✓ Stopped working on the last day.Tl;dr: I could not connect to data on my last day in Japan trying to navigate to the airport, and Saily basically told me I was out of luck and on my own. ~~~~~~~ Be me, navigating complicated train systems in Japan for 8 days. Saily, cute interface design and pretty decent connection during the first 7 days. Sometimes randomly spotty connection, reset iPhone, no more problem. (Albeit annoying) On last day going to airport, no data. Contact Saily support, tried many solutions, still no data. Told me “Oh, that’s unfortunate, as we seem to have exhausted all of the available options [we will get back to you in a day with a solution]” Used ATT international roaming instead. Lesson learned: Trust track record not chic design when buying internet plans..MinglingboiVersion: 2.0.0

✓ Not good for traveling in EuropeBe aware other providers have plans allowing you to have phone number and data plan for different countries in Europe. Saily only provide services for ONE country and only with data plan. No refund if you use more than 1% data. (Should have record my data usage) Somehow I also feel like the usage rate is faster then it should be, cannot provide proof. Just something to look out for. ✓ Didn’t work and has poor customer serviceAs a traveler, a working eSIM is a requirement and it’s more than convenience it’s an issue of safety. The eSIM I installed didn’t work and I had to keep contacting customer service for help. “Hey remember me the person who is halfway around the world from home who needs to be able to communicate…” After trying for a couple days I just deleted the eSIM and will try with a different company. ✓ Data is much less than listed. Bad customer experienceHad 2.5gb of data left when I opened up prime to download something for 980mb. I used “less data mode” in iOS to ensure there’s no other background services being used. After downloading my data went to 0. Contacted support and basically told me I was wrong and that I must’ve used the data else where. Unless the engineers at Apple are idiots, this shouldn’t of happened. ✓ Bad experiences on data usageI purchased the 1TB data and in less than 2 hour, it said I have consumed 50%. The iPhone system record shows 187MB is used during the period. I used this product coz of the same company as NordVPn. I’m quite disappointed..Imforty5Version: 2.2.0
