✓ So many issues. Bugs without solutions. Feel scammedWasted hours and hours of my time organizing my files and then coming back to the app and having all my work erased. Got little help from customer support. Frustrated is putting it mildly..AP__Version: 1.0.1766

✓ A complete waste of my moneyI sent a VHS tape to EverPresent to be digitized, and they made it seem as if it was in good hands. It took awhile for the VHS to come back making me feel like there was doing the work with care, when it finally came back my VHS was completely destroyed and in pieces I would have been fine with it being destroyed but they only digitized 3 minutes of video and I had at least one hour of footage on the tape. I’m am very disappointed and upset that now my video is completely gone. I will be seeking a full refund for this terrible service I do not recommend using EverPresent for any video file digitizing at all they are just a scam.Mr NYC11Version: 1.0.1766
