Keeps me sane!I find this app absolutely fantastic. I’d done couch25k and wanted to keep running but don’t have time in my life to go for a 10k or marathon trainer. This lets me improve and track my progress while sticking to 3 runs per week of about the right length. I’ve done the pacer 4 times now. It has helped me recover from an ankle injury and I can see how much fitter and faster I’ve got. On practicalities, it works well also NY side music or a podcast. Very occasionally it will freeze and stop tracking my distance but this only happens once every few months and isn’t a big deal. In short, I love this app. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life! Oh, and I love the 7-minute workouts by Fitness22. I do one after each run as a warm down and to do some upper body exercise..Version: 7.5

Please make Apple Watch compatible!I love this app (and the whole family of apps) and I’ve been able to start running, get a 5k distance, run that faster and now I have my sights set on a 10K for fall! The interval setup has been perfect for me and pushed me just enough without feeling incapable. My only complaint about the app is that it doesn’t have a version for my Apple Watch. I would love to have it buzz on my wrist to move on to the next run/walk/faster portion. Please consider making that an update!.Version: 7.5

Already running fasterRunning never appealed to me (that's putting it lightly). But after I started the 5K Runner and made it to the end I decided why not try to make my 5k faster. Used 5k pro now upgraded to 5k pacer and I'm improvingGPS is accurate and as I said I used 5k pro to get to 5k and now to improve my pace I have upgraded. The programme gently increases your running using varied pace and walking and although I have only got to week 2 I have already noticed that I am running further in the 35 min runs. Great programme I'd recommend this to anyone that can run 5k if not then use the 10k or 5k pro to get there. I was very unfit and over weight and I did it and through the winter. Excellent ongoing appI started with the 5K app that got me to 35 minutes non-stop at a basic pace. Now this app is building off of that basis and introducing faster pace intervals. I will continue to use this as I up the pace multiple times in the future. I'm 62 and shooting for a 25-minute 5K by the end of the year starting this year able to run about a 13-minute mile. I like it, I want them to make it a 5I like the interval and time based training. It keeps me focused on improving speed and cadence rather than my distance. However! It measures my 5.5k runs anywhere from 0.25k to 0.75k. I believe this is more a symptom of iPhones than the app. Since the iPhone GPS is quasi-reliable, enabling an option to edit my distance covered would be appreciated. I'm also working through their push-up and sit-up apps and I am quite pleased with the simplicity. I don't like monkeying with my phone when I want to focus on my workout..Version: 6.30

Brilliant but lackingI used the 5k app to take me from couch to runner and found it amazing. I downloaded this version to help increase my pace and again, it's working brilliantly except for one major let down. The normal 5k app comes with an iwatch app so you can easily what's left of a segment by a glance of your wrist. The 5k pacer app sadly doesn't. This is a massive let down for such a good app. Being able to glance at your wrist to see there's 20 seconds left of your increased pace would be a massive help and motivator. Given this app is built on the foundations of the 5k version it's also a surprise there's no iwatch support. Once it supports the watch, this will be a 5 star app..Version: 7.3

Learning to runI did their first app, the 5k runner and before i knew it was running 3 miles no problem. Now i want to do bigger things and downloaded the 10k, but my pace was too slow to finish in their 60min suggested time, so i got this app! Keep goingOkay, I'm a 43 year old, overweight, unfit man. I started the 5k app mid December when I turned 43. It took me a little longer than the app set, as I couldn't do the three runs a week due to work and family commitments, but I did get there. It wasn't pretty but I did do it. I'm now doing this 5k pacer. Both apps build you up gently and the little extra challenge each run is what I need to get me to put the running shoes on each time. Great app, would recommend it for all the couch potatoes out there. Come on give it a go. You will feel better - not immediately after the run ;-). But it does get better..Version: 7.3

Great AppAs it states I can run a 5k already but I wanted to improve on my time. I’m 4 weeks in and already improved my 5k time. Easy to use and like the audio instructions so I don’t need to keep looking at the phone.
