Awesome!This is my third app of this developer and it seemed a little odd to do this one at first, but it works. As with the other ones they don't tell you exactly how fast you need to be, but they'll tell you to run slightly faster. It's absolutely awesome. I'm getting a great benefit out of this one..Version: 7.3

Great app for trainingJust starting week 2 on the app, but really like the intervals. Would like to see prompts for "run a little faster" to be more specific, such as run (blank) faster than your last fast interval. That's probably more up tot the user though..Version: 4.2

An essential toolI have plateaued at the same mile/minute pace for nearly a year. After 4 weeks of this program, I've shaved 45 seconds off my mile/minute pace! Totally awesome!.Version: 6.30

Big improvement in pace!This has given me an easy to follow framework for improving for 6 miles and I’ve really enjoyed it. Im running much faster than when I started! Almost perfectI have gone through 5k then 10k and am almost done with 10k pacer. These programs have really helped me improve my running. I often have to repeat steps before I can move on, but it is motivating. My only wishes are that it allowed for longer for the 10k, I can't run it in one hour. It would be nice to have an option to "add on" steps. Also, for the cues I wish it announced how much time, like "start running for 10 minutes". Often my phone is not visible and I'd like to know how far. But these are minor points. I love it..Version: 6.30

Great for maintaining!!I love the runner apps...I never thought I'd be able to run for 10 min straight let alone an hour!!! They really help you gradually work up to the 10k and really shows someone that they can do anything. I recommend these apps to all my friends..Version: 4.1

Solid app! Suggest changing the pacer approach.I love the apps in this series - mainly because I get a beep (and verbal instruction) to run, another beep to walk, and a beep when I’m halfway and I should turn around. The 5K and 10K are my favourites. For the ‘pacer’ apps, I struggle a bit. Other programs that use interval training will do short intervals, where you increase your RPE for each interval. (So maybe a 5 effort for your baseline run, then 6, 7, 8 and 9 for 4x intervals - simply stretch that out for 8x.) “Short” might be 30 seconds for the first few weeks, and build up to 2-3 minutes over the weeks. The last intervals might stay at 30 seconds so you can really go all out sprinting. I’m also not running a 10K in 60 minutes yet - hence buying the pacer apps - so the 60-minute run is at best 9K + warm up and cool down. It feels a little gloomy to be so far outside the app’s expectations, but as a 40-year old woman, even achieving 62 minutes is apparently considered pretty good. I wonder if there could be different “long run” lengths, with a suggestion based on age and gender that the user can then accept or modify?.Version: 7.5

Enabled me to go from a non runner to 10K runnerAs a novice and running not my strength at all, I started with Couch to 5k app then progressed onto 5k-10K and now I am using the 10K pacer to increase my run pace. These apps are fantastic at guiding you through from non runner to being able to run. Whilst I’m still not fast and have questioned my ability if you follow the app it really does get you there. More motivationHaving completed and enjoyed 10k runner, 10k forever has been a great way to keep me motivated whilst trying to improve my speed. Really like that the program has 3 run session a week which combine speed and endurance. Like 10k runner it builds the intensity slowly over a number of weeks. Great for picking up speedI really love this app and use it most frequently on the treadmill. As an upgrade, I'd love it if you could program your own custom intervals. For instance, to set it for tempo runs or hill repeats. I'm using a training program right now that I think would be complemented by this app if I could adjust the intervals to fit the workouts..Version: 4.2
