I have to spend too much screen time. That’s why I stopped using Notion and some other heavy apps. Other competitors seemed to be Todoist and Apple’s Reminders. They were both okay for me, but I wished they had a few more functionalities I wanted. Thankfully, I came across TickTick when someone recommended it on TeamBlind. I got excited when it had Pomodoro timer or stopwatch option with a Focus goal so you can set intentional small goals to make progress. You can even set estimated Pomodoro time for future tasks hehe The app also had the Eisenhower Matrix and tags/filters, which greatly help organize my sheer volume of random thoughts that come up every few minutes. The app has a ton of other great functionalities too, and I’m very happy with the TickTick’s mindset of empowering the user to get things done. I’d like to thank the TickTick team very much for helping me declutter my life and manage my anxiety level with this app and the team’s valiant efforts! 🥰.Version: 6.5.35

Best to-do appThe free version is full functional, and has extraordinary features such as habits, pomo timer, and limited calendar integration. Using this app has honestly helped me so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s currently using a to-do app..Version: 5.1.10

Best task manager app around, seriouslyI've done the rounds through many different to-do apps and task managers and this is the one that stuck around for me. It does everything you could want plus more, with prioritisation, shortcuts, different lists, task list inside of tasks, quick add on the Mac with a shortcut from anywhere. It even has a Pomodoro feature to top it off plus more. Well done to the developer for putting it all in one great package. Considering upgrading because it's helped me a lot with productivity and keeping track of everything.Version: 5.5.51

Keep it in Check!TickTick is an essential app for myself! A great way of keeping track of the tasks that you have to complete on a daily basis! I would highly recommend it! 👌.Version: 4.8.52

Finally something that works for meFew features that are missed or need to improve, but overall love it. Love the fact that i can separete my work and personal life, lock the desktop app on windows (missing on mac).Version: 6.7.15

Intuitive and BeautifulI’m an absolute organisation, checklist and productivity nerd and this is the first time I’ve used an app that feels like it was designed specifically for me. I’m a Web Developer myself, and I really appreciate good UI/UX. This app has got it all. During my hands-on experience, every time I’ve thought of something I wanted to do (like create custom sections within my lists, for example) I’ve been able to do it. It’s so perfectly designed that it’s inspired to write a review - and I rarely do. It even surprises me with insanely cool features like the ability to switch to a Kanban View to organise your workflow. This is just an absolute game changer for me! Thanks so much for creating this app, guys! You’ve gained a super fan right here..Version: 5.8.37

ShaunSo far, So good. I use both Wunderlist and TickTick. TickTick has numerous features that Wunderlist lacks. Wunderlist was is a very good task oriented program, but falls under Microsoft’s umbrella of apps. Therefore, by design Wunderlist requires Outlook to get the full benefit of a calendar program to give the user a Calendar view. This isn’t the case with TickTick as it is right in the app. Genius...LOL.. While, I still use Wunderlist as it features a desktop version that doesn’t require web connection, I may consider moving on as the yearly subscription is twice that of Wunderlist. The desktop version is the only reason I still use Wunderlist for my Work related Tasks. TickTick at this point is used for all personal related tasks. As a matter of fact, I have changed to a monthly Wunderlist and have started moving my information to TickTick..Keep up the good work on this excellent app and when you get a Desktop app that doesn’t require a web browser I will get a second account for my Work related tasks..Version: 4.1.00

Best Task Manager EverI love this app and I have tried them all. Todoist, Trello, Evernote etc. This one has all the best features of those apps rolled into one and because it is web based I can embed it into Notion where I keep my other documents and longer content. I also love the habit tracker and the built in pomodoro timer which once again eliminated the need for my habit tracking app (Habitica) and using my phone timer. The other thing I love is the calendar. Now instead of setting false deadlines and having to keep moving tasks back, I can just keep them on the list and pull them into the calendar when I have time. Really helps with time blocking and when you do pomodoros it puts the task you are working on and the pomodoros you spent on the, right in the calendar. Lastly it creates a summary page of all the week’s activities automatically. Great for weekly reviews and reflections. Other features I love: - Easily converts tasks into notes - on the mobile app when you hold down the add button it allows you to dictate the task instead of having to type it out. I could say more but needless to say once again I LOVE THIS APP!.Version: 6.3.61

Great appThis is exactly what I was looking for to help me keep in track with daily tasks. Easy tick and disappear..Version: 6.1.90

Thoroughly ImpressedQuite possibly the most used app on my phone. I have tried every task manager at one point or another and in my opinion, TickTick is the absolute best of the bunch. It does everything I was after and more. If I had to be picky and try to find something I would like improved, I would maybe ask for a few more “completion sound” options. But everything else is spot on, and the app is being continually updated and improved. Well done to the developers. 👌🏼.Version: 5.2.10

Great toolDoes everything I need it to, and I keep finding more useful features I didn’t know I needed. Tried quite a few similar apps and they just didn’t cut it. Thanks for your great app..Version: 6.6.10

Great app but…I’ll start by saying that (as a former Wunderlist user) I really like many things about the app. But customer support takes forever and sometimes no one ever responds. And if you are lucky enough to get a reply, it is scripted and has little useful information, so then you can go back and forth for days or weeks trying to resolve issues due to lag times. I’d like to see their customer support system vastly improved and beefed up, not only for those of us with paid subscriptions but also those with free accounts. An online community forum, manned by support staff, would also help. Maybe even have customer support through Twitter? A multi-pronged support system would be ideal. Also, the latest update for both iOS and Mac has bugs, which I’ve reported, that would probably be dealbreakers except I know that this developer updates the app a lot, so hopefully the problems will be fixed in the next update. But this could be another opportunity where a customer forum could help us understand how widespread the issues are and inform us of possible workarounds until bugs are squashed..Version: 6.1.36

The best GTD appIt’s been a week since I downloaded the app and I have never felt so motivated the get things done and tick them off my list! Seriously, thanks for creating such a great app! Well worth the premium subscription! I love the time blocking feature, all my calendar events are synced together with my tasks, plus it is so convenient to access Tick Tick on ALL my phones, Mac and the web! THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT APP. :-).Version: 6.6.01

Great App, One minor problemThis app probably the best planner/task tracker app out there. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it really helps with helping me to get stuff done. The only tiny problem is that the widget I have for the app and the notifications usually don’t change when I complete a task. They will change eventually but rarely right as I complete the task. It’s pretty insignificant but just something for the developers to look into, might be a bug. But once again if you are trying to be more productive and actually plan your days out download this. Like it’s literally free and it very good, get on your grindset!.Version: 6.5.35

I utterly LOVE this appAfter searching high and low I finally found something that did most of what I wanted. Better still they keep improving it so now it really does do pretty much everything I want. I manage everything from my shopping lists to my freelance work to collaborating creatively with other musicians… and the support is awesome. Great job guys!.Version: 6.2.98

Worth Every Time and Space (and Probably Every Penny)I don’t have the funds to purchase the premium but I’m pretty sure it’s worth it just from judging all the features that come for free. This app isn’t selfish and provides you with features enough to make you stay (and maybe even subscribe for a premium account). It’s minimalist platform provides you with basic functions and much more without it being a pain to organize or figure out. It looks simple and classy and is quite easy to navigate through. I’ve went through several to do list apps and one I was attached to was Moleskin but it is quite limited when you’re working on it for free. I am honestly very glad I stumbled upon this app for it had everything I was looking for. It was simple yet elegant in its organization in my opinion. It has a lot of features available with a free account. Imagine what more with a premium one. This deserves every single good-natured star you gave it! Please give it a go. This app has enough features to make leaving it seem like a waste..Version: 4.3.51

Very powerful tasks appSince Wunderlist was taken over by Microsoft and they tried to replicate it with Microsoft To-Do which doesn’t even compare, I have been looking for an app and this app is even better than Wunderlist which was very surprising as I loved Wunderlist!.Version: 5.8.36

Overall good but needs some refinementThe app as a whole works very well. However, there are just a couple tweaks that would make it perfect. 1.) Calendar subscription settings do not currently sync between devices. I have about 12 Google Calendar calendars in my account, but I only want to see 2 of them displayed in TickTick. That’s not a problem, but when I have to turn off the others from displaying on my phone, iPad, and computer, it becomes a hassle. Setting it once should be enough for all devices. 2.) Adding events to the calendar isn’t very intuitive. I know this is more of a task management app, but the integration between calendar and lists is why I’m using TickTick. It feels like it takes 3 minutes to figure out how to add a calendar event every time I use the app, and I’m still not sure I’ve figured that out. That said, TickTick has been a great way to get my lists and calendars into one app. The addition of the widgets for iOS 14 has also been a great for keeping task reminders right on my home screen. I would recommend TickTick without hesitation..Version: 5.8.30

Just what I neededI’m 39 and work in tech as a product designer. I’ve had ADHD all my life and have struggled to find ways to cope. Lists and pomodoro timers have been helpful in the past. I stumbled across this app and got excited. TickTick ties together my to-do list and my precious pomodoro timer in one place. This helps me stay focused. But with the calendar sync and the priority view, I've been able to get ahead. I lead our team sprint plan on Fridays. I copy over my weekly work tasks. Furthermore, I add my next week of personal items during the weekend. By Monday morning, I've time blocked most of my week. If I can get it in TickTick it will get done, or I won't forget it. The app is intuitive and easy to use. It has a surprising amount of depth, however. Tags and folders as well as timeline views let me nerd out and organize my life. And I am enjoying digging into my stats. I would like it if I could easily click a meeting invite from Teams and open it from TickTick. A simpler way to sync with ADO would be nice too. I would be curious about how they handle AI in the future. I've seen other apps that work to protect your tome with AI. All that said, this is an amazing tool for me and well worth the price. It's something I use every day..Version: 7.0.01

Awful and unreliableThe free version has next to nothing to offer, and the upgrade option allows you to spend your money - but does not deliver an upgrade. I have no idea who wrote these exemplary reviews on here-but do not be fooled, and do not, pay an annual subscription unless you are prepared to write this money off. The customer service is hopeless, operating behind a smoke screen - giving you the run a round without having a clue of how to put this software right. Bad experience..Version: 4.2.50

Always satisfiedGreat app ! Still using for 2+ years..Version: 6.6.87

Thought it was the best... until I reached the top 4-6%... then??? No!!!I’d been using TickTick for years & really thought it was the best out there... I shared it with my business partner and she agreed, we both felt increasingly motivated and it was great to see myself relentlessly climbing through the leaderboards... until I got in the top 4-6%, then, no matter how much I ramped up my use of the app... over a period of 4-6months the best I could do was watch myself gradually go down in the ratings. It became totally unworkable, it was literally a case of me using the app so much to try to keep moving against what appeared to be a relentlessly defeating tide... that it really started to impinge on my workload & I had to stop. Which is a shame because until then it was the best app out there, and I have yet to find another which I am as happy to work with. Shame guys... just as you think, after two or three years, you are about to win the grand, super achiever prizes... the earth starts slipping away like mud beneath your feet and you’re spending waaaay too much time to even stay in one place. I hope they’ve fixed that up now... but otherwise, I’m looking elsewhere..Version: 6.0.01

Just amazingAwesome task, habit and pomodoro app. Slick, fun, efficient..Version: 5.9.22

Hands down the best To Do appI have used countless To Do apps over the years including the excellent Wunderlist before Microsoft bought it and ruined it. I downloaded Tick Tick with little hope that it would be as good as Wunderlist but oh my days, was I wrong! It’s like the Developers have looked inside my head and ticked every box I require in a To Do app. Easy to use, intuitive, pretty, simple….there is nothing that it doesn’t do when it comes to list building and list ticking. Hats off to the Developers, please continue to look after this product as I plan to use it for many years to come!.Version: 6.0.60

Its really really really goodI have used plenty of to-do programs over the years, but this one has now risen to the top of my list. Has most of the features I want, including the ability to store attachments email to the program, and with a few additional tweaks it would be perfect. I would like to see the web, iOS, and Mac apps look and feel a lot more similar. There is just enough variation in how they behave to get confusing at times..Version: 6.6.42

Everything I ever wantedI can’t tell you how amazing your app is. I love all the features and think it’s by far the most thought-out, all in one to do list and planner. I love that you can keep habits separate from your regular calendar—it keeps it from being cluttered. There’s a pomodoro timer built in, so that’s two less apps I have to download! The interface is intuitive and lets you easily drag and drop tasks and neatly sort by priority, it’s easy to organize lists in multiple ways. It’s also just nice to look at! Some other apps out there just have terrible designs. There’s also so much room for personalization with this app and I know it’s a small thing, but using emojis to name lists makes it easier to see what it is and sometimes apps don’t give you that freedom. Plus I have it on my Mac too! I have tried sooo many popular task management apps and this is by far the best. I really appreciate you offering such a well developed app for free. Thank you so much..Version: 5.8.02

Wish I’d found you sooner!I was a Todoist user but they changed some functionality which ruined my workflow. I’m glad they did as I found TickTick instead and it’s just that much better. It’s nicer to organise, I like the colours, the reminders are great, but the killer feature is the iOS reminders integration. This means I can create a detailed reminder with Siri, and then TickTick imports that reminder and deletes it from the reminders app. Brilliant. Well worth paying for the full version too especially at such a low monthly fee..Version: 5.3.11

Best to-do app out thereThis is by far the best to-do app, and you don’t even need the Premium membership to experience its best features. There are many widgets that allow you to see your tasks without opening the app, including calendar view and task view. You can also customize the widgets so that they show what you want to see (e.g. tags, lists, today view, etc.). To make sure you’re getting your tasks done, there’s a focus option that allows you to use a stopwatch or the Pomodoro technique to get your things done. I have recently started using this, and I’ve finished more than I expected. You can also track your habits with this app, and there are great widgets for those as well. You can customize it to time done or just by completion, and there are many default options for habits to choose from. But some great features are only with Premium, such as calendar view, the Eisenhower Matrix, some small customization features, and sounds during focus. But overall I would for sure recommend this app to anyone who’s struggling to keep up with their jobs, or even people who just want to organize their life better. Everything is integrated into this one app, and it’s been a game changer for me..Version: 6.2.91

Polished performer!Brilliant!! Used all the best rated task apps out there.....Omnifocus/thing3/2do/Todoist/RTM.....and more..... TickTick is now my go to app....just works for my way of doing stuff....it looks good, it syncs without issue, you can do sub tasks with ease, you even get a calendar view - very useful for getting a broader view of the coming days / weeks or month. I have been hunting a decent slick app for ages and i think i will stick with this. Also the Pomo timer is a great way of focusing! Anyway i have subscribed and really enjoying this top app!.....Thanks!.Version: 6.1.90

Nice app for day to day planificationWe are 3 users and we setup the work with this app..Version: 6.7.10

Love itLove it best app for productivity and time management, my favourite thing in the app is how I could make task list and sub list which is easier for me if I had task I could divide it smaller and smaller list which become easier for me. The premium version not really expensive and there is also student discount 25% which is fantastic for students. I just one give one suggestion; there are only four colours for the appearance or the background and the cities images looks pretty however when I apply them they cover the text it was hard to see the text. Please make more colours and fix the background issue. Thank you.Version: 6.5.10

Premium for 3 years and hopefully foreverI have had premium TickTick for almost 3 years and it's amazing. It's helped me schedule my days, become more mindful with the habits feature, and has made me more productive. Every morning I check the app and sometimes it can be very addicting playing with the features. There's frequent updates that are quick to download in just an app-restart on laptop, or app store from phone - and these updates just keep getting better! You also receive awards for productivity score of themes, which makes it rewarding being productive. A few of the features (some premium) that I find the best from this app are: • Fast syncing from different devices • Organisation of tasks using tags, lists, priority or date • Standard or custom repeating cycles of tasks (watering plants, sport, etc.) • Various customisation of calendar theme, app icon, layout, icon, lists and more Thank you TickTick for creating this convenient, easy and modern calendar app..Version: 6.1.11

Ticktick, complexity = simplicityMany features are available, even with the free version of the app (which I currently use). The app is simple to use, but it's functionality and usage is absolutely useful!.Version: 5.6.01

Useful and organised! My favourite task app, it keeps my life organised in all aspects - school, home, hobbies, sports and healthy habits! I like how clear everything is, and that i can use a pomodoro timer in the app as well to do tasks or habits..Version: 6.1.81

The widget doesn’t workHi the widget of TickTick doesn’t work. Just post here to let the developers know…anyways this is the best todo app ever.Version: 7.0.21

Love this appI don't usually give reviews but this is the best time management tool I think I've ever used. Iove all of the views and formats it uses to give a comprehensive look at how you're time is spent. Thank you.Version: 6.6.81

优秀~能和幕布联动!添加任务无比丝滑,添加方式多元。 现在每天都用它来做计划👍.Version: 6.6.71

Best Productivity AppTick Tick has enabled me to combine my To Dos, Goals and Contacts into one system which is something I’ve been trying to do for years. Until recently, I was using Trello, MS ToDo and iPhone Reminders to keep me on top of things but it was hit and miss. With Tick Tick (and some thought!) this has gone away and I feel completely back in control of my daily stuff and longer term ‘important’ plans. The data transfer from Reminders and ToDo worked seamlessly (on PC) and saved hours of time. Keep up the great work, Tick Tick!.Version: 6.2.98

Changed my life! I use this everyday!I have ADHD I struggle with memory and organisation. This may sound like an exaggeration but seriously this app changed my life. I’ve used it for a few years and it has helped enable me to function on a daily basis whereas I was drowning before. I can set reminders to keep track of appointments, social meet-ups, assignments, exercise routine and housekeeping tasks all in one place!!! I can view everything on a calendar which is endlessly helpful for college work deadlines. Just wonderful!.Version: 6.7.10

So goodI’m obsessed, the best planning app ever. I love the level of detail you can go into and the habits feature. The paid upgrade is definitely worth it too. Even the interface is customisable! Every feature you could possibly need is on here..Version: 6.3.80

Best ToDo App AroundI have used multiple ToDo/Task apps for years but I have settled on TickTick as it “ticks” all the boxes for me. It has enough customization without being overly confusing and they keep constantly improving the app. I don’t see myself going anywhere soon especially with it being so cross-platform. Keep up the good work..Version: 6.7.15

God Bless The Developers of This App!The title says it all. This app has Exactly what I needed. On my quest to finding the perfect To-Do List style app, I tried using Google Tasks, and Todoist. Neither had the functions I really wanted. It wasn’t till I started using Tick-Tick. Despite the name which reminds me of an app that shall not be named, I love the UI and the widgets they’ve created. Don’t get me started about the widgets! This app has about 8 different widget options to personalize your homepage. I’m trying to make my IPad look cooler so the one with the habits is great, It works better for me because I have daily tasks. These daily tasks are basically habits. Since I do them every day. Thank you Tick Tick for making me more productive in the morning, reminding me to eat breakfast and creating an overall amazing app. I purchased the yearly premium because I was so impressed. And to any Dev reading, consider adding hotkeys and support for the apple magic keyboard. Just a suggestion. :) 10/10..Version: 6.1.21

Great organisational app!Highly recommended, intuitive and merges with outlook well.Version: 6.6.20

PerfectHas everything one needs in a task management app, nothing more and nothing less. Smooth, simple, intuitive design. Highly recommended. Good customer support as well..Version: 6.2.96

Keeps me on trackI don’t know what I would do without todo lists and apps like that. I do use several apps for different tasks tracking purposes and have been on and off with tick tick. I had a year break with it and now back on with a paid version. It’s been over a year now of almost daily usage of the app. It has so many good features and it keeps me going with my little habit trackings and todo lists.Version: 6.6.60

Fantastic AppI have tried a lot of to do list apps, and this one is the best by far. It is highly intuitive, customisable, incredibly easy to use and get going with..Version: 4.7.52

Very good resource, does everything I needI was sad to see Wunderlist disappear just as I was gearing up to get seriously organised and didn’t like the sound of the daily planning required for MS ToDo, admittedly I’ve not tried it yet but if I set a due date, that’s me planning. However TickTick looked worth a punt, I haven’t looked back yet. It’s very well thought out, no clutter. Good for focus and features. I went full feature within 2 weeks I think, and feel it’s money well spent. Nice job TickTick!.Version: 5.7.00

Cute and easy to useEverything is customizable and everything is so cute. i love the sound and options for tasks and on top of that it’s so easy to figure out and to use and i love that it has a wish it option!!.Version: 6.6.87

Subtasks! Habits feature needs improvements:I just recently got tick tick to help me with productivity and goals. I’m a little old school and had been using pen and paper for my to do lists forever. My issue with other apps was I couldn’t subtask my larger tasks. After complaining a little my partner suggested TickTick and I’ve been very happy with it. I can organize everything in my life in a way that works with my brain! If subfoldering and subtasking is the way your brain works this app might work for you. I’ve started using the habits feature as well and it’s been helpful to keep track of and begin some good habits. I’ve given 4 stars only because the cumulative habits feature needs a little bit of work. It can be a little bit annoying to have to swipe then input the specific amount of completion. I’m someone who checks off tasks as soon as I complete them throughout the day. It would be nice if I could tap the little check box multiple times for each cumulative task rather than a once at the end of the day or fiddling with the record input feature each time..Version: 6.1.81

Easy to use and keeps me on track!Have been using this app for years..Version: 6.6.90

I love TickTickOn the app & web it’s easy to use & looks great (which is important to me). I’ve tried many To Do apps & this is my favourite. Thanks!.Version: 5.8.12

Perfect, everything I dreamed of and moreAs an overworked college student with ADHD and hella anxiety, I was suffering from major burnout. Since downloading this app, I still have 99 problems but my to do list isn’t one of them! My favorite feature is how the app is designed: you dump all of your tasks into your inbox, and from there you can organize as much or as little as you need. Want to organize your to dos by class, day, or priority? Done. Want to set notification times for some reminders but not others? Done. Want to see what you need to do today without worrying about everything else? Go right ahead. Want to set a pomodoro timer that gives you a lil’ tomato when you finish a cycle? They have that too! I don’t know why it’s a tomato, but it gives me the dopamine that my brain simply does not have on its own. I don’t want to bore anyone with a full synopsis of the app; just know, that FOR FREE, it has every feature you could possibly need, without being overwhelming. The design is sleek, simple, and probably perfect. Just try it, it has helped me so so much..Version: 7.0.11

Excellente applicationCette application est géniale..Version: 6.7.10

Wish there were more functions for a free versionLimited functions, although usable.Version: 6.4.30

Highlight tool Bug / Photo resize / SketchThis is the best task management app I've found yet. But some things are really annoying and time consuming like using the highlight tool that makes me rethink my decision to continue using this app. Every time i try to highlight a word or sentence it keeps bugging or im doing it wrong. I have to try to highlight it multiple times or delete the whole sentence and pre highlight what im going to rewrite again. I don't why it's gotta be so complicated. This thing " :: :: " keeps showing up when i try to highlight anything i think it's got to do with that. I wish we could resize the photos added in notes or tasks. Maybe I want to add two or three photos side by side but you can't do that. It's only vertical one by one photo stacking , that's a real shame. And the ability to sketch on the photos etc is not available too. And the file size limit is only 20mb. :(.Version: 6.7.05

All the listsI chose TickTick after wunderlist disappeared. It’s just right. Easy to use. Syncs well. I have a subscription - and share various lists with family members who don’t have one. They’re also good with using it..Version: 6.2.60

Love this so much I have 2 subscriptions - personal and workLike others here I have tried so, so many apps and I was over the moon when I discovered TickTick. I wish I’d found it years ago! I love the weekly calendar view for GTD weekly review and short-term planning. I have two subscriptions, one for personal and one for work. It’s a no brainer for the value provided. Please add more themes for web view and the ability to move tasks between Kanban view sections in different lists..Version: 6.1.90

Underrated productivity appSimple, fast and clear. No fancy useless feature or unnecessary integrations. Let you create a list of to-do tasks with dates and recurrences and let you check them one by one - exactly what I need. Boosted my productivity. More people should know this app..Version: 5.8.41

Couldn’t function without itI use it every day. A must have for me. Being able to schedule reminder and todos in the future is so useful! The only thing I wish is for the notifications to be synced bw my PC and my phone. For instance, I get notified of a todo on my PC, I see it and then I complete it, yet the notification still appears on my phone. If I complete the to do in one place, id very much like the notification to not appear in the other place. I’m constantly clicking “done” on the notifications that appear on my phone for todos I’ve already completed when on my PC. Besides from this, I love this app!.Version: 6.6.60

My life has changedAll I can say is thank you so much to the developers because WOW. I’m a FT uni student with a job on the side and this helps me immensely keep everything order. My absolute favourite part is the customisation and choosing colours for each tasks. Helps so well as I’m a visual person. WELL worth the money and nothing like anything I have used and I have tried many calendars/reminders/notes apps before this..Version: 6.2.98

Best to-do app aroundI‘ve tried every task app around and found TickTick to be the best of the bunch. It has all the basics like colour-coded lists, priority settings and tags, with a decent free tier unlike some other apps that make you pay just to get tags and notifications. Some of my favourite features are merge tasks (I use this to make my planned work tasks for the day into one checklist), saved templates and the percentage progress indicator which is automatic with subtasks but you can also drag it across manually on any task if you like. And it has a few features that really should be standard in every task manager yet are almost always missing: calendar view, ability to view calendar events from multiple calendars, a proper notes section as well as comments, and proper subtasks in steps that don’t get added to your task count. However the themes aren’t great - worst of all, dark mode is horrible as the text is all orange. There are lots of new colour options but loads of them look the same and frankly I preferred the old ones (I miss neon yellow). Markdown implementation is also really poor. But it’s brilliant otherwise!.Version: 5.5.10

Continually getting betterI revisited my productivity apps at the start of the year. Have been using Things 3 which has been good. Tick tick has improved greatly since I used it 3 yrs back. Being able to time block is huge! Location notifications and the UI is clean and easy to follow. Love it! Keep up Tick Tick.Version: 6.1.71

The best task and schedule program I’ve tried, with one frequently irritating issueFirst let me say, I love Tick Tick. I’ve been using the premium version for years, and nothing else comes close. I love having my task lists and calendar all in one app, and the pomodoro timer is just a bonus. It also has very good natural language processing that I use for scheduling future events and tasks, which is something a surprising number of similar apps are lacking. My only major complaint is a bug where I will swipe or check off a certain task, only for it to register a completely different task as being checked off. This has been a consistent issue for a long time. It’s not a huge deal if I’m checking off a task and the wrong one ends up getting crossed off — I’ll just undo it. It becomes a bigger problem when I delete something and it randomly deletes something else instead, especially if I don’t notice it in time and end up having no idea what the deleted task was. I’ve still given this app five stars because it is genuinely closer to perfect than any other task app I’ve ever used, but I would love to see that issue fixed. (I’d also love to see more customization options for the color scheme/themes!).Version: 6.7.05

Perfect app for ADHD Business Owners especially if follow GTD by David AllenThis app has changed my life. I have never found a system that is so easy to use and customizable. I am 51yo with ADHD and I have my own business. have always struggled with constantly trying to find systems to keep me me organized digitally. Often my life is full of post it’s and to do lists everywhere. I have tried so many apps and it works for a while but after a while does not seem to fit my needs. This has reduced my stress dramatically because I can easily capture thoughts with one click. I am a morning person and often on my way to work I have all these ideas pop into my head that I want to capture. With this I literally start talking and it puts it directly into my “inbox”. Boom out of my brain and I can mentally move forward. This is just one of the gazillion ways I use this app. The best app I have ever used. Much love to the person that created this app - thank you. ❤️.Version: 6.0.35

Any.doI was using any.do but this app is much easier to use. You can keep it simple with a list or add complexity with calendars and reminders you choose..Version: 5.2.51

Keep coming back!I love it. I’ve tried so many to do list apps, I’ve tried pen and paper solutions, I’ve tried kanban boards. And I keep coming back to TickTick. It’s on every platform I’ve ever used. It works well on all of them. It’s got every feature I’ve ever asked for and the pipeline of updates completely justifies my premium subscription. And then they decide to jump into habits with exactly the kind of simple “counter” style habit tracker I’ve always wanted! The only piece of constructive feedback I would give is to allow users to customise the little “quick scheduling” window that pops up before you go into the full view calendar to schedule a task..Version: 6.1.21

Great to do list appLove the amount of free features on this app, especially sync between devices and to the local calendar! However, would be better if the calendar events could be checklist rather than an event that stay all day..Version: 7.0.20

By far the best task tracking app I have foundI have tried many different task apps and TickTick is by far the best. The auto date detection and the tagging is very helpful. I also like the Kanban view..Version: 6.6.60

Not quite perfect but close!I use to use a book planner and was searching for an app equivalent. For the cost of a hardcover planner, this app organises and consolidates my many to do lists (lots of areas and projects) into my overall calendar. I love that I can assign my jobs list to my daily, weekly and monthly calendar. I get such satisfaction when the ‘bing’ goes off as I look at my day and tick of the jobs and meetings I had. Visually, I like it’s simplicity but aesthetically pleasing. As mentioned, I said it wasn’t quite perfect. Developers, take not for a busy mum (and there are many of us!) with many projects on the go and a student like me - add a meal planner that formulates a shopping list and you’ll get my 5th star and I will shout from the hill tops of this app!.Version: 6.3.10

Great little appI’m only just approaching the end of the two week trial and will definitely buy the full version. It’s an uncomplicated simple task management app that literally took the stress out of my life. I can easily manage my tasks and to-do’s, manage workload on several projects, set priorities and plan my time. All without annoying notifications. The real bonus is it’s truly cross platform so I can track my progress and move tasks around on all my devices..Version: 5.2.13

Great appWould like to see outlook on iPhone integration so I can mark emails as tasks, but otherwise works great. I like that I can divide tasks by “work” and “personal” but still create a Today list with a mix of both.Version: 6.6.60

FantasticI’ve tried around 10 or 15 different calendar and to-do apps and so far this is the only one that had the features and intuitive design that I was looking for. It’s like a far better functioning (and looking) version of Apple reminders mixed with google calendar. One app for all of my scheduling and reminding needs; now all of the things that I have to do are in one place. It’s as simple as you’d like or as involved as you need it to be, and it’s a joy to use. Absolutely worth the money for premium. I love this app. PS: To the developers - the only changes that I would make would be to allow users to make sub tasks for sub tasks, allow an “admin” for collaborated lists, and to have the option to edit or delete just one instance of a recurring task, instead of only all of them. Other than these things so far this app is absolutely perfect..Version: 4.6.02

Best one everI am really impressed with this app and how easy it is to use! I love how you can add tasks, have a screen for today’s jobs and the pomodoro timer! It also helps you develop new habits and syncs with my google calendar! I have used several organisational apps but this one has been the best by far! Thanks from a busy mum of four 😊✨.Version: 6.2.91

Gives me superpowersThis is my go to. It’s so comprehensive, there are many ways you can slice this app to archive and inventory your life. I use it for life and home. My wife and I collab. Using shared folders. Worth every penny..Version: 6.6.85

Just loving itIt’s great well personally recommend 👍.Version: 6.2.41

Very intuitiveThe app is solid, alot of features per task which allows for full flexibility, even if you’re running late on tasks, you can administer them nicely for another day/time. Premium version is good too, the multiple reminders function is clutch as I am a very forgetful person! Not getting 5 stars as it does have a learning curve so its taken longer to get involved with it than I expected (opinion)..Version: 6.2.60

Great app but lacking key functionalityGreat app for to-do lists and organising various parts of your life, however, I would like to see a more straight forward calendar. It would be great to add calendar events directly in the calendar section and allocate start/end times etc but unfortunately there is a longer workaround to get to that stage. It’s more of a to-do list app with the calendar being more of a view for locally subscribed calendars.Version: 6.2.56

All goodDoes everything really well, bit confused about “inbox” if you don’t use it collaboratively... wish I could turn it off because I like using individual lists and tasks end up on the inbox list instead of that list all the time.Version: 4.8.52

Best of the to do + calendar appsI tried all to do apps in the first search of the App Store. This was the best for me. I needed a to do list that also had a calendar function similar to Apple Calendar - this is the only one I found that lets you look at a monthly view and analyse tasks at different times, and colours according to type, within. It’s so easy to use. The habits section could be improved, but I’m more than satisfied..Version: 5.5.51

非常好用主要是为了记录周报和月报,工作效率得到提升。希望能有买断制或者降低会员费。不然免费的也够用了。.Version: 6.7.10

Very GoodI really like this app. I always used Apple’s Reminder app and did not think I need anything else. But TickTick added another level of value to my daily task list. All the little details are really nice. For example, if I add a task for tomorrow shortly after midnight TickTick asks if I am really sure that this task is meant for tomorrow. Only negative point for me is the design. To me it looks a bit rough but that’s just down to preference and subjective..Version: 6.1.90

Useful :)I love the fact it has apple widgets so I know what I need to do when I open my phone. Easy to organise and pleasing to the eye..Version: 6.0.60

TickTick is useful for everyone……and those with ADHD, cognitive limitations, difficulty focusing or follow through and feeling overwhelmed. This application has the potential to change your life. Compared to traditional reminder, planning and calendar tools TickTick stands above the rest with the ability to configure it and use it for your specific needs and your situation. I can honestly say my life is much better using TickTick than not or using another app. The best advice I can give is to give it a try, it’s simply works!.Version: 7.0.21

If you're a student you need this appI was hesitant to use this app because these kinds of apps don't tend to stick with me. I've tried everything (so many apps), being someone who struggles with a lot of executive functioning skills like remembering dates, deadlines, assignments, but mainly time management of my assignments/studying, and prioritizing. But this app has changed my life and has every feature I am looking for plus more. Premium version is definitely worth it if you are a student and you are struggling with any of the same things I mentioned above. It is more customizable than I expected and Tick Tick keeps coming out with new features that I never knew I would benefit from. Whoever did the UI/UX for this app, I have serious respect because I'm definitely your target customer, being an undergraduate college student, and it feels like you can read my mind. The timeline function is great for people who need visual reminders, and the fact that Tick Tick can link with your Google Calendar is...amazing. I would recommend this app to students, as I am an undergrad student, but I definitely see myself continuing to use it in the future. Unless I find a better to-do list app, but I'm doubtful because Tick Tick is perfect and I've been using it for a month now consistently along with my linked Google Calendar. I finally feel on top of my life. Give it a try..Version: 6.3.00

Everything I WantedI downloaded every. single. to-do list app. And after upwards of two hours of combing through everything and comparing, I can confidently say TickTick is the best one out there. My favorite part of this app is how specific you can get with the organization. Put priority markers, put tags on each task, manually adjust the list. It makes things so much easier to help keep on track for the day. I also love the fact that you can set a list to be for task, for notes, or both. This, as well as how specific the organization can get, really helps you get the absolute most out of the free version. What really set this aside for me was how pleasant everything is to look at. There’s a good amount of color pallet options, even with the free version. I noticed that with most other apps like this is that it either look very bland and didn’t offer any options worth noting or it focused too much on appearance and began lacking in the actual functionality that brought you to the app in the first place. TickTick not only accomplished both well, but did so with an interface that is very easy to learn and use. Whether you want a list for yourself, or to share it with someone and keep things together, this is THE app..Version: 6.2.31

Really goodThis app has a lot to like, especially the fact that it syncs across devices. The free version has lots of features but there’s room for a couple of improvements. First, it would be good to reduce the height of task rows slightly so that more tasks fit on the screen. Second I’d like more choice of reminder tones. Having said that you can’t really complain when you get such a lot for free!.Version: 6.0.60

Very easy to useIt so easy to use my daily life ..Version: 6.6.37

Legendary-Tier List AppMan the amount of free features you get on this app compared to any other similiar types is so good. It makes me want to pay for premium just to support them, and I will eventually upgrade. Thanks for making such a flawless excellent product, well done!.Version: 7.0.01

Such a great appI constantly try to do apps and fall out with them after so long, they just never seem to do what I want, when I want. TickTick is undoubtedly the first time this hasn’t happened and I’ve actually kept with it, and to boot, it’s improved my productivity no end. The pomodoro built-in feature is fantastic, especially since it has now been built in to the Mac version also. Can’t say enough good things about this app..Version: 4.6.02

Use the app for almost everything!Use the app everyday, even my personal wish lists and shops g lists are on there. My only suggestion would be to add a dedicated section for shopping lists> There have also been some glitches on the app when using it on my laptop, where the timer won’t show up in full screen. But other then that, I love the app!.Version: 6.3.70

GoodGood.Version: 6.0.41

One of my top used appsBeen using this for work notes for around 2 months now maybe and it’s been great. Love how I can make lists and put them into folders and also write notes on them. Haven’t used any premium features yet but will update once I use them.Version: 6.7.05

TickTick is Superior!Over the years, I’ve tried ALL of the major to-do apps. Each was great in its own way, but each had at least one major restriction. I thought that I’d have to “settle” for one of them and used each for at least one year (and up to five years). When I could no longer take the awkwardness of design or the lack of a needed feature, I started looking again. How had I missed TickTick? I downloaded it. For almost a year, I refused to write a review. It worked very well but something was missing. That missing part was taking sufficient time to learn what the developers had done. They didn’t set up a system for me to follow. They set up a system that is so innovative that it conforms to my needs in multiple ways. When I took sufficient time to study it, I was overwhelmed with the thought that they put into it. I had set it up incorrectly, so I deleted my first attempt and started anew. I can now accomplish so much more without the pressure that had been placed on me by the other to-do lists. TickTick is everything that I have ever wanted in this category of apps. I’m so grateful! If you pass over this app or download it without patiently learning the details of its features, you will miss a true gem..Version: 6.5.10

A must have for people who want to be productive! This app helped me get through high school and now in uni tick tick has helped me to stay on top of my studies while making it feel rewarding to “tick” off another task, while I’ve only been using the free version, it’s just amazing at what the developers have managed to create and how much effort has gone into this. I know that this will help others who find it hard trying to remember what’s on for the day. But rest assured this app really is a must have for busy people.Version: 6.5.20

I love tick tick :)Tick tick is my planner for life. The combined feature of a calendar and tasks is the perfect combo in my opinion. It lets me put in tasks whenever I feel like it, while also letting me schedule my days. It’s really useful because sometimes I want to put something in and just leave it there unscheduled so I can see it from time to time. Then I can always schedule it onto the calendar when needed. One more thing I love about Tick Tick is it’s widgets. My Home Screen is really nicely laid out and organised with all my lists and calendars right there for me to see. Having all the info available without having to go into the app just really keeps it in my mind and I find it makes me much more productive. It’s like it’s all laid out there for me and I don’t have to go find it. I’m a premium subscriber and I recommend tick tick for organising your life. 10/10 :).Version: 6.3.80

Loving this app!Just the app I was looking for. Todo list and habit track with bonus of logging in little checking with those..Version: 6.6.71

Love this appI love making lists but I always do it on paper and then I loose them. So then I tried making lists in my notes but then the stuff that is repeated I have to uncheck or rewrite a bunch of times and it still feels unorganized and calendar isn’t easy to use for the same reason. But then I found this gem! I can set repeats I can set times or no times I can access it from my computer and it automagically syncs with my phone. I can have my workout as one task with a todo list for the workout inside of it!!!!! It’s just perfect. The only thing I have found that’s weird there are things I can do from my computer that I can’t do from my phone and visa Versa but it’s fine because I do have both. Like I can skip today’s task and fast forward it to the next time it’s suppose to be done on my phone but not on the computer and I can set times better on my computer..Version: 5.0.11

LOVE this appFormer project manager/biz dev exec. Current stay at home parent. I’ve used practically every app in both business and personal capacities (trello, ayoa, airtable, todoist, asana, etc). I even tried to switch to physical planners. I LOVE this app the most. My favorite feature is the ability to time block my day in the calendar view. It has made a huge difference in my day to day happiness, productivity and - most important of all - expectations of my productivity! The various views help me keep my list for the day manageable, taking into account all the other stuff going on. In the past, I’ve been enjoyed a physical to do list more because I love checking things off. But I love the haptics of this! And find it just as satisfying. I also love seeing my completed tasks in the calendar. My only change would be the ability to see habits at a time in the calendar view, vs just the whole day. Thank you so much for making my favorite app!!!.Version: 6.2.91

The bestNot much else to say, the best time management solution out there, and I've tried most of them. Syncs perfectly with the Windows and Mac apps, easy to use, motivating and looks good. Some minor inconsistentencies between the mobile and desktop versions, like in the desktop, the stats take you to a webpage instead of having it in-app. But that's minor. After a day or so using it and throwing all my ideas in, I couldn't believe how I was managing my time before. I was overwhelmed with what I had to do day to day, and I didn't realise how much. Getting tasks out of my head and organised into TickTick was a weight off my mind and made me feel clearer. One of the best apps I have..Version: 6.2.98

Good stuff. Helps me with staying organizedGood.Version: 6.7.05

RavingThe tl;dr is this is a really good app, compared to apple reminders and one other I can’t remember lol I am the kind of person who found it hard to relax because I had “so much to do today” and when I wanted to do work around the house, I’d feel overwhelmed with all the stuff I had to do, let alone set aside time for my side hobbies. Well, enter ticktick. I can hold the plus button to say “every monday at 8pm take out the trash” and will set a reminder every monday at 8pm, “take out the trash” you can do daily, weekly, monthly reminders. Heck, there is a section just for friend’s birthdays! I can organize with multiple categories of tasks, so my house chores can be one category, my daily health and hygene can be another, my upcoming events can be another. And I can see all my tasks for the day in a handy “today” section. It doesn’t send push notifications until a task is past due. it’s totally free, unless you want to support the dev for 30$ a year, and then you get lots of interesting aesthetic ui reskins, and a handy calendar view for all your tasks. I choose to support the developers, but it’s really great that a tool that can help so many people doesn’t require payment. I am on the second week using this app, and while I’m not perfect at getting all tasks done, I’ve been so much more on top of things, and I’ve been less stressed during my relaxation time, not having to think about “all I have to do today”.Version: 6.3.70

Well executedIt’s a really well executed app. Great UX, that incorporates a good desktop client as well, which is important for continuity at work etc. The calendar view and the Eisenhower matrix are great features too. It’s the first task management app that has stuck for me. Just right without overwhelming something simple with a bunch of complexity..Version: 6.7.05

To doing thangsThis app is brilliant, with reminders set now I’m able to remember my children’s names and remind myself to wake up for work everyday 10/10 would set reminders again.Version: 6.6.92

The missing link between a task list and a project managerI’ve been trying productivity apps, task lists and project managers for over thirty years. From the clumsy Franklin Covey digital planners to GTD methodology apps, I’ve tried them all. I’ve used Things from launch and Asana from the early days. I’ve tried Monday, Pagico, Notion, Opus One, Planmore, Jira, Basecamp, Trello and a long list of task lists. I can tell you this App is unique. It’s build up from simplicity to complexity and not the other way around. The consequence is that you feel you have a solid engine behind a minimalist interface allowing you to be highly productive without assuming the role of the “project manager”, a guy who does not create value but knows how to handle a certain tool. They are very close to achieve Nirvana; if they can create a share / collaboration ecosystem they might galvanize the productivity apps category..Version: 7.0.21

Love this AppSo easy to add items. So easy to have and keep track of many lists. Reminders too..Version: 7.0.11

GreatIt’s amazing and organizable- and you can use it so well despite not paying for premium !.Version: 6.7.05

PERFECTI’ve literally tried every task and habit app to ever exist and this one has everything. The dedicated habit section with its week, month and record view is amazing. I’ve never worked on tasks by viewing them in an Eisenhower Matrix and this has been so helpful. The colors are fun because geez, a lot of task apps are boring! I love the calendar view so I can set realistic timelines on when I can work on a task. Tagging rocks, the ability to add subtasks and assign a due date to each one is awesome, and I love that I can include attachments It’s perfect for my needs and I don’t get bored looking at it. Because for real, once an app gets boring, I lose motivation to open it. Thank you developers for making such a cute app that actually makes it fun to cross items off my to do list! There are so many helpful features and it’s worth every penny!.Version: 6.6.42

I love the app … butI had a very hectic schedule and I wanted to see where my tasks where during the week but this is a premium feature unfortunately Other than that absoultely amazinf.Version: 6.0.60

IMPORTANT!Love this app but wish there was a feature where you could write your notes on the Apple Watch instead of using your voice because you might be in a quiet place and want to write a note but you can’t because this feature isn’t on this app so please add this feature. It would make this app the #1 in the App Store..Version: 4.5.51

Better Organised than I am which is what I neededA very useful App, I have used many before but this one gave me just want I needed, without the need to overcomplicate it. By being fully linked between my iPad and iPhone it allows me to link what I need to do when I need to do it. I have also found that for me I list my plans out using standard Notes which allows me to think through my day and prompt other actions I need to do. This has worked well when using this App also because once I get my thoughts in order I then copy and paste them straight in to this App very easily (also picks up the Emoji Categorying system i use. So a good App that also allows you to bring you own little quirks of personal management to it to make you life even easier. I would thoroughly recommend it.Version: 7.0.21

I tried many app and chose this oneThis app is very outstanding has the functionalities that I was looking forward. I like the integration of external calendars, statistics, over due task managements and reminders, on-time/over-due tracker. Well done.Version: 6.2.91

Fantastic 4 allLoving it, I happily pay for premium so this little beast can hold my life together. Extensive lists, calendar view, habit tracker and pomodoro timer. If you’re studying and do other things it’s a blessing..Version: 6.7.05

Loving this appI am so pleased to have found this app which I find really easy to use and which offers so much functionality. Tasks can be arranged in different lists (Personal, Work, Fitness etc) but can be set to show in an overall Today list and can be ordered as you want - I prefer the order in which they are due. I use it mostly on my iPhone but also love that it not only syncs with my iPad but also with my Mac so that if I am working on my laptop when a task is due I can complete it from there. I really like the Habit forming aspect which is really keeping me on track with activities that I do - and want to continue to do regularly. I have tried several ‘To Do’ list apps over the years - I have found this to be by far the best..Version: 6.1.41

Great app, would love timer streamlinedI shifted over here after trying several pomodoro timers, and To-do apps. It’s a great combination of all. Simple entry, calendar view, task timer. All wonderful. Two timer requests that would make this Five-Star 1. Make it easier to start a timer from the task on iOs. I need to scroll past a list of options, like share and attach photo, which I rarely do. The built-in timer option is all the way at the bottom of the list. I’d love an instant timer button, or something similar. 2. Allow me to stop a partial timer and receive “credit”. I never end a work day exactly on a timer, and don’t like leaving it hanging out until tomorrow. I also set different timers on my phone and computer, and would like to get “partial credit” from each..Version: 5.7.23

Best All Round Task AppI’ve been changing task apps for years and was skeptical when I heard so many say that TickTick is the best overall task manager. I gave it a go and could not be happier! The other apps are deleted and I’ve been flying. The tools are great (Eisenhower is a good one), the aesthetic nice and it runs quick on whatever system you use (iPhone, Mac, iPad or PC). I also have a list of must haves with task managers and TickTick seems to be the only one that has them all (progress bar for tasks with sun-tasks, works on multiple devices, can store notes!!!…). Thank you all at the TickTick team..Version: 6.2.80

Fantastic appTodos, calendars, habits and notes all rolled into one very well-designed app. I’ve gone through quite a few similar apps, and this one has stuck, so I went premium. It has all the features you could want (sub tasks, file and photo attachments, clickable links etc.), but you can use it as a simple reminders list and it doesn’t feel too bloated. My only wish would be to be able to display habits - for today only - in the ‘list’ view, just as they are shown in the ‘day’ view, and perhaps a few more view / appearance options (compact, normal, expanded etc.). Highly recommend this app..Version: 6.2.70

Excellent Product & SupportBeen a Wunderlist user for many years and was happy to switch over to Microsoft Todo. When they bought Winder list. However having got an Apple watch I was annoyed that the Todo was not available for the watch (also Apple Notes and WhatsApp not available for the watch). So I wanted a ToDo app that would work across my Mac, iPhone and Watch and I found Ticktick which does the job really well. I had an issue that the watch didn't appear to be showing my lists so I contacted support and had an answer within 3 hours so all good. The answer btw is that it shows the items on each list on the watch but not the list heading - makes sense as it takes up less room on the watch face. So, I would recommend this app and the company.Version: 5.8.85

Absolutely OutstandingThis app is a hidden gem - it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever used when it comes to task management. I love the format and the additional functions of being able to create folders, lists, and subtasks. Yet it’s so flexible; you control how organized or how simple your lists are. And the additional Pomo timer and habit tracker are so helpful; I don’t have to switch between apps since it’s all in one place! Yet even with all of these functions it never feels cluttered. The design is so streamlined and breathable that I could have a full schedule and not feel overwhelmed. And they offer extra themes (and a dark theme for night) all for free! This is an absolutely amazing app that deserves so much more credit - I thank the creators for making something that has honestly improved my productivity and my life. My only problem is that I didn’t find it sooner. Can’t wait to see what’s to come and I’m excited to upgrade soon. ❤️.Version: 5.2.02

TickTick of approvalThis app is sensational. I’d jumped between task managers and habit trackers up until about a year ago, and since switching to TickTick I’ve really been able to build some strong habits and stay organised and on task. This app does not disappoint. So many features and benefits!.Version: 6.4.41

A good replacement/alternative to Apple remindersApple reminders became useless to me when I upgraded to iOS 13 and the app changed. I couldn’t use it on my iPad which was stuck in iOS 12. I love that much of the apps functionality is free to use..Version: 6.2.96

Love itI’ve tried plenty but this one has stuck for a long time. Beautifully functional..Version: 6.1.81

Great AppI have tried quite a few to do list apps over the last couple of years and seriously used one of the most well known over the last year. I was about to renew for another year then stumbled across tick tick. It had everything my previous favourite had but somehow felt easier and also integrated habit tracking, Pomo timers, sub tasks with own reminders and more. I really like this app and the rest of the family have started using it. Some small areas to improve further - markup within descriptive text, could improve intuitiveness of where some buttons are located, habits also in web/mac version and further grouping of items within a list. They seem to be continuously updating so look forward to see what comes next..Version: 5.3.11

One App to Rule Them AllOMG this app is so good I had to write an essay about it. It does so many things but the interface is so clean, it’s kind of a design miracle. I can do everything I need in the free version but I subscribed because I want this app to exist forever. I have ADHD, so I’m always strategizing to manage my focus. Someone on an ADHD forum recommended TickTick and with some hesitation (oh no not another system…), I downloaded it a few weeks ago. I like productivity apps but if i have to flip between them, it’s not useful for me because … squirrel. TickTick has replaced the following apps for me: - ToDoist, Google Tasks - Done (habit tracker) - Toggl (task timer) - Notion (Notion is still awesome for many things, just not project management for my brain) - GoodNotes (ditto - still awesome, just not for tracking stuff) - and any number of timers and to-do lists TickTick takes my to-do list and puts the information in front of me when I need it. I can filter to just the things I need to immediately handle. I can set it to show me how long I have until the next thing is due (very helpful for a brain that only understands Now and Not Now.) It brings in my calendar events so I can see my days in context. I can start a Pomodoro (timed focus session) from within the task itself. It tracks habits and streaks, allowing me to write notes if I want to. When I reach a goal, it shows cute little animations that I like, (and I usually hate cute little animations.) And it’s got robust widgets, so good that I actually use the Apple Watch app. I actually use it on every device I own, iPad, Watch, Phone, as well as my PC via Chrome. Anyway if you are still reading, just get this app. It’s amazing. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk..Version: 6.5.20

Best if the bunchI was a happy slave to Wunderlist for years. I panicked at the thought of losing it. The MS app just didn’t work for me and I became very worried. Then I found TickTick. It’s better than Wunderlist on so many levels and easy to learn and use. Customer service is quick and good. Every time what I have asked about has turned out to be there all the time! It’s the tops. Update Feb 2022. It’s survived the use over years including my migration from a PC to Mac. It’s the tops, I seriously doubt my ability to function in my world without it..Version: 6.2.11

Everything and moreIt does everything required of a todo app while also having a pomodoro timer and other features. There’s a paid subscription but the free version has all the essential features..Version: 6.6.85

Perfect for meOnly gripe is the task sliding to change date triggers..Version: 7.0.01

Best task and note appTick Tick is by far the best task and note app I have used. I used to use Wunderlist before it became extinct. I tried a few apps and found that Tick Tick was clearly the best, even better than Wunderlist. I use Tick Tick for the personal tasks I need to complete and more so for note taking. I love that there is enough hierarchy to organise my lists without being over complicated. Being able to switch a list between a checklist and notes layout is really handy. And when I want a bulleted list, the shortcut of typing a dash before text makes it so easy on the app. Tags for another layer of grouping really helps to highlight tasks from different lists. Reminders can be useful too. The fact that it has a desktop app is awesome for when I’m in front of my work or home computer and makes it easy when there is a lot of typing or copying and pasting to do which can be frustrating on a phone. For work I use ClickUp which is amazing and flexible but overkill for personal use and needs to be used on a computer as there is too many features which makes it clunky for a device app. Tick Tick does everything I need..Version: 6.6.20

ADHD DREAMIm in the process or being tested for ADHD. I really struggle with getting things done, remembering things, time blindness, etc. this app is GREAT. Im finding my productivity has improved significantly in the last 2 weeks since having the app. It’s got the right amount of colour and sounds that mean I’m stimulated but not overwhelmed/ distracted. The focus timer has also been a game changer for me. I highly recommend TickTick!.Version: 6.6.60

The best there isI have tried the two most famous (and expensive) task apps as well as TONS of others. seriously, I’ve demoed every task app I could get my hands on for the past 6 months. None of them match the workflow and features of TickTick. They are rather cumbersome, lack features, or are overdone and overwhelming in the UX/UI department. TickTick is basically perfect. It does everything I need it to do (repeating tasks, routines, due dates, widgets, pomodoro focus timer, calendar view, Today view, multiple lists, notifications, inbox, tags, sharing, and more), and does all of that without feeling messy and cluttered. It takes all of the best ideas from other task apps, and leaves the messy/nonsensical things behind. This is the app I recommend to anyone before they go drop a bunch of money on the 2 more “famous” apps (omnifolkis, thangs 3 😉). TickTick blows them out of the water in every way..Version: 5.8.65

Ticktick is everything I ever wantedI’ve tried many apps but Ticktick is hands down the best for me. Each detail seems thoughtfully created for maximum functionality and ease of use. It does everything I’ve always wanted my planning app to do. I’m so glad I decided to try it out.Version: 6.6.81

Top Tier Organisation !After watching many review compilation videos of task organising apps, I decided on TickTick after the great feedback about it’s operating system/design. Great decision made, I totally love this app and the levels of detail that can be input to tasks & notes. Highly recommend !.Version: 6.7.05

Really really helpfulLove this app. Only wish I had a monthly calendar view in the free version.Version: 6.7.10

Best to-do app on the market. I’ve tried them all. This is without question the most intuitive to-do list app that I have used. It’s different than anything else I’ve used and I have used them all ….believe me. A couple of things I think are really important… It’s visually intuitive with various views of your to-list that you can set up (I LOVE the Eisenhower Matrix view). I also like the way that it does reminders, and the workflow is just very easy to understand. The amount of customization is impressive and continues to get better so there’s no limit to what you can do with this app. And it’s stable. Can’t stress how important this last point is. I’ve used a number of apps that crash once you get a fair amount of data, but these guys know how to build software. I would recommend this to anybody that is looking to manage a large number of tasks that they need to get done both on the short term and long term. I would give this more than 5 stars, if I could! Thanks very much for a fantastic app. It’s been a game changer for me..Version: 6.6.55

ExcellentI love this so much.Version: 6.5.20

Excellent appI have used ticktick for a long time now, only using the free features. It works excellent as is. It is my second brain, where all my actionable to do lists go but also any thoughts that come up during the day. The sync feature means this is so indispensable. I upgraded recently because my work now requires more specific management and I didn’t feel cheated paying for the premium features as I’d gotten by find using ticktick for so long without them. I recommend this app whether you pay or not..Version: 6.1.41

Amazing app and helps with ADHD drasticallyAfter having tried so many different planners and diaries finding one that is simple, clean and effective has been a game changer. I’m able to update my schedule through both phone and pc which instantly sync. Keep notes of what I need to do and create a block schedule to make sure I don’t double book. It’s flexible and has easy access to the app through my phone widget Definitely recommend.Version: 6.3.80

A Real Lifesaver - Ranks in the Top 5 Best Apps I have a ever UsedThis is perhaps one of Tu e best apps I have used and I have now used more than many apps on my phone. It’s in all my Macs as well as iPad and I love the seamless syncing. My days are now more organised and I live the feeling of ticking off things I have done and look at them at the bottom of the screen. I just wish there was a way of buying a perpetual license rather than this whole subscription trend. To the developer : please provide the perpetual license option ! Update: Still enjoying the app and it’s still my top productivity tool.Version: 5.9.25

Beware deletes data!!!Installed and asked for it to sync and delete tasks from reminders. As expected it did this, however when I then chose to make an account with tick tick and used google to sign In, it preceded to delete all of the tasks it had imported from reminders. Now I no longer have the tasks and folders In tick tick or reminders, I have a blank list in both apps. This is a very poor design!.Version: 5.9.27

Easy!!It’s such an easy way to store your to-do lists. I have lists for the everyday and long term lists of bigger jobs to do. I can have multiple lists at once. And I love how when I tick it off, it literally crosses out the task and puts it at the bottom in a “completed” section, so I can still go back and gloat over everything I’ve accomplished..Version: 6.1.90

Nice appThis is a very good app for organizing things.Version: 6.6.55

Superb, probably the Best On MarketThis has been one of the biggest conundrums I’ve had - getting an organiser that helps me. I’ve spent much money testing various apps, subscribing to their monthly subscriptions. Being honest - there is no perfect app out there but TickTick is the closest to perfection I’ve found. This app really packs a punch. Integrated diary, understanding of natural language input, duration of event, priority setting, lists and tags, great support from their Team, good alarm rather than just the iOS option plus repeating alarm. It’s easy to set up repeating dates, and reminders. So for me, this is the best and look forward to future developments from the developers..Version: 5.5.62

AwesomeGreat app to organise my day to day tasks.Version: 6.4.00

Very good appIts very good to orguanise my caotic life.Version: 6.6.60

Just started ticking awayFirst time using this kind of productivity app, it’s been really helpful how flexible the app is, especially with linking pomodoro or focus to specific tasks and habits, first of all gives you a good idea of how much time everything takes, secondly when you know the time required for each task it will actually motivate you to do things because they will not look as hard as before you planned them. Overall I’ve got nothing to complain about, other app interfaces are slicker perhaps Calendar view could use an uplift and maybe turn into a daily time-line because the app’s already got same functionality I think all it needs is to show. I’m general I think the UI leaves a bit to be desired but in terms of function it’s as good as it can be. Thanks for such a great app..Version: 6.3.00

Exactly what I needed all alongAfter trying all the options out there including notion, coda, google tasks, Microsoft todo, and many others I have come back to TickTick, simply because it provides everything I need for my workspace and PARA inspired second brain. Thank you TickTick..Version: 6.6.42

Literally life changingI’ve tried pretty much every task management tool out there…spent days transferring all my tasks to a new app, using it for couple of weeks and getting frustrated and moving all the tasks to another task management software…times 12 at least. BUT this one changed all that! Every detail of this app is extremely well thought through. I can’t even think of any other software in any other category, not just task management, that I’ve come across that is this well done. The more I use it the more features I discover (some are a bit hidden because there just so many ways to organize and manage your tasks…for eg just discovered how you can mark percent complete in Mac app…really neat). There’s so many different ways to configure the tasks (using tags, lists, priority etc) and notes section has a ton of great layout features…but the best part is that EVERYTHING is super intuitive…to the point that the app is actually fun to use. I’ve probably only ever written a handful of reviews ever and was compelled to write one (and to upgrade my acct to a paid acct even though I didn’t need to) solely based on the flexibility and intuitiveness of this app. Kudos to the team (especially their UX people)!!.Version: 6.3.70

Excellent with a Few CaveatsHi, I have been using the app for a few months now and combination of habit manager and task manager in a single app is really great. I am giving 4 stars due to a few caveats I observed. I have already sent these as messages couple months ago and did not get any response. Hence I am posting here. 1. The Today list shows the tasks and the habits. But tomorrow's list shows only the tasks. Can you please modify it to show the habits for tomorrow so I can review it the previous day and plan it accordingly. 2. We can agree that Inbox is a separate list to facilitate the GTD methodology. The tasks are still in the inbox even after I assign them to a particular date. The task is removed from Inbox only when I add it to any list. I have a few tasks that do not go on any list but just need to be reminded on that day. I don't want them in my inbox after I reviewed it and assigned a date. At least implement a filter in the inbox to show tasks without any due date. 3. Skipping a habit is not syncing to other devices. I don’t think it’s a sync issue as marking it as achieved or unachieved is being reflected in other devices. So essentially even if I skip a habit in my iPhone , it is still showing up in Today on my Mac. Please sync the skipping action to other devices. Thank you.Version: 6.0.03

Good task management appI have been trying different task management app but this one is the best so far. Even with the free version I has been happy with it but the subscription is worth it too. It has everything I need, tasks list, habit, calendar view and even pomodoro! The layout is also very easy to use and they has all sorts of cool feature to list and edit your tasks.Version: 5.7.23

Excellent for my ADHDI need tick boxes to function, and TickTick let’s me have all the little lists I need. I love being able to keep some lists (like movies to watch) away from others that are dated (like my daily to-do list). And 99 tick boxes for free?! That’s a heap! Upgrading to premium for unlimited tick boxes is worth it too!.Version: 6.6.55

Amazing task app! Before downloading TickTick, I really struggled finding a task app with all the features I wanted. Things like due dates, reminders prior to due dates, calendar view, etc. I was totally excited to download TickTick and see that they have all of those capabilities and more! I group up each task by list, and with a life that consists of work tasks, home tasks, social tasks, and misc tasks... I LOVE the organization and it is much needed! The reminders are easy to receive and creating a task is so easy. Sometimes I’ll create a task whenever I’m thinking about it and that weight can be lifted off my shoulders because I know TickTick will remind me when I actually need to think about that task, but when it gets closer to time I panic thinking I forgot something until I look at the calendar view and see it was there all along! I pay for the premium version ($2.99 a month I believe) because it’s totally worth it to get to change themes and do other things like change the duration of how long a task will take. All in all, TickTick is my favorite and most used app on my phone! The only thing I wish that was a little smoother was adding a location to a task, such as an address... I’d like to be able to just click on the address and it take me to my Maps app but usually I have to copy and paste. Very tiny detail though :) great job making an app for your users, TickTick!.Version: 5.2.02

The Most Complete To-Do List App I've FoundI've tried a number of apps to organise my lists and tasks, since it was announced Wunderlist was no longer being updated. TickTick is the most comprehensive out there, with lots of useful free tools. It's also possible to be notified at a location, which I've not been able to find as a free feature anywhere else (aside from the iPhone's own Reminders app). I can honestly say TickTick provides me with everything I need from a to-do list app. And there's even more power included if you upgrade to premium....Version: 6.3.15

Favourite app for tracking habits and tasksI was looking for an app to track habits and tasks on both iOS and my Windows laptop. I found this through some google search reccomendations and the free version was great. Upgraded to the premium version recently and am loving the extra features..Version: 6.2.91

Great appSo easy and simple. Love the ability to set priorities and modify as needed.Version: 6.5.21

Awesome and sleek toolI started using the Tick Tuck desktop widget on a second screen, having the app as well is an added bonus… very easy to use, and great for tasks, activities and reminders….Version: 6.6.35

This app helps me to be the best version of myselfI can’t say enough good things about this app. I struggle with ADHD. Medication and a lifetime of practice have got it under control for the most part; but I often fall behind on small daily tasks that become overwhelming to catch up on and it can really throw my whole life out of whack. With TickTick I have a focused display that keeps me organized, on a schedule, and rewards me for being successful without distracting me and drawing me into my phone. I feel a weight off my shoulder knowing that I have a clear plan for what I need and want to achieve and can visually organize my schedule for the day in just a few seconds. I truly accomplish so many more things in each day when I use TickTick; my sleep habits have even become more regular and I feel great. Thanks TickTick!.Version: 6.6.42

AmazingMy life is basically dictated by to-do and project planner apps that I must say I wish I had discovered this sooner. One that I was using was Wunderlist until it was discontinued and then I tried out pretty much all that available. Many of the features which are only available through premium memberships with the others are available for free here, such as labels, themes, reminders. I’d be happily upgrade for premium should the need arises. I also found the app is fast and responsive, which is essential for my fast-paced work..Version: 5.8.12

Best Productivity/Notes App EverI have tried a lot of apps to help manage tasks, track habits, and stay focused but none have measured up to TickTick. The app/website is clean and simple so you don’t get overwhelmed with the things you want to accomplish - which is what I want in an app. But the reason I love the app is the features. It is everything I was looking for bundled in one and provided a better user experience an the competition, too. 1. Habit Tracker - easy and fun to use 2. Tasks/Notes - nothing too crazy or out of the box here - but effective 3. Focus timer/stopwatch - this is my favorite feature. It’s SO well integrated in the apps it makes a breeze to actually use on a daily bases. Then, the thing that make it all possible to use in today’s society is the apps. The app for Mac is awesome. When the app is enabled there’s a small emblem telling you how many tasks you have or how much time is left on to focus depending a quick to configure toggle. Lastly, it can sync to you calendar which can be a big deal if you manage your life off your calendar. My suggestion to TickTick, I would like to see is more options when it comes to alerts on tasks and option for the sound that notifies you when your focus timer has ended. My suggestion to you (the person try to better manager to time and habits)... Download it!! Overall, a well deserved 5-Star rating!! Good work, keep it up..Version: 5.7.12

Powerful yet flexible and simpleI have used many task management applications over the years and there always seems to be a compromise at some point. TickTick by keeping things simple but allowing tags to drive customisation and flexible filtering has allowed all needs to be addressed without complicating the user interface and concentrate on create and managing tasks and subtasks. The addition of time stamped comments at the task level ensures can give context to the activity, not crucial for my needs but if requiring comments at subtask level then this may be a gap for you but as can set due dates at task level maybe comments will be added in future..Version: 4.8.52

Possibly the best to do list everI’m a To Do List App nut and I’ve gone all through the many apps - AnyDo, Google Task, Todoist and the most useful features all in one app can be found in TickTick. The free version itself is already feature rich - you simply cant go wrong with TickTick..Version: 6.3.51

My favourite appUniversity has lots of repeating tasks, weekly quizzes and readings and the like. Ticktick allows me to remember those tasks and schedule them for a time and date. I’m also able to use the time blocking method with premium which has made me so organized. Highly recommend this app to everyone, it is the greatest organization app I’ve ever used Edit to add: I’ve been using this app now for over 2 years (premium) and it’s still the greatest app on my phone. Well well worth the subscription. Time blocking !!!!.Version: 7.0.21

Get This App If You Have ADHDIf you have ADHD—you know it’s incredibly overwhelming to organize your day, start new projects, and keep yourself focused. This is the task manager that will actually help you! This one is the best because of the way you can organize your tasks AND projects within the app. I’ve had countless therapists tell me I need to break down my big projects into smaller tasks. But of course actually doing that creates a mess of little to do lists that I will definitely misplace. This app will help you keep it all in one place. And being able to actually visualize your schedule and interact with it on a screen makes it loads easier to organize it faster. Now you can actually start your project instead of thinking about “how” for hours. I recommend this app to nearly everyone I meet with the same struggles as me. I stumbled on this app through a lot of trial and error on other apps. I’m so glad because I don’t think I would have graduated college without it. I still use it post-grad to organize my hobbies, my job, and my day to day..Version: 5.8.05

LOVE the app, but...So let me just start off by saying this app has kept me so organized ever since I downloaded it and it is very convenient. The tags and lists are a great feature that I definitely am using, the personalization for each task is great, and the calendar is extremely easy to use. However, there is one problem. When I say one problem, I mean out of the whole app I have found only one problem (which is fantastic!). The problem is that when I’m not able to get something done that I put in as a task for the day, there is no option for incomplete. The only options are to mark it as complete (which effects the statistics) or leave it alone and it runs into the next day as overdue; but, I don’t want a lot of the tasks I can’t get done in the overdue section. The other button it has is a delete button, but then I can’t go back and see the task as incomplete because it’s gone. If I choose delete task and it’s something I have set to repeat (like my workouts), it automatically deletes all of the future workout tasks. What I’m trying to say is that I really need an incomplete or something like that button. I hope you see this feedback and can get back to me about fixing the problem. Thanks for the otherwise perfect app!.Version: 5.7.02

Exactly what I was looking forI just wanted an app that could give me the simple functionality of a calendar with a to-do list that i could tick off, so i could easily switch between the days and see what i had to do. It's amazing how many calendar/to-do/planner apps i had to get through just to find that simple functionality. Most apps i had to upgrade to premium just to add a task?? This app is everything I'm looking for, you can easily rearrange tasks in your list, easily move a task to another day, and it's super intuitive and quick. I legit never leave a review for apps but i just felt so relieved to have found this app. Thank you for making it!!!.Version: 5.8.30

Powerful multi-platform app…(previous review removed) Update: can be as simple or complex as you wish. Free/trial version is useful but I would suggest all features and 2 weeks’ trial to get a better sense of what this app can do. Interface could be better but that’s likely a limitation of getting a working app on just about every known digital platform, including web. Which makes this app extremely convenient and powerful compared to its competitors..Version: 6.4.11

Best Todo App by Far, but what happened to the widgetI’ve tried literally every well known, and many not so well known, todo/task management apps and none tick (sorry for the pun) as many boxes as TickTick does for my requirements. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot. You’ll be happy you did. Questions for the developers: What happened to the widgets? I went to add one to my Home Screen today and couldn’t find any TickTick widgets available. I know they were there a few weeks ago because I was about to add one but tbh it looked pretty...meh not the best and I wasn’t sure how I wanted to design my home screens yet. Got around to putting together some different home screens today and wanted to add a TickTick widget to my productivity screen but when I went to add it there were no widgets to be found for TickTick..Version: 5.8.66

BEST PRODUCTIVITY APP EVERI’ve been using TickTick for about two weeks, and now that I’m using it daily, I’m coming out of a lazy depressed cycle I was in, and I have tried nigh every productivity app. Todoist, Taskade, Monday, Notion, Obsidian, Bear, MindNode, Tasks, Google Tasks, Asana, Bullet Journal companion app, and probably a few more. This app has it ALL! The UI is simple which is great for HSPs or INFJs. The UX is good, too, as the app is customizable. Don’t want a habit tracker? Cool, it’s hidden. Don’t understand the Eisenhower Matrix, again you can hide it with one or two clicks. Also, I find the haptic sound played when you press on a task that you’ve completed incredibly satisfying, and I loved Todoist for that same reason. If you have ADHD, I HIGHLY recommend this app. The free version is incredibly generous, and they have tons of widgets, including Apple’s new StandBy feature. There are no ads, no forced paywalls. Whoever is behind this app deserves a ton of hugs and high fives. I can now happily delete almost all of my other apps that I was juggling because none of them could be everything I needed. TickTick is finally the app that—for me—has it all, without having too much. I could probably write a blog about it. Just get it! It’s free!.Version: 6.7.10

My favorite and only Todo list app.I had been falling behind on my todos and today thought it would be a good idea to just print them out to keep them in mind… and even the printout is so well designed, with clear to read formatting, and organization… it made me remember how thankful I am for this tool. I started using TickTick more than a couple of years ago having outgrown other todo trackers, and have never had to look again. What I like about it? It is so well designed, so many todo apps do not seem to have had a designer involved in the process, but whoever designed TickTick fully understood how to make an intuitive, clear to read, engaging interface. I love the organization of folders tasks and sublists and that you can tag your todos, ooh the power of tagging goes unrealized by so many apps (notability hint hint). I use TickTick to organize and track my small business, my household and my family todos. The pricing, free, is amazing without any obtrusive ads. And I am also here to upgrade, which is so reasonable, compared to the math apps that I use which unreasonably expect me to pay $10 a month each —TickTick is in the $2 range for additional forward looking functionality. Thank you TicktTick for keeping me organized. I might not always get to everything that I put in there, but that feeling that you got my back motivates me to keep moving forward..Version: 6.6.20

Brilliant and simpleThe best feature of the app is how you can see your to-do as a list as well as on a daily calendar! Surprisingly, I couldn’t find any other app that allows you to do that. Every single to-do (or anything that mattress) can be segregated neatly into any number of categories, add a due date and time to it, and it’s on your calendar. So as a college student, I had tasks related to academic work, recruiting, personal chores, even stuff like workout all in one daily calendar but nearly categorised into their respective sections. On top of this simple foundational design, you have a gazillion helpful features - adding a picture, adding notes, different kinds of views for your task (eg: Kanban view, list view etc) and color coding categories. I hope you guys keep innovating and improving.Version: 6.7.15

Great appAfter trying quite a few of the best out there, TickTick is the easiest and possibly most versatile to-do planner. It is designed both efficiently and aesthetically, syncs cross-platform. I transferred all my to-dos from other apps to TickTick after one day of using it. Highly recommended!.Version: 7.0.11

Tick tick is taking up all my timeI was using multiple apps to accomplish what TickTick claimed it could do in one place. Lots of shining stars. Not an intuitive app! Click on something thinking it will do what you need, suddenly an entire subgroup of tasks to do is marked complete and irretrievable. Trying to work through this app is like following rabbit holes that lead to dead ends. The “welcome” page w its waving hand, the only place I could find as the “help” page, has literally no answers. There is a one minute, maybe shorter, video tutorial. Doesn’t come close to what’s needed. Have written for help because after importing all my entries from google calendar and my apple calendar, all entries from previous dates, like when I last had a meeting w a client, etc, were gone. All previous calendar history, gone. I asked for help days ago. No response. My day was planned to a T today. Now all messed up because got caught trying to get this GTD app to help me GTD. Yikes! And I PAID FOR THIS!!! —frankie sims, with one “m”..Version: 6.7.10

Best task listing app5 stars cuz it really is great! It has great features and enough for free as well! The facts it’s free and has great built in technology makes it never better!! I have been using this to catch up on school work and personal life. I won’t give away too much but it’s that u can kind of personalise how you like the Color of the app. The coolest part is..it has a built in timer! So you get to use it within the app. Great app great stuff.Version: 6.1.30
