✓ ReviewI signed up for this for a 7 day trial it jumped on to the next screen with a discount which I assumed was still with the 7 day trial but signed me up for the year. ✓ No 7 day free trialSo I was extremely excited to try this app, because it seemed too good to be true with the AI scanning feature, but it would not allow me to start a subscription with a seven day trial. Instead it gave me a “new customer limited offer” of 50% off a year subscription. I’m sorry but I am, like many of us, would like to try an app before I pay for it. ✓ Can’t adjust portionsI am enjoying using the app and its food identification feature. However, a challenge I encounter is that I underwent gastric bypass surgery. This means that when I capture an image of my meal, I can only consume a portion - maybe a third or half of it. The app, unfortunately, calculates the entire meal which can lead to me either exceeding my food intake or falling short. ✓ Awful App!What a con! Waste of money. No such thing as a 7 day free trial. During that period all it does is prompts you to buy the subscription. AI calories tracker never actually works. ‘Please retake ‘ the photos keeps popping up. On the rare occasion it manages to capture a photo it’s completely wrong. For example it failed to recognize a lamb chop. Saw it as a steak and hence provided all the wrong results for it including 624cal !!!! The manual entering or barcode scan FAILS miserably too !!!! Just an awful APP we should be able to get our money back because it’s a misrepresentation, a lie to claim it does something when it clearly doesn’t. ✓ Unauthorized chargeThey say they have free trial . Si, I downloaded it and immediately noticed that the AI calorie count feature doesn’t really do the job, so, I went back 20 minutes later to cancel the trial and found out they already charged me $ 40 in my account.
