✓ Terrible experience with the appTerrible Experience with the app, there is no way to know your application accepted after entering the info and after entering all info points bqck to error “update your application number”.Version: 1.7
✓ Trick to book time slot for RowdahThis app has some error, i advise to use Nusuk app with brown background and white icon. Use the below steps to book appointment. There's a little trick to booking Rowdah visit appointments. The time slots become available every half hour at XX:01 and XX:31, without any specific day. Ensure you log into the app before these times and be ready to tick your name in the checkbox. When the clock strikes, click 'continue,' and you'll see available time slots for the next couple of days only, no more than that. Be swift in reserving your slot as they're typically snapped up in less than half a minute due to high demand. Here's my experience: I followed the above steps and booked a slot for myself for the next day. Additionally, I managed to secure one for my spouse for the day after. Interestingly, while I was repeatedly trying to find a slot, I stumbled upon one for her at around XX:35, which is not the usual timing. I believe it would be helpful if the developer included this time trick within the app so that applicants are aware of how to book successfully. Please keep us in your prayers..Version: 1.4

✓ Rawda VisitI went from USA to Makkah to perform my Umrah and to visit the Prophet Mosque in Medina.I completed my Umrah without any problem; however,I tried to Use the Nusuk to reserve my place to offer 2 Nafil prayer, but it was not responding to my request.I even went to their office to fix the glitch in this App, but they even could not fix the problem. I urgently request to authorities to fix the problem with this App. So, people, who are traveling from far places, can complete their objectives. Jazak Allahu Khairun!.Version: 1.5

✓ LoopholeJust came back from umrah, just like everyone I struggled. I find a way around it, go on the nusuk website, your permits will be shown on there and it’s easier to book on website rather than the new app. Hope it helps. :).Version: 1.5
✓ App needs work otherwise just another big problemThe new app is terrible. The app doesn’t show timings to choose from and when you book your slot (mind you, it’s just dots that you are working with and choosing between morning and evening without knowing your slot) the app says that it’s issued your permit but you can’t see your permit anywhere at all. If you try to book again, it rejects your request and says that you should check for your previous booked permit. Bravo 👌 Another great problem to add to all the other problems that have been created by the pilgrimage booking system..Version: 1.5

✓ The new version is faulty!I’ve booked Rawdah Permit on the app, it’s been booked successfully, but the permit isn’t appearing on the app. So far, I’ve contacted the the Ministry or Hajj and Umrah, in person, via phone, email and social media and no one is willing to help. ✓ Worst app everApp possesses far too many complications… Saudi need to reinvent another idea, this is very dissapointing. 1. Had an account for 5 weeks and every time it asks for my OTP it works and all of sudden to log in it has stopped sending OTPs to my registered email address. 2. Had a permit for the rawdah however the permit wouldn’t show on the app but it says permit issued and I can’t apply for another one because it’s been given, so I went to the Hajj and Umrah office in madinah and they could see everything on the system and that in fact the permit was issued. Due to the app not showing up a permit I was given a print out of my confirmation. After waiting in the queue for 40 minutes for the rawdah then guards turned me away and said this isn’t allowed and expect a QR code but my app couldn’t provide me one?? Went back to the office to the lady who originally gave me the print out for her to turn around and say it is not her problem anymore. Very dissapointing. Woe to those in charge who lack understanding and compassion. Clearly there is no communication between those in the office the guards that scan your code for the rawdah. Waste of a opportunity and now I’m now allowed for another whole year..Version: 1.6

✓ Nightmare appNo customer service! Not meant for Uneducated. It keeps updating. Even valid permit gets rejected at check point. So they cancel your appointment without you knowing. Never experienced such service by any app. Try buying train ticket from abroad and you would wish you can slit your wrist. It won’t accept foreign credit card but it won’t bother telling you that. I had to ask some one local to buy my train ticket. Price kept Gng up as I was delayed making pmt. From 270sr when I first looked to 800sr when I tried to check at the kiosk upon landing. ✓ Rawda booking impossible for women it seemsWe’ve travelled a long distance from abroad and we were really looking forward to this. The booking process for Rawda is incredibly difficult with slots coming very rarely if at all, especially when compared to my male members of the family due to the limited capacity available for women. I found out that new Rawda booking slots tend to release on the hour but this still isn’t sufficient. The app suffers from some extremely disappointing and glaring technical issues: when selecting a Rawda booking slot and clicking through to confirm, it automatically changes into an Umrah booking. This happened multiple times on every apparent slot release over the course of the whole day. And even when I was fortunate enough to actually confirm a Rawda slot, the time on confirmation automatically changes to a completely different one (off by 12 hours, possibly a mistake in the 12hr vs 24hr clock display on the booking screen within the app) Understandably, the stewards at Masjid Nabawi have to be strict with crowd control during the busy Ramadhan period, but it’s disheartening to realise that we had zero chances of getting through from the get-go due to technical difficulties from this app. It’s worrying that so much hinges on a single app running reliably, there are unfortunately no other ways of entering Rawda without the app unless you happen to have travelled with a group it seems..Version: 1.5
✓ Absolutely disgusting appThis is by far the worst app that I have ever used. You are randomly rejected every single time so if you are travelling for a short period of time then forget about rawda permit. More so, if you are travelling with your family, you will have a nightmare for sure. How did they come up with such nonsense system? The service people are also useless.
