✓ UselessThis is an app that is solely designed to get you to register their product. It has no real functionality. The only adjustment you can make is an option to read new notifications. You can also access your owner's manual. Any usable features such as changing the equalization on the headphones or connecting to multiple is left out..Version: 2.11.1

✓ No locations trackingOne of e core feature of the app is the location tracking so you can find the last known location of the headset. It doesn’t work. The app tracks location of the headset only if it’s running and in the foreground. If you don’t bring the app to the foreground, it doesn’t record to location. When I’m using my headset, I’m using other apps; I don’t want to remember to bring this app to the foreground every time. (Yes, I have background running turned on as well as always using location.).Version: 2.14

✓ Still Crashes when device is connectedEven though a fix was made a month ago that supposedly fixed the app crashing, every single time I connect my Tour to my iPhone, the "Rate My Tour" prompt pops up and causes the app to drop into background. I try to bring it back to the front, and it crashes to the background. Every. Single. Time. Manual should be automatic after detecting your particular device or at least after you indicate which one. Also there is no battery strength feature to the app, but at least the iPhone shows the battery level in the top right-hand corner.
