✓ Don’t waste your time.First, you get half the amount in cash as the points you earn. 10 points equals 5 cents. Then I cashed out over $6 and waited 3 days before contacting them. They said to wait 3 business days. I had. So they’re next message was says that some of my receipts didn’t have the merchant and total. Hey, I get that because of lighting and angle of the camera. But I didn’t ever let me know at the time of scanning. It rewarded the points! So they refused to pay ANY of the $6.05 because some of my scans didn’t show all of the information on the receipt, which they accepted and didn’t let me know! That’s right-they did not give me credit for ANY receipts AT ALL!! Complete SCAM!!.Version: 2.67.0

✓ ScamI have cashed out at 1.37 and then I scanned my receipts they telling me now that I cashed out and lost 23$ that I scanned more then just dollar general receipts okay well I do shop Walmart and other stores as well I cashed out they asking me for my receipts that I don’t not keep after scanning I throw them away why keep them and hoard them this app is a scam allowed my to cash out at 1$ now they telling me they want all my receipts and will not Send the money back to me on my rewards app tht I earned !!! ✓ Not worth the timeWhere to begin? I have had multiple issues with this app. 1. It’s incredibly slow when trying to submit receipts. 2. It repeatedly unlinks the accounts for e-receipts. 3. I never could link my Kroger account b/c of an error message that would pop up saying they were having trouble on their end. 4. If you have a receipt that isn’t itemized, it won’t accept it. 5. Customer service isn’t much help. Whenever you send an email with an issue, they don’t respond for a couple days, but if you take more than a few hours to respond back, they assume the issue is fixed & want to close the ticket. 6. It once cashed me out randomly. 7. The rewards aren’t really worth the time it takes to scan your receipts. All around, not a great app. Fetch is much better!.Version: 2024.4.2
✓ Points accumulated do not come close to cash out valueThe amount of points you’ve earned when submitting receipts don’t compare to your cashout value. Ive experienced now that I’m not receiving points for my e-receipts. (So what data are they really collecting) suspicious are high. Also the amount of receipts go towards points which doesn’t effect your cashout value as much as it should. The hassle isn’t worth it in my opinion. I had big hopes for this app but I’ve been let down. Also it’s nearly impossible to win the sweepstakes..Version: 2.71.0
✓ Easy Enough but no way $300/month.Easy enough app to use and set up. I connected cards and companies and it’s basically set. Still need to go in each day or every few for it to upload receipts. I don’t see any way it’s possible to earn $300/month unless you connect EVERY company to the system and spend thousands of dollars every month at every company. Otherwise it’s not bad and simply to use. Haven’t had to spend time reconnecting accounts which is nice..Version: 2.66.1
✓ It’s okIt’s a good app but you have to scan receipts high dollar amounts receipts for it’s to be worth it. And the limit is 40 receipts a week. At least the other apps like fetch give you extra points when you buy certain products or shop at certain retailers. You can make hundreds in a months. Lots of bonus points and referral points are so high. With this app I made less than $3 scanning 40 receipts! So not really worth the effort but they say you can make $300/months so let’s see. Nowadays though every little bit counts. So I guess something is better than nothing..Version: 2024.01.29
✓ Denied rewardsAt first I thought it was a great app but my second time cashing out I was told that my spending habits were ridiculous. I have a family of four, so obviously I shop a lot. We also went on vacation so I had a ton of receipts from the hotel buying food and drinks. So I guess it’s a good app as long as your spending habits are in par with what they feel, they should be. Needless to say, I won’t be getting my rewards..Version: 2.61.0
✓ Not so really impress yet.So far this apps haven’t been so good to me. I have this apps few months ago, since I download this- I tried right away. At first it will scanned the receipts good. But the longer I did, the error it made. It kept saying, I have a duplicated receipts even if its not. It kept telling me, that the receipts not seen in total or amount, or sometimes the date not visible even if it is- I have to point out where the total and date. Its annoying that every now and then when I scanned I have to do this. I dont know if this apps is dumb or blind? I just cant undertand. How come it become duplicated some receipts that I only have 1 receipts on certain brand or store? I mean this apps wont really do good on me. So I will kept this apps for a little while and observe how this goes., if I would notice again and again, that there is no difference, I’ll definitly delete this. ✓ Linking accounts is pointlessWhen I first started using it, it was great. It would scan my linked accounts every few days. Now in order for it to scan I have to unlink each account and relink. There are so many that I use that it just isn’t worth it anymore. I reached out to customer support and their solution was to unlink and relink. I’ve done that! ✓ SCAM!!!This app is a complete scam, probably to steal your credit card information or keep track of your spending. we tried cashing out (we had $23 worth of points) and they had the gall to email us saying all of our receipts are fraudulent!!! i am going to report the creators of frisbee to the IRS and police for stealing information and handing out "free money". my sister is a lawyer and she already took down the information from FRISBEE and is helping me sue, hopefully get the creator arrested. this is outrageous and this will NOT be the last you will be hearing from me..Version: 2.64.0
✓ ScamI had this app for several months and accumulated quite a few dollars in it. Then one day it logged me out and even though i had my Face ID and password saved it said my password was wrong and my account didn’t exist. I have had several emails back-and-forth to their customer service, and even after requesting they send me my account balance they still claim they are looking into it and won’t give me my money. ✓ It was okayIt was okay until I took the time to check the activity and realized there’s a bunch of online purchases that never got linked even though I had all my accounts linked I reached out to customer service but they just told me they were not going to do anything because it was too late mind you the purchases were over $200 every time! ✓ Sign in issuesWhatever you do don’t log out of this app because if you try to log back in it doesn’t know who you are , then when you finally get it to where it’s gonna let you re-enter your password to make up a new one , then it won’t let you sign in because it wants your phone number then your phone number is already associated with this email, it acts like this is a brand new account so it doesn’t let you go forward so I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but you need to fix it. ✓ Horrible customer serviceI prove over and over again pictures date time total everything about my receipts app probably was messing up it does freeze up from time to time for the capture button so I got an email stating that my cash out got denied for 10 dollars which does take time with this.. so you’re just going to deny all my other receipts going forward?! How is this fair I think I might as well not even try using this app anymore. fetch is way better anyway never had a problem with that company or coin out only two apps that are good. ✓ Not the bestUpdate- this app keeps getting worse and worse. Getting less points per receipt then I did when I first started using. For like 40 receipts I get a $1 maybe sometimes close to $2. That’s crazy. Not worth the time or effort You barely receive any points per receipt. You can only submit 40 receipts per week. Also the first few times I cash out I had no problems but the last 2 times I cash out it got declined and I did not know and had to contact frisbee who let me know it was decline and she manually approved it..Version: 2024.3.18
✓ Worked great until October 30Worked great and I was able to cash out once. However, after the October 30 update every time I login it’s asking for my phone number. When I put my phone number in it says that it’s already an active account which is mine and it won’t let me log back in. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstall the app rebooted my phone tried to both over cellular data as well as Wi-Fi and now it tells me that my phone number is invalid. I’m not sure what’s going on but that update probably wasn’t concise enough. I’ve already emailed support and hopefully I can get back to using the app. Overall, it was wonderful but I don’t think that the error is anything on my end because before that was able to use it every day..Version: 2.67.0
✓ Sloooow to earn $$It’s super dope in the sense that you can literally cash out for a visa e gift card for no minimum limit ( I accidentally cashed out my first time for a 10cents visa gift card that’s $0.10) and I received it in my email inbox within the hour. ). Sense then I am trying to earn enough to make it worth it TO ME to cash out an amount on a e-visa gift card… I just am finding out that this takes an excessive amount of time to do so compared to other such similar apps such as POGO to name only one as an example. I’ve scanned over 138 receipts thus far and linked 3 emails accounts and 5-6 retail accounts that make available all e-receipts and answered over 10-15 “short surveys “ that they very rarely offer to u . And as of this review writing my total amount earned available for cash out after all of that sits at a measly $1.20 total… There are so many other similar apps that are much better time spent/ money earned ratio than this app. I suggest not wasting your time and be smart trying a competitor instead..Version: 2024.2.26
✓ Not up to parI have been using frisbee for a few months now and there’s issues that I can’t seem to get answers for, or at least an answer that has resolution like why my e-receipts aren’t being updated and why my receipts that don’t have itemized items being accepted (eg many restaurant receipts). Also the connection for linked accounts has issues with recognizing the passwords as being correct so you end up having to re-enter multiple times (I used auto fill passwords) which is time consuming. The app has its upsides too, I do like that you can cash out any time and there’s multiple options to link accounts such as your banking institution, this feature should allow for more credit IF it synced with your accounts more often. I think it would help if there was an option to manually sync your online accounts like you can with most other receipt apps. Overall without having more control over your frisbee linked accounts and rules that don’t accept non itemized receipts, I think there’s much better options out there..Version: 2024.4.2
✓ Accts unlink constantlyI haven't actually came out yet but this app seems worth the effort if they will fix the function that actually keeps all of your accounts linked for your e-receipts. Every time I go in to re-link them they won't let me log back in and re-link them so I'm missing out on that part. Hopefully they will fix it soon and then the app would be worth putting the time into scan your receipts and receive gift cards.Version: 2024.01.16
✓ It’s a scam.Do not and I repeat do NOT use this app to scan receipts. Yes, it’s awesome to get cash back on receipts, but they scammed me for all my points. I scanned for almost a month and a half to get my points to $10, so I cashed out on the virtual visa gift card. It said it takes about 2-3 days to receive it in your email so I waited 3. On the fourth day I still could not find the email from them and even did what they app tells you to do to help. So I submit a ticket and had to wait for a reply, only to be told that all of my receipts from my points were missing merchants and totals. Keep in mind you can NOT submit a receipt without those or at least mine will not let me unless it’s the entire receipt. So anyways, they continued to tell me my cash out was denied. And they were never going to send me anything to tell me or let me know. It was obviously a huge scam because as I said before what was missing could not be missing because it would have never been submitted it they were missing. ✓ Seriously!!!! 😡Wish I had taken time to read the reviews before I wasted my time. First cash out was easy peezy, now second time with 3 times the value of my gift card earned than first time they say my receipts weren’t valid and were fraudulent, and asked for me to rescan them, uhh who keeps them for weeks??? I told customer service in an email to give me examples cause I save my receipts from Walmart in my purchase history on my Walmart app for one and would send screenshots if needed, they responded 2 days later saying since I had not responded timely they considered my inquiry closed, I emailed back in 10 hrs mind you, I have a job to be at I think 10 hrs is a timely response right, I have the emails for record saved as I argue this mess. BUT back to my first point IF I had read the reviews I would have found I am not the only user the app has done this to! ✓ OkayThis app is nice to earn rewards, however, it’s a nightmare to keep all your accounts linked— etc. it does not sync data from connected accounts— I’ve had to send customer service screenshots of my orders so they could add the points manually. I’m still missing a significant amount of rewards because this app does not sync appropriately, it’s a nightmare! Update: I literally have to unlink then relink all my accounts if I want receipts / purchases to sync or they will not. This app needs some SERIOUS upgrades and error resolution. The only reason I continue to use it is because medical bills have literally ran me dry and every penny counts. Side note: Customer Service/Frisbee App - if you could comment on this review to please assist me further I would greatly appreciate it. ✓ Not happyThis app isn’t really all that good! I’m tired of scanning receipts and it keeps saying I know error submission and then when I try again it says it’s been scanned but when I check my receipt activity it’s not there so I’m getting really freaking tired of these dang mistakes and errors. I don’t have time to be messing around and trying to figure out what the freak happened! No screw this, there are other receipt apps that are far more better than this one!.Version: 2.66.1
