✓ Great exercises !Great exercises! (I am a certified trainer for many years) If you know how to put a workout together these are great exercises to incorporate. If you're new to working out .. you may follow the exercises but will not know how many reps , sets, etc. as the app does not specify. Otherwise All of their apps have many many great exercises . What I also didn't appreciate is that when my 1 yr old deleted the app Playing with my phone, I went to install it again and I would have to buy it AGAIN ? Unlike all other apps if deleted and installed again - no need to pay 2nd time..Version: 2.3
