Eclipse Yourself for Positive User Reviews

All in oneEverything I want all in the one place. All the metrics you need to manage your health and well-being.Version: 1.0

.Version: 1.8

Fantastic app!Great for my overall health.Version: 1.4

Love this appGreat interface. Great app..Version: 1.0

Love it5 stars for an app that works and is helpful day to day..Version: 1.7

A better whoopI’ve tried many of these trackers…this is the best! The interface is really nice, the data is awesome, and it integrates well with AutoSleep (another of their awesome apps!!)..Version: 1.7

Interesting!Really enjoying this app overall. I must be honest, I don’t really understand the in depth graphs and metrics, but am intrigued by how the data is showcased, and ofcoarse, at a high level, if feels good to know when I am balanced, as the app puts it. It does provide a different perspective on the insights my data that the standard fitness app does not provide..Version: 1.8

Try insightfulLove it! Very.Version: 1.9

True BalanceEclipse is the first app of its kind to truly integrate my activity, recovery and readiness metrics into one place. I enjoy the depth of insights the app provides with the ‘Activity Road’ being one of my favourite features to monitor my activity levels..Version: 1.0

Time to Eclipse myself! As soon as I saw who developed this app, I didn’t hesitate to install based on their previous apps AutoSleep and HeartWatch which I have used for years. This goes above and beyond, so much attention to detail with beautiful simple concepts. I look forward to creating the perfect eclipse every day!.Version: 1.0

Good looking appI just started the 7 day trial. The app looks good so far and I am looking forward to using it this week..Version: 1.9

I’ll bite for a yearLove the other programs by this developer and so wanted to also try this. The jury is still out for my one week trial so I’ll bite for an annual since it’s reasonable. I HATE subscriptions since I’m old and I’m afraid I’ll croak and my grandkids will still be paying this every month in perpetuity. But I’m curious as to what they’ll be able to do with this now that they have my extra $20. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. I do like all the pretty colors..Version: 1.8

Recovery & Readiness discrepanciesLove the app but don’t understand why the BPM and HRV for Recovery and Readiness are not the same. Other than that I find the app very helpful with the other fitness features of my series 8 iPhone.Version: 1.7

BEST app in this space! 💪Thank you thank you!! Finally an app that keeps it simple but lets me dig into my health trends. It’s early days using it but creating that readiness sunshine already has me sold, so much valuable information without all the confusing mess offered by others. Will try the share parts next with the husband, the online help site is great and explains it perfectly. Love your work to all the Eclipse developers. Can’t wait to see where this app goes. ❤️.Version: 1.0

ReviewI am enjoying this app tonight very much.Version: 1.8

Eclipse is GreatI am 89 years old. It’s important that I monitor my health and well being closely. Eclipse by far the best App I have found to do that. I tried other apps but they didn’t have the breath of Eclipse.Version: 1.4

They’re onto somethingThis is the beginning of a useful health app. It does show me an accurate picture of how I am feeling. It’s just hard to tell exactly what I should do to feel better and improve the areas that are lacking. For example, it is saying that my recovery is lacking each day and it keeps getting worse. But I’m not sure what I should do to improve that. But overall I think with more fine tuning and more stats and info this will be an incredibly valuable app to TRACH overall fitness..Version: 1.4

Cracker of an appThis is an awesome app, and has helped improve fitness, sleep quality and managing how I feel..Version: 1.0

Really usefulGreat analytics. Not so deep. Just useful. Helps confirm what your feeling..Version: 1.8

Super interesting and motivatingI am finding this app a really useful tool as I explore self care and whole body awareness. The information is fascinating and I am able to make stronger choices from the data, as I rebuild. Thank you!.Version: 1.9

Find your balance between training and recoveryThis is such an innovative app that cleverly highlights the interplay between activity, readiness and recovery. Perfect, not just for athletes, but anyone wanting to optimise their health and productivity. It's the first thing I look at every morning, has motivated me to go to bed 30min earlier, and practise box breathing before lights out. Also for anyone fascinated by Peter Attia, so many of the metrics he focusses on are measured here (HRV, Training zones, RPE, recovery HR etc)..Version: 1.0

No apple id option? This app looks amazing. The only reason I left off a star is because I can’t work out how to sign in with my apple id. It keeps prompting me then sending me to settings, but there is no option in the menu to change it from icloud..Version: 1.2

Recovery should be subset of ReadinessPoor recovery metrics should feed the overall one-number/one-phrase readiness score. If this app could distill all the underlying data it already collects into a single score, then users who feel their one-number readiness score may not accurately reflect their own waking experience could dig into all the factors the app is using… but otherwise there is currently too much scrolling required and too much data presented in order to get the app’s subjective assessment..Version: 1.7

Great Health GuideLoving the visuals and the education of my personal health & recovery factors.Version: 1.8

Awesome Movement ToolI’m enjoying this physical movement tool. I’m pleased how the app measures my movement and various workouts. Magnificent!!!.Version: 1.4

Love the appI like knowing my numbers and this seems to be accurate.Version: 1.9

I am getting the hang of this.So - look at it in the morning to see how I did yesterday and what to expect for today. And an idea of adjustments I might try today. From which I will see results tomorrow. Right?.Version: 1.9

Where has this been?I have needed this for sooooo long. This app helps monitor and manage your overall wellbeing (sleep, fitness, health). I’ve been sleeping a lot better thanks to this.👍.Version: 1.0

Focus on healthWhat I enjoy most about this app is that it focuses on multiple areas of my health which allows me to be aware on what to work on for the coming day..Version: 1.3

Good measurementsLove the fact of the different zone of readiness. Let me know when to chill or how hard to work out. Love fastland pushes me.Version: 1.8

Great appFeels like I’m finally getting all the information that I used to have with my Garmin, but way better! Probably the best representation of my recovery and sleep data I have seen, and I’ve been using AutoSleep by this same developer for years!! The workout views are very cool once you start drilling into the gauges and exploring. Excited to keep learning this app. Top job..Version: 1.0

Another great application!Heart Watch and Auto Sleep are joined by Eclipse! Worth the money. I have Heart Watch and Auto Sleep too. Had them for Years. Insights in to you healthy are fantastic. Worth the money. 💰 Eclipse is the newest!!.Version: 1.9

Worth the learning curveI’ve been using Eclipse for about one month now. I really like the eclipse concept and how it equates to a sort of holistic picture of one’s health. Not only does it track pretty accurately how I’m feeling, it allows me to pick out specific focus areas to improve upon. I’m sleeping more and trying to keep my activity in the fast lane! Worth the learning curve to figure out what all the different metrics mean exactly..Version: 1.4

Essential app for apple watch ownersThe apple watch is a phenomenal activity tracker, but the way it presents data in the health app isn’t the best, it lacks actionable insights and forces you to hunt around in various charts and graphs. this app is the answer to that problem, it’s everything you need to understand where you’re at it one place; you can drill down deep into specific metrics, or just get a clear instant understanding of your overall status with just a five second glance. I really like it, it’s a permanent fixture in my health app roster, strong recommendation for all watch owners..Version: 1.8

Best App of its kindTracks readiness and recovery as well as training. Highlights immediately where opportunities exist to focus on. Super easy to use and works beautifully..Version: 1.8

CrashingWas looking forward to getting into the eclipse family but unfortunately having some issues with the app crashing on Day 2 of use.Version: 1.3

Great appI love this app. I like that I am able to record the events of the day that helped me with my mental health status as well as tracking, my sleep, my steps, and all that entails with that. It’s a great app I would highly recommend it for anybody. It works well for the beginner like me who does not do workouts and things like that. It’s just an all-around great app..Version: 1.9

I wish the all written data was audible!Isn’t that’s what AI is for? Let’s get those done and I’ll be willing to pay a little more! Also, make the voice of the speaker a doctor or authority voice! Don’t start voice automatically, have voice indicators on the screen that I reading! Also, after finishing workout, in the wellness survey keep account of what I did previously yesterday for that work and keep the same setting when the app requests your survey. I shouldn’t have to put the same values everyday, I should only have to put any notes! Finally, there should an final day review also audible when I can see what I did today and what you suggest I can do next as the next stage ie you did a flexibility work for 15min how about segmenting your workouts? Or increase… you have all of the health data. Maybe it’s there and I haven’t seen it yet! That’s all, great work so far and leaning a lot. Focus forward!.Version: 1.4

Takes a while...I am starting to get it, still in my first week. But so far I can see that it could bring some really useful insights..Version: 1.8

A new training readiness appSo far this new app seems to be on point..Version: 1.2

Surprisingly good for those who aren't hardcore athletesWhen I first read about this app while reading the HeartWatch help files at first I thought it was an app mainly for elite athletes. The marketing makes it seem that way, but after trialing it I've found it also works for people like me who are potatoes and maybe go on a walk a few times a day at most. It's like the Activity rings in the stock Fitness app but takes into consideration overall wellness, not just being active. Getting a lot of movement done is great and all but it should also be backed by good rest and mental well being. I also appreciate how there's *zones* for activity levels rather than a fixed number to aim for. Two zones in fact, one for getting in better shape and one for maintaining good health on those chill-out/break days. What I would like to non-urgently see in the future is some extra goodies like adjusting heart rate zones to "heart reserve" method and some more home screen widgets and Apple Watch complications. But beyond that no major complaints so far. Great complementary app to HeartWatch and AutoSleep..Version: 1.8

GreatHighly recommend for anyone trying to compete with themselves.Version: 1.8

Nice data synthesisThis app works well in conjunction with my health related apps on my iPhone and Apple watch. most is the synthesis of information it’s pretty consistently accurate with how I actually feel which means to me that the metric is spot on. I’ve received great support from the support team. Pretty much unmatched by any other app as far as support goes. I give it two thumbs up for sure..Version: 1.7

Huge fan of getting a quick glimpse of my overall well being!I’m a huge advocate and fan of AutoSleep and HeartWatch, Eclipse Yourself definitely follows suit! Finding the ideal number of hours and what it takes to get great sleep without having to deal with the hassle of a fixed sleep schedule has been immensely beneficial. Usually in the morning I do a quick glance at Eclipse to check how well everything is in balance. After many evaluations I can say it’s pretty darn accurate and my mind doesn’t have to get bogged down by details right when I wake up. I’m always looking for ways to optimize my life and this trip of apps has significantly improved the quality of my life. These, proper nutrition, intense exercise and extremely efficient sleep.. you have to put in the actual work after all. While the apps won’t magically improve you, they are blissful experience to use and make tracking a lot of great statistics quite easy. Combining custom focus modes with the wide assortment of widgets = effortless logging. It’s actually been enjoyable to discover correlations in the data and dial in my “routine”. Thank you 🙏.Version: 1.9

Really goodThe team behind this have slowly refined their approach to communicating health data over many, many years - and it shows. This app is easy to understand, and very actionable. I prefer the eclipse metaphor to Apple’s exercise rings, as it is much more holistic - and better explained..Version: 1.8

This is a great indicatorIt seems to be spot on and this helps me with my routine. I’m liking it as much as their sleep app! Thanks.Version: 1.8

Great insights & great valueGives me more insights, better presented, and more actionable than expensive subscriptions I have used in the past for a fraction of the price. Very happy.Version: 1.8

Still learningI’m just getting used to the app and really like what it has to offer. It’s my newest toy.Version: 1.8

Great integration, Great interface.Really fabulous integration of all health data into simple and effective interface..Version: 1.0
