✓ Fun for a few minutesI enjoyed the game for what it is. However, after a few days of casual playing I made it to the border of Wyoming and the glitches within the game became apparent and frustrating. I usually don’t mind short interactive ads between levels but I had to sit through multiple 30 second ads (roughly a minute of actual gameplay between ads) while actively trying to complete the one level. Next glitch was a tent deploying only one enemy soldier at time (which I finally realized after the 3rd or 4th ad) making the level take forever, then after the 5th+ ad, the border to Wyoming was closed again and I had to start the whole level over. That’s when I deleted the game. Have fun!.Version: 3.36.5
✓ ADSI enjoy the game to an extent but the ads are just way too much. An ad every new state is reasonable, an ad every wave is way too much, an ad every single minute, completely disregarding the fact that I’m actively moving and playing is insane. If the wave is long I will be hit with a good 4 ads, all while I’m moving. These ads by themselves are insanely annoying, but on top of it before the ad pops up I lag. So I mess up and sometimes die, and then have to restart the wave and get more ads. It’s like you’re punishing me for downloading your game. I know you have to make money but if I have to watch 10 ads every level I’m gonna find a different game. Also I know you can’t tell what games I download but it is significantly annoying to download a game from an ad, and then see the ad a million more times. I think if i download more of your games, and therefore get a bigger total of ads, you should reduce the amount per game. ✓ Great game but too many adds!I absolutely love this game and have had it for a while and a month ago when I last played it, the gameplay was fantastic! When I revisited the game today when I loaded in, it game me 30 seconds to play before giving me an add. I didn’t remember the game having adds, it was mostly optional, for example is you wanted more coins of such. It only gave me 5 seconds to move before giving me ANOTHER add! This repeated until I had watched about FOUR adds and then even after all that, I was playing for about a minute and I thought I was good but the process repeated again with a collision of three adds. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I completely understand that the you developers need to make a profit off your game but this is too much. There is so many at the point where I can’t play. This game used to be fun and enjoyable before you proceeded to add so many adds. Please do something about this, I see on other reviews so many other players are having the same problem! ✓ Serious problemWell the game is fun, nothing fantastic but enjoyable. The problem is as so often with the ads. Here they have got extra greedy and it sinks the game. There are the usual 30+ second ad breaks after completing a stage and even at other times but what messes the game up is having banner ads at the bottom running concurrently with the game. Ads are often written poorly and with no consideration for customer experience. The consequence is that the game stutters and stalls frequently and occasionally crashes ruining the gaming experience. What’s worse is the longer you play, the more likely this is to happen. I use a std iPad with plenty of memory so there is no question this is simply poor programming. You will likely enjoy the game but beware the ads. I should add that I completed America and had got as far as Spain in Europe. However next time I started up the game had sent me back to scratch, no clue why or how to get back to where I was, shrug.Version: 1.8
✓ 5⭐️ potential.The game itself wasn’t bad for just killing some time or looking for the mind numbing effect. However, after Texas there were a lot of glitches. Enemies come out slower making the levels seem like forever but really you’re just waiting on enemies to come out of the tent. States north & South Carolina would say California on the top but had the right state none on the ground. Had to close the game a few times to get the next level to load. Don’t purchase the weekly subscription as this game will take you less than a day to complete & there’s nothing after that.. which leads to another complaint.. I beat meine the last level & that was it. No congratulations, no bonus level or any indication that you beat it. You just sit there. You can walk around the country but for what? No enemies or anything to do. Lastly one thing that could make this game better is more gear / enemies & a proper leveling systems. I got my character to level 25 by the end however at some point, going to guess around level 15 he stops taking stat upgrades. So you can pay or watch a movie to level up but it literally does nothing for you. Guns take forever to unlock unless you spend real money which what’s the point if you beat it so fast. I did purchase the beginners pack for like $3 which was worth it imo. Different enemy styles & an option of what bases to place where would make this game top notch..Version: 1.4
✓ Deserves 0 stars. Unplayable.If I delete the game, I can start, and it’s all good. Gradually, there is an increasing amount of lag, and eventually it crashes. When you come back? It’s frozen. So all it’s good for is start at beginning, play Til it crashes, delete, re-download, and play the start over again. Until it crashes. Talk about low re-play value - currently this game has ZERO replay value. Assuming it didn't crash due to lag… it would still lock up if you left the game. Again, upon restart, lockup. I let it run for an hour a couple times, and still nothing. I wanted to like it. There’s just too many flaws to play. I’m not going to restart for the 7th time and have it crash then lock up on restart… again. Avoid this one like the plague. ✓ Very buggy!!!This is not a bad game. I like playing it. That is IF it does not freeze causing you to get out of the game just to get back into the game to find that ALL the progress that was made is gone. To include the gold that was earned by watching videos. And killing the enemy. At one point I had over 8k gold saved up. And when I opened the game back up it was all gone and I had to start from the beginning of the level just to get 1/8 of the gold I saved. Then the game freezes on one of the videos and I had to get out of the game just to get back in and yep…. Starting all over. So the game is great…. There’s no reset button and no way to make it go away after rebooting the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and the restore purchases button doesn’t work, so the incessant ads come back and ain’t no way I’m spending money on this again. This game is pretty much unplayable unless you get rid of the ads. And then they soft lock you before you beat the game. I love how I am not BOMBARDED with ads during gameplay unless I choose to watch an add for extra coins or bills. THANK YOU, for that! Main problem I have is the glitching. It’s very disappointing to progress to a certain point in the game only to have it glitch and restart or I can be at level 18, for example, and it will glitch my player level back down to 10 and stay there without letting me progress any further. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it several time to see if I could progress farther by playing continuously through the levels without pausing but it will eventually glitch and I’ll have to start over again. The ONLY reason I continue doing this is because I really love the game that much! ✓ Would like to give 5, but…Pretty fun, when it actually manages to boot up. Pretty standard tower defense fare with a novel premise. However there’s a major issue with bugs, lag and advertisements popping up at the worst times. Often times (especially during the Europe levels) the game begins throwing ridiculous amounts of enemies at you, that you have no hope of defending against even with weapons all maxed out - more enemies does not make the game more fun! It just makes it frustrating and slows the game down to a slideshow. Occasionally there’s so many enemies clogging the path that the pathfinding system outright breaks. ✓ One bug ruined it for meThe game was enjoyable the majority of the time. I liked the constant feel of progression: unlocking new weapons, upgrading weapons and your character, clearing states, etc. However, one bug was fatal for me. I made it to Texas and everything broke. I had unlocked the Gatling gun (which I’m not sure if I was suppose to at that point) but noticed that the gun would not fire. After restarting the game, I had apparently unlocked the guns after the Gatling gun but couldn’t change which gun I had equipped unless I restarted the game. I brushed it off and decided to just keep playing until I made it to the end wave for Texas where fighter planes attack you, but no matter how many I took down I couldn’t progress. No matter how many time I restarted or how many planes I shot down the wave wouldn’t finish. I decided to delete the game and redownload, to which I noticed set me back at level 1 and removed my ‘remove ads’ purchase. To make things worse, the restore purchase button literally doesn’t do anything..Version: 1.5

Sometimes in a time where my my guy is killed as a result of me not being able to move him out of the way because an ad popped up at just the wrong time. So if it wasn’t bad enough that they spamming you with ads, they also get you killed with those same ads. towers: the flamethrower tower in particular will do full 360s and not actually target anything making it really useless sometimes not to mention all the towers you do build just stay there and become completely useless and some even de-spawn. for the devs: 1.) please, if you’re gonna add the ads, do it after every wave, and not in the middle of combat 2.) please make it so that you can use the guns that you unlock. 3.) fix the tower targeting system please past that it’s a cool concept but sadly you need more than just a concept to make a decent game.Version: 1.9
✓ Interruptions galoreThe game mechanics themselves are decent for something to kill time, but you'll spend most of your time watching ads. Ads between levels forces you through 3 separate pages to tap through, 2 of which have timers. The first ad is 30-60 seconds long, then the store page, then a second ad which is at minimum 5 seconds. These ads can't be skipped. I feel this is excessive, especially because of the 60 second long ads. The real transgression is that mid gameplay, an ad will trigger that is 15-30 seconds long. This ad can be skipped but depending on the ad, that timer is 5-10 seconds before it appears. It's bad enough you have to wait between levels, but once you interrupt the main gameplay, that's when a players time is better spent on another game..Version: 1.4

✓ Fun game but then what?So I saw this game in an add and download it. I stated playing the game and it was addictive. The biggest issues I had were the constant ads that popped up. So I paid $2.99 for the deal that came with ad blocker an American cape etc. The ads didn’t stop and never got the cape but I was charged? Hmm? Refund? The second thing! The game was very laggy! Every time I unlocked a stated it would glitch lag and I just hoped it wouldn’t restart or crash the game. The game crashed a lot! At one point I was ready to give up because anytime I got past Texas and the game would crash it would reset me. The positive about that is I got to keep the cannons and upgrades I had. The only reason it’s not getting a 5 star or a 4 is because one, the game just stops sometimes and you have to wait long times for the next base to load as well as there really isn’t any way to spend money (cash) except on coins for the maps but I would like it for them to have another function or for there to be like outfits and stuff like that. I can see from other reviews that’s it’s a little buggy and I’ve ran into some of those problems before (slow spawn and having to restart the game for things to load correctly) but every time I am on this game every 30 seconds there is some pop up ad taking over my screen. I can’t even get through one out of 4 waves without each one having at least 3 ads. Some of which are 15 second non skippable ads. I have spent more time getting upset about not playing the game and looking at other games I don’t intend to download. I get the game is short so you want to farm all the money you can, but a great idea would be ad more depth to the game so you can have a solid base of people playing it who THEN might be willing to buy in game purchases and play more. Literally every 30 seconds an ad pops up and interrupts game play. Even if you are in the middle of a battle. The levels can take several minutes to complete. But that time is doubled at least due to the copious amount of ads that you are forced to watch. If you manage to not care about the ads, expect the game to have pointlessly high amounts of enemies per wave with increasing amounts of waves that last for forever after you make it about 1/3 through the states. Got stuck on a level where all enemies were dead and and flag was captured. Next gate wouldn’t open. There is no way to restart the level. 3. Re-installed game and my purchases wouldn’t restore. So now the game is unplayable again because of adds. There is a restore purchase button but it doesn’t work. I wish there was a contact support link somewhere in game. 4. Airplane mode has been on all the way through directly due to it. Literally every 20seconds an ad, I realise they want to make money out of it but be fair, come on. ✓ Great game but some problems.I just want to say, i’m not sure if it’s just my phone (13 pro) or anyone else’s, but when (and only when) playing this game my phone heats up to crazy temperatures. it gets to the point i have to let a fan blow cool air on it or just have to turn it off for ten(ish) minutes because of the heat. This may all be due to a lack of optimisation in the games coding or something causing high loads. ✓ Decent but needs polishing.This is a fairly decent and standard tower defense style game. Defeat enemies, get money, use money to buy/upgrade more stuff, repeat. It does need to be polished a little though. If you have upgraded your stuff and defeat a wave fast, you have to wait a long time for the next one. Make sure you have your bounds set for the map, you can easily move onto the ocean. And most importantly, make sure there is replayability. I just beat the game and there is no option to reset, continue, or anything. Lastly, I don’t know if it was on purpose or not, but this could easily be taken as a political statement. “Fight for America” were you are the Blue side and you are fighting the Res side (democrats vs republicans) and you even start in Southern California. Which is stereotypically democratic. And the hardest stage in my opinion was Texas. Which is stereotypically republican. It’s not a bad game by any means though. Generally, it follows the same mechanics as a ton of other games. It is just a basic shooting game to pass time. I certainly don’t have an issue with that. The problem is that it’s unplayable with the adds. So you have to pay if you want to get rid of the ads, but as stated above there is nothing special about the game. I would imagine most people understand that ads suppose free play options, but if the ads are so frequent and obtrusive that you don’t want to play the game, that seems counter productive. Ads would pop up in the middle of gameplay! It didn’t matter if you were trying to fight out of a sticky situation, an ad may pop up right in the midst of it. I tried to get an idea of how frequent the ads were, so I used a stopwatch to see. After about every 30 seconds of gameplay, a 30 second ad would disrupt the game. ✓ Waaaaaay too many advertsFun game but very buggy (especially sound) but the major problem is adverts. Im used to them in most games but this is insane. They are often triggered only 15 seconds and 60 seconds into game play and every few mins after that. Also if you go to a low 5G zone the game crashes when it tries to load an advert. ✓ Adverts!!!You guys need to chill with all the ads in this game. My base got destroyed so by watching an ad you can revive it only to go straight into another ad immediately after. Beware you will spend more time skipping ads than actual gameplay which is a shame because it is a decent game but it is let down by random ads which appear far too often to the point that the game is almost unplayable..Version: 1.7
✓ Good Game - But now brokenThe game was fun to start with, a nice idea and achievable. In the early levels you see an ad as the end of each level and experience few issues. But form around level 5 (I forget the state name) you are forced to see an ad every 1minute and 15seconds! On top of that it gets buggy! On occasion my character would spawn back in California (the starting level) and it would be unresponsive to any movement, but the areas to purchase or watch a video for rewards would work.. I would need to close and restart the app to get it to work.. but still I enjoyed the game.. so I decided to purchase the app free option to better enjoy the game by removing the “annoying ads”. Purchase completed, I was served 2 ads!! Ever since my character has been stuck in California again! I’ve raised an email to their support email address and had no response and will be requesting a refund if I don’t hear from them within 7 days. (It’s been 3 days with no response already). My advise, if you do download the game; play it with your data and wifi turned off to remove ads - don’t pay for them. My rating is based on my own experience and will be updated if the developer corrects the issue, I hope you don’t experience the same disappointment in the game breaking..Version: 1.6
✓ Not bad but……..Not a bad little game, however, aaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh ADVERTS!!! I know you need adverts but every minute is excessive! It’s really really annoying when playing a level then you get interrupted by a stupid advert 🤬 then you get to the end (Maine) then nothing, that’s it 🤷♂️ disappointing, this is one of the very few games I would gladly pay for if the adverts were greatly reduced and there was more than America to save, how about the rest of the world?.Version: 1.3

✓ Great game BUT……I was really pleased when an update was put out on this game. It was a great game, but quite ‘buggy’ and easy to complete. The update supposedly addresses the shortness of the game, and being able to choose the turret now is a really good feature. However, it is now a lot more ‘buggy’ than it was before. I would have thought ironing out the bugs would have been a priority, but, sadly, it clearly wasn’t. I have completed this game a number of times before the update, but now i am unable to get past IOWA because the ‘tile’ around the flag never appears, and I’m in a loop playing the same ‘state’ over and over again hoping it will appear. I really like this game, but adding more bugs to the update has made it unplayable. PLEASE fix these..Version: 1.5
✓ Great tower defense game but…ADS!!!!!The developers are out of touch with reality on this one, every minute you have to watch a 30-45 sec AD!!!! Or pay $25 per month subscription to get rid of the ADS!!! Just completely lost it in this game, GREED in front of entertainment. I’ve got to say, it’s a great game if you have the patience or the $. ✓ Really good game but…There are a ridiculous number of ads. Once you get through the first couple states, don’t expect to get through a wave without watching an advert. Building a turret? Advert. Moving about? Advert. Standing absolutely still because your mom has shouted you? Guess what? An advert. Disappointing as it’s somewhat forcing you to pay £3.99 to stop this. In the worst cases I’ve had 4 BACK TO BACK adverts while doing nothing.Version: 1.8
✓ Fun Game Spoiled By BugsI have played this game and I got as far as Texas before the game glitched so I reset and uninstalled it but even now when reinstalled I can’t place turrets. I used to be able to choose what turrets I wanted but now it just places them for me which is annoying and makes the game less fun. I still enjoy the game but I really hope this bug is fixed..Version: 1.9
✓ Cool game but shortGame play is good, I love tower defense type games. The issue I have is that the game constantly pesters you to buy a subscription for additional money & weapons. Once you finish the game you’ll realize that the subscription is a waste of money because the game is over pretty quickly (I can finish in a couple hours). The paying $ for the subscription & “pay to win” feature is an absolute waste of time & money since the game has a fixed amount of “levels” (one for each state I believe, except for Alaska). But, yes…great game. There are some bugs. After getting 1/2 way through it you’ll start seeing them. After enemies are destroyed you’ll see their dead (black) shadows that keep going on the same track as the enemy was going. Sometimes the shadow acts like an octopus flailing its arms all over as it flies around & disappears. Probably an easy fix..Version: 1.4
✓ I know it won’t matterBut I downloaded this game just to give it one start after I watched a boost ad in a different game that was 1min and 15 seconds long, all the others are 30 seconds. And I know that it won’t matter but I’m not going to lie and say I don’t feel a bit better after watching a 75 second long video of this game and being so petty as to download it just to write this review. I guess this is how far I’ve fallen as a person but I was never like this until I watched that video. I want you to know you’ve made me into a monster!.Version: 1.7
