Jabra Sport Life for Negative User Reviews

Qualité de sonJ’ai acheté c’est écouteurs pour option ajustement qualité de son Jabra Gn l’application me dirige à Jabra sport Life.Version: 3.5.1

HealthKit support?Why doesn't the app support HealthKit.Version: 1.2.1

Needs a lot more work. Difficult to customise and more very intuitiveThe Java Sorts Elite earphones are very good and I was looking forward to using the Sports Life app. I was disappointed and I find it a cumbersome app to use and also difficult to locate exercise settings I need to record at any given time. Why can't I customise it to my own routines? I am a regular distance runner and today, after one of my longest and best sessions, (verified by my Polar watch) it told me that my fitness was deteriorating!! Please Jabra sort this app out! I have deleted and will only reinstall if it gets a major improvement..Version: 3.4.2

Won’t connectApp won’t connect with Elite Sport earbuds even though iPhone connects with them and music can be heard. Please fix! UPDATE: 24 hrs later app has connected with headphones. Would still be helpful to know why they didn’t connect out of the box..Version: 3.4

Crashes on startupUnable to run app on iOS 11.2.1.Version: 3.4

Great Sound, but...I just picked up the Jabra Elite Sport today and the sound quality was great. I am in the US Army, so I have to stay physically fit and that is what brings me to my next point. I would like to pair my Jabra workouts with Apple Health. I use other apps for lifting weights at the gym and it just makes things so much more simple when it auto syncs with the Apple Health app. I will update this with a five star once I can use the Jabra app with Apple Health or any other fitness app for that matter..Version: 3.4

What have you done????From an excellent app to one that doesn't even open. App was just perfect then downloaded an update and it crashes on opening every time. Please fix it..Version: 2.0.0

No Apple Integration? In this day and age not being able to have this sync with Apple Health is crazy. Earbuds are ok and app is good but not syncing to Apple Health is a deal breaker. Stuck with this pair / several years old now but will switch to Apple Air Pod Pro shortly. I actually like Jabra’s hardware better but the lack of App integration is a deal breaker..Version: 3.5.1

Great headphone. Beta appApp has some really nice features and works well. There are a few features of the app that don’t work at all, like manual set up of pedometer and run. (You can just leave it on auto) I do like all of the announcements while running, and that they can be turn off if I don’t want to hear them anymore. Also not able to work with other apple apps not good. New apple airpods are coming soon that will also track heart rate. They wont have the glitches that this app has. Get it fixed now, or you won’t have to when apple comes out. These will be discontinued.Version: 3.4

New AppThis new app is not very good at all, I am constantly finding myself having to re-Install it to try to get it to time my runs. The location mapping has not worked at all. Im summary I can't measure my distances nor can I time my runs, please amend this so it actually works..Version: 2.8.1

Need HR compatibility with Apple Health appGenerally speaking, I like the information that’s available in the Jabra app. However, it would be nice if I could write HR to Apple’s app or sync with other apps like Nike+ Run Club or Garmin connect. Because of the total lack of 3rd party integration, I actually wear a wrist-based HR monitor so that I can get a live read-out on my Garmin VivoActive. That’s a shame since I have HR available with my headphones. I kept this rating at 3 stars because this is the best app I have for tracking VO2 max. If this app had better integration, I’d give it 5 stars. Also, in the app it says you can back up as a part of the iPhone backup, but I personally lost all of my data even though my phone was backed up and I restored from backup..Version: 3.4

Good but not greatNeeds integration with Apple Health.Version: 3.4.1

Good startExcellent connection; works well with Elite Sport buds. Two stars only as it doesn't connect to Apple Health which is maddening as it doesn't take everything into account nor archive. There's no login for back ups through Jabra either. Analysis is limited like the workouts. You must be outside for VO2 test to work which isn't clear..Version: 3.2

Runs stop recording randomly in the middleFirst problem: Twice this week I’ve been running and the run has just stopped recording and ended the run. In the middle of it. I get a notification that says something like “! Jabra elite sport would like to communicate with Jabra”. Second problem: I can’t manually upload/export individual runs without exporting my ENTIRE workout history. So putting these broken workouts on Strava is just horrendously inconvenient. That’s apart from the hardware issues, where my right earbud is barely able to charge..Version: 3.5.2

Sound and Pairing IssuesI bought these ultra-expensive Jabra Elite Sport earbuds and immediately was not impressed with the sound quality. It sounds thin and not punchy, with a pathetic bass or Low frequency experience. When I opened the App hoping to solve the problem, the basic equaliser did nothing significant and the advance equaliser just made the sound muffled and distorted when I upped the low frequencies. Definitely not what I expected from in ear headphones. What is worse is barely 2 months after using these rather uncomfortable buds, the left ear bud has stopped working. I wrote to Jabra customer care one week ago and have heard nothing back. If you can, stick to the AirPods. They are the only pair of Bluetooth headphones that have not failed me in terms of reliability, comfort and sound quality, and I have tried many - only issue is their inability to deal with water..Version: 3.4.1

Adequate - revamp neededThis app debuted, like the Jabra Sport Pulse headphones prior to Apple Watch and AirPods. Please Jabra, re-think and rewrite this app to work with Apple Watch S2 or higher. I have a Nike+ S2 Apple Watch and Jabra Sport Pulse and when I launch a Watch app for workouts it immediately connects “Jabra Smart Connected” as I’m alerted and the headsets built-in heart rate sensor takes over the Watch’s a surprising bonus. Yet no way to track and list into iOS HealthKit app. Furthermore, please allow a built in troubleshooter so we can figure out why the audio microphones fail so miserable! I cannot use these (Sport Pulse) for phone calls, meaning I may need to look elsewhere for another product or a warranty claim..Version: 3.4

Crashing on startupLatest iOS, iPhone 7plus Crashing, can't check my pulse during workout, disappointed.Version: 3.3

What update? What happened to my heart rate after the update? Worked before. Not happy.Version: 2.0.0

Just not quite there...Seems to work great for cardio most of the time though; when mine only has about an hour battery left it seems to become very inaccurate... especially heart rate. A few times now I've been flat out the elliptical is telling me I'm burning 1300 cal/hr then i check after 20 mins it's been recording my heart rate between 40-50 which averages at 61-68 at rest currently and only 60 calories burned...both before and after firmware updates and ios app updates this has still repeated. Additionally i also want this to track my own calorie consumption during resistance workouts at the gym, the ability to track reps/weight would be good I actually just want to track the calories/heart-rate to give myself a kick in the rump when I'm not performing as well each week - I have added a "resistance" activity it's only on "just track me" mode with gps turned off. It seems work but I've no idea how accurate it is, also I've forgotten to track myself for one reason or another and tried to use the add workout function but there doesn't appear to be the function to copy the previously tracked workout nor add information other than duration or distance to input it manually... I don't usually do reviews but i do really like the product and would like to have the current issues addressed!.Version: 3.1.1

The app crash on startIPhone X iOS up to date crash on start.Version: 3.4.2

Update-iPhone8+While the app did not work at all on a fully updated iPhone 5, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8+. On the iPhone 8+ the Jabbra Elite Sport app actually does work. It allows me to do the settings that I want and register. I haven’t used it yet for any sporting activities, hence the middle rating..Version: 3.4.2

Great App But...Great app really unlocks the functionality of the pulse headphones. However it could really do with a time based interval setup with feed back so. Then it would be perfect. Please please add this.Version: 1.2.0

Distance messed upI was out a run and it was my usual route. A 10km loop. I was enjoying it until I hear 12358km reached and now it doesn’t show my real PB achievement for longer distance and instead shows that.Version: 3.5.1

Please make an Apple Watch app!App is ok but not super accessible during an intense workout when I don't have easy access to look at the phone. Expanding the "sport" compatibility to include us weightlifters would be nice; far more of us than crossfitters... At minimum add an Apple Watch app that displays current heart rate at a glance (from the headphones, or better yet from both headphones and Watch) and time and calories burned during the workout; and allows you to skip tracks, change volume and go into hearthrough mode. The physical buttons on the Elite Sport headphones are far too literally painful to press to be useful, but this might be a workaround..Version: 3.1

Simply broken!Bluetooth connects but can't play music, doesn't detect pulse...essentially the earphones don't do anything. This used to be good. Now I'll return my earphones because you can't design an app! Strange business idea....Version: 2.2.1

Crashes instantlyCan even open it to use it. Worked on my old iPhone but doesn’t now with my new one. Very disappointed.Version: 3.5.3

No cross trainer! All these great features but absolutely no support for the cross trainer! That's basic!.Version: 3.5.1

Good but not quiteGenerally the app is great it has a series of exercises you can assign yourself when at the gym! The library could be better however as it doesn't allow me to choose my own exercise types such as a tummy set etc so seem to force you to use its routines. Also such a shame with the library it doesn't utilise the Jabra community to input their own this would go a long way to solving the lack of programmed workouts issue. The other HUGE thing for me is the lack of interconnectivity into the Apple health app. It vaguely conveys heartbeat, doesn't provide exercise time or calories?? This is a big Mills's for me as I rely on this info to give me a holistic overview of my dietary intake vs exercise vs fitness level. I do hope Jabra have the foresight to be working on these feature already as it's only have a fitness statement otherwise..Version: 3.1.1

Needs to pair with Apple WatchThis would be a good app if all the information/workouts would pair with Apple watch. Guess I will only be using the earbuds and not the app until this happens..Version: 3.4

App/headphones don’t connect to new phoneFinally upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an 11, and these pricey headphones don’t connect. Idk if it’s not used to something that’s not my old phone or what but I did what I used to hundreds of times before and nothing. Followed the app instructions precisely, nothing. The app itself is lame, for the Elite Sports the buttons aren’t easily distinguishable until you use it for a while (they’re both circles, why?) and unless the ear bud is drilled into your ear canal they move around if you fidget with the buttons. On their own they used to be good if not great headphones to work out with, now they’re completely unusable. Thanks for making me blow money on a new set of workout ear buds Jabra.Version: 3.5.1

Great accuracy but has bugsI like how this app has gone from my favorite for tracking into the battery killer simulator. When using it now I can watch my battery drop 1% every 6 seconds. iPhone 7..Version: 3.4

UpdateThis app requires an update. It worked fine until I upgraded to IPhone X. The Bluetooth states that I am connected even to the smart. However the app states that I am not . I get no workout stats. I get no heart rate. What they are are just listening to music earbuds. That is not what I purchased these for. I have airpods and IQbuds for that. They are useless for what I purchased them for. An update for IPhone X is in desperate need..Version: 3.4

Still needs improvementWas excited to program my own running interval workout this morning. How disappointed I was to find out that one can’t set up an interval such as “rest” or “distance”, which are basis of most interval workouts. Current app version only allows intervals based on time - with possibility of setting target pace, training zones or cadence :(.Version: 3.4.1

Outdated and basic appCompared with the other Jabra apps, this app is very basic and totally focused on the workout side of things. I don’t work out though, and just wanted a simple pair of wireless earphones however I’m having continuous issues with the sound quality and the balance of volume on both earbuds. The app has only the most basic settings for the earbuds which seems poor compared with the other apps, which I would use but due to model of earbuds I’ve got, elite sport, I sadly can’t..Version: 3.5.3

Doesn’t connect with headphonesFrustrating app. Headphones work perfectly and connect immediately to my phone - but the app doesn’t recognize that they are on and connected. Can’t link any work outs or use the app with the headphones. Absolutely terrible..Version: 3.4

So disappointedSo excited to get new headphones for training...but app doesn't even open and even trying approved 3rd party apps can't read pulse..Version: 3.4

Killed my headphones? It could be a coincidence but this new version is buggy. The functionality is best in class ... When it works. I LOVED the Sport Pulse headphones until the sound reduced to a barely audible whisper after installing the new software. Also beware, the website splash page offers a 3yr warranty and the shopping cart only one. If they die after 12-14months of regular use, this is important. Jabra support seems to be an automated loop of standard responses, so don't expect human interaction. Shame their marketing outruns the product performance..Version: 2.8.1

Faults galoreApp tells u when the heart rate monitor is detected but not when it loses detection, not enough workouts. Lame effort.Version: 2.3.3

4000 miles in 30 seconds. All only times I have used this app for running, I have run 4000+ miles within 30 seconds. Seems the gps isn’t initialized it’s something before the workout starts. All times were outside with no trees in the way. App should recognize this and fix its data automatically. My other workout apps don’t have the issue (any longer).Version: 3.5.1

Still no HealthKit integrationThis app still offers no integration with the native apple health or third party apps. This hugely limits its effectiveness. I have some regret not choosing a fitness tracker that offered more flexibility..Version: 2.8.1

Great ear buds ... until they crashLove the fit and sound quality of the ear buds ... until they crash. Seems to be related to app upgrades. They seem to cause one bud to fade out entirely. Helps if you disable HR monitor, but not a complete solution. Wish they could make an app worthy of the hardware..Version: 3.5.1

Need American English AccentIn America, trying to understand a British accent is terrible- especially for number pronunciation. That defect should be fixed NOW. IF YOU FIX THIS FLAW, MY RATING WILL BE IMPROVED. I'm FAR FROM THE ONLY PERSON COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS OVERSIGHT. TAKE A LESSON FROM FUJIFILM WITH THEIR CAMERA SOFTWARE. ADD FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR EXISTING HARDWARE. ONCE THEY ADOPTED THIS APPROACH, WORD SPREAD FAST AND SALES WENT THROUGH THE ROOF. HECK, MY X-T1 Camera was improved so substantially, they had to write a new user manual to cover all the new features in their many firmware updates. Learn from that and you will sell your high-end products like crazy and your brand name will mean something. Take care of your existing customers and they will be loyal to the Jabra brand..Version: 3.4

UselessCrashes on opening. $350 for headphones and an app that doesn’t even work. It’s not really a free app when it doesn’t work and the $350 headphones can’t be updated or adjusted because you can’t access the app. Very very poor.Version: 3.4

3rd party app functionality removed.I am pleased with the hardware. However, the app installed version 5.4 on my headphones and I have lost the ability to use 3rd party apps (Record). Please correct this issue..Version: 3.4.1

Great headset but POOR APP!Great headset but the app over the past several years has had SOOOOO many problems like; randomly resetting max heart rate (very dangerous for older users), heart rate zones seem to be all over the place (which maybe related to HR resetting), does not have a in app way to backup and restore data (relies on iTunes backup) which Over the past several years have never successfully had the data import upon new setup..Version: 3.4.1

Jabra Sport CoachI just purchase these headphones and they are great but I have problem to setup them on the jabra sport app. I tried to follow the instruction on display in app and it still showing me they are not connected but I am using them and they are connected I am listening to spotify without any problem. I just can not get them work in app which is pointless because I can not use the whole functions which they have for gym. I am running latest ios firmware and I tried to disconet them minimum 3 times and forget the device as well in seting nothig helps can you help please to fix the app or what I should do please?? Kind Regards. Juraj.Version: 3.4

Where is the iWatch version...Love head phones and app which has never had any of the crashing issues, so I’d say that has been fixed, but for a top end set of head phones not to have a watch version of the app...... come on GN grows about it?.Version: 3.4.1

App needs workThe headphones are great, the app has a great foundation but really hasn't been improved in all the time I've been using it. Things it's missing or should be added: 1. I shouldn't have to end a workout to switch the exercise I'm doing. This causes it to count against my health metrics in the app if it was only a short workout. 2. More common equipment should be added with appropriate calorie burn such as elliptical, recumbent bike without me having to add it manually. This doesn't account for distance, calories or rpm even remotely correct if it uses a "walking" profile. 3. I shouldn't have to end my workout to get into settings. Like if I want to turn on/off hear-through quickly or change the equalizer. 4. Apple watch integration would be nice..Version: 3.4.1

GPS IssuesThe app is adequate as an activity/training tracker but out of the perhaps dozen times that I have used it the GPS seems to lose my location and then adds several kilometres to my run, which effectively ruins any tracking data as my mileage and pace is corrupted. This is a great shame as I like the ability to press the dedicated button to tell me my current stats. Looks like j will have to go back to the main, well known trackers..Version: 2.3.3

Does not seem to work with the iPhone 6No idea why but the app won't open only iphone 6..Version: 1.2.0

GhostedIt’s seems Jabra doesn’t care much about this division of their company although it’s the higher end of their products. The firmware and app updates are so rare that it is usually a year before we get anything but the 65t seems like it’s updated at least 2 times a month. There’s a lot that can be done to update this app. Such as a better interface and integration of the heart app with the Apple app. Halloween is once a year Jabra so stop ghosting the user of this app..Version: 3.5.1

Says Bluetooth pairing is connected and never is.These earbuds constantly stop pairing with apple products. It says connected on screen and through earbuds and the music doesn’t play through them. This happens all the time and you have to delete everything and re download all the software over again just to get them to pair. Hour plus in time every time. Not worth it!! Waste of $200! Plays great and load when paired but only pairs half the time then bam! Another wasted hour..Version: 3.5.0

Not that gr8Honestly if you can invest in a set of AirPods I bought these because I lost my pods and thought these would be better. Boy, was I wrong I found my AirPods and have not gone back i would not recommend but if you do decide to waste your money make sure to purchase the insurance plan the store gives and not through Jabra because you will not hear back from them..Version: 3.5.1

Inaccurate AppI’ve used these headphones for years and have never had a problem but after the last update, I have come across some problems. I can do a 2 mile run and my app is calling it 4. Don’t even use the app anymore cause it can’t seem to get my distance right. I can honestly say that I trust the Covid death toll more than I trust this app..Version: 3.5.1

Doesn't connect with appI can pair the jabra sport pulse wireless headphone to my iPhone 7 +, but they won't pair in the app, so none of the useful sounding features of the app work. Very annoying.Version: 3.2

Apparently not compatible with iOS 11.3.1App crashes on start up - iPhone 8 running iOS 11.3.1. No support from Jabra on the issue. Hoping an app revision is released soon with a fix..Version: 3.4.1

Need Apple Watch integration... badlyWhen guys will finally understand that NOBODY wants to run or exercise with a phone (that is becoming larger and larger every year), maybe you will do something about the Apple Watch. But hurry, because soon it will be too late!!.Version: 3.4.1

Can't calculate paceThe app can't calculate average pace, despite split paces being calculated accurately. The support team are infuriating. If the app needs reinstalling, you lose your workout records (you can export them as .csv files but not import)..Version: 2.3.0

UselessCrashes every time upon opening. Headphones also busted - second faulty pair in 1 year (Jabra sport pulse special edition) - AVOID jabra products!.Version: 3.4

Loss of connectionI've just downloaded the latest version and now I can't get the earbuds to connect to the app??? Anyone else advise???.Version: 3.1.1

Jabra Elite SportWorst ear buds ever! The tracker works great. The sound in the right ear bud goes lower and lower. I’m sending what will be my sixth pair in due to the right ear issue. That’s right, six pairs. The right ear goes out within a few months. The latest pair lasted less than a month. There are many people out there with the same issue..Version: 3.5.1

Software issues...slow updates...Let me first say I really like the headphones. The sound quality and fit of my Jabra elite sport is amazing. The bad...the program won't connect to the headphones for workouts and heart rate monitoring. I can still listen to my headphones but part of the reason I wanted them was for the app and heart rate so I don't have to look at my phone/watch. There are almost no updates to the app. The problem started after updating my iPhone 7+. I have since switched headphones multiple times and even upgraded to the iPhone X. The new set I exchanged have never connected properly. I contacted support and they gave me a bs process to try and of course it didn't work..Version: 3.4

Was great until iOS 11 and iPhone 8+This was a good app, but a recent upgrade (either to iOS 11 or to my new phone) rendered it totally useless. The app no longer recognizes that the headphones are paired even when the phone does and music is steaming to them. As a result, no heart rate and no eq. Please release a fix ASAP!.Version: 3.4

Needs some workThe apps needs better/more clear instructions with updates to the firmware. Also there should be a 'restore to factory settings' for devices that fail or an error occurres during updates. Over all this app has potential but needs more work put into it..Version: 3.4.1

Clearly falling out of favour. It’s unfortunate but it seems Jabra has stepped away from improving this app. It’s certainly a clever tool, but Jabra’s half hearted attempt at user experience design and support will leave you disappointed once you try to move beyond running. Why they haven’t enabled automatic progression through a cross-training routine, or allowed you to include cross training days in your training plan, leaves me wondering if anyone at Jabra actually works out. Having to confirm you’ve completed one exercise before the app allows you to continue is disruptive to any HIIT session. Too bad. I see the last review before this was a year ago and so perhaps others are starting to feel they’ve been abandoned. Good tech, bad execution..Version: 3.5.3

Update was a hindrance more than an upgradeI bought the Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. In its previous firmware edition, I loved it. Detected my heart rate without fail even while running or biking. However, this app kept telling me to update so I did to its a4.2.0 version. Now the heart rate detection is really useless. The record isn't reliable. It's actually much better now to just stay at the gym and let the machine there detect my heart rate because the upgrade tendered my earbuds useless for detecting heart rate in real time. My heart rate would dip to 110s then only if I stood still would it start to climb and reflect the current heart rate which is in the 140s. Why issue an update to the firmware and render the feature function of the product useless?.Version: 3.3

Terrible appThis app really is awful. So disappointing when you’ve splashed out for expensive headphones. Gets heart rate, distance and pace all wrong by big margins, to the point where it’s fitness tracking is totally useless. Get your act together Jabra..Version: 3.5.0

Love the ear buds, left much to desire from the appStill too lacking for the app, an easy feature I would like to see is 3D touch on the app icon for easy hear through toggle option..Version: 3.4

Location service optionsOnly location options are "always" or "never" which means it's running in background. Add a "while using" option!!!!.Version: 2.3.4

Just OkayMicrophone is just so/so for phone calls. Sound is okay but not great. I wouldn’t buy these again..Version: 3.5.0

Drain batteryDrain battery even is disconnected. Need to manually off. Fix that!!!!.Version: 2.3.2

Love the app butI love this app that goes with the elite sport but I wish it would sync with apple health.Version: 3.3

Seems Useless Does Not ConnectThe Jabra Elite Sport headphones connect to my iPhone X however the app keeps saying not connected. I’m unable to use the equalizer to turn down the treble which is driving me crazy. Either I’m doing something wrong or this app is buggy. I’m thinking of returning the headphones if this is not fixed soon.Version: 3.4

App crashesApp crashes on start and won’t load. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, ensured OS is up to date and still no success running app..Version: 3.4.2

Difficult to useNot user friendly. Does not turn-off automatically when taking them out of my ears..Version: 3.5.2

UPDATE THIS USELESS APPLICATION ASAP!In all advertisements of jabra elite sport, jabra indicated that it works with this great application and in fact earbuds complete with the app. But application doesn't detect earbuds anyway so I we can't use a lot of its capabilities. And it's awkward that jabra doesn't pay any attention to these complaints and doesn't update this useless application! And still goes on advertising about their great application! It's not anyway acceptable! You must be responsible for what you advertise and sell!.Version: 3.4.1

CrashesJust. Crashes..Version: 3.5.0

Great Headphones POOR appThe headphones are great. Love the sound quality. The app however is a different story. The feature set of the app actually isn’t bad, the deal breaker is the total lack of integration with Apple HealthKit..Version: 3.4.1

MediocreElite sport earbuds are great, jabra sport app is meh when my workout fits into one of their preprogrammed plans, annoying when I’m doing any kind of cross training..Version: 3.4.1

App crashes on loadingApp won’t load. No support online.Version: 3.5.0

Enjoy the ear buds but the app is rubbish...Got a pair of Jabra Elite wireless buds and they’ve been great; good sound quality and functionality but the app keeps crashing whenever I try to access it. So I can’t view my heart rate or adjust settings :/.Version: 3.4.2

Missing 5 because No Apple HealthI love the app, but I wish there was a way to share my Jabra information with my Apple Health profile. I like having all my medical stats in one place..Version: 3.5.0

Terrible battery lifeMaybe mines a lemon but I get 45 mins max on a full charge. Unacceptable imo.Version: 3.5.1

Insta-crashesApp crashes so fast that you just see a flash of the title screen..Version: 3.4

Still Work to DoI downloaded the app after purchasing the Jabra Elite Sport headphones. Whilst I am very impressed by the headphones themselves, the app still leaves a lot to be desired as it does not integrate with other apps like Apple health and needs optimising in terms of screen resolution..Version: 3.4

It’s okIt’s ok, would be nice to have options for elliptical and other CV work. Can’t seem to connect to Apple health or aps such as my fitness pal which is fairly straight forward with other aps.Version: 3.5.1

IPhone 10 update please!Good app but upgrade for iPhone X required..Version: 3.4.1

Potential but not there yetI like the potential of this app, but there are some key gaps that make it unusable. My training plan involves alternating days of running and weight training and a recovery day. But you can't add weight training to a plan, and the plan forces you to select four workouts, so I can't use any of the training features. Most of the exercises I do are not available and there's no way to add new ones. So I can't do the cross-training workouts. Either significantly expand the library of exercises or let us add our own. Minor annoyance: very often when I'm using the headphones the app tells me that they're not connected so I can't adjust settings. Disappointing considering how expensive the hardware is. UPDATE: One year later and none of the problems have been addressed. No Health Kit integration means I have to use another app to collect my stats. No Apple Watch integration. No way to edit workout data after a run. Great hardware severely limited by the software. Since Jabra seems unresponsive to customer feedback I’m reducing my rating..Version: 3.4

GPS Fails Every Time*update: I have contacted Jabra and they will no longer update this app so your headphones are now only useful for music, no running features. I have started using my Pace headphones with the app in IOS14 and the gps data is rubbish. First day no GPS tracking at all and I found some settings to allow gps either while using app or always. Turns out that choosing ‘when using app’ isn’t good enough even though I am physically using the app. Need to change to ‘always’ and then it found my location. Next day I ran again and the pace and distance readout was strange. My post run data showed me moving about 5km away in an instant and my pace was 3min. Impossible. Strava app gives perfect GPS track on same phone. Just a rubbish app. Now my headphones are useless because I can’t use them to control my running..Version: 3.5.2

Ear buds are great, the App not so much.I recently purchased my buds and the sound is great, but after downloading the app I noticed it would never connect to my buds, even though they were connected to my phone. So it’s basically useless to me to have the app!.Version: 3.4.1

Good Sound. App needs update.Overall, the headphones are great. The app, is a different story. I would absolutely LOVE to see it on Apple Watch, the VO2 Max test not fail (going on 2nd time running now at 15 mins, to not work), more diverse workouts, visually be more crisp, and sync with other health tracking apps. So, once I see all of that, it will earn my 5 stars..Version: 3.4

Unreliable HR, training programs confusing, little integrationGot a pair of Jabra Sports Elite headphones. Was so excited to get my HR measured mora accurately than through a sports watch with HR monitor. Instead I’m getting a HR elevated so much it’s impossible (220bpm during easy run!) Also tried training plans for runners. App shows different next workouts each time I switch between tabs at the top and come back to training plan or today’s recommendations page. Very little integration with other apps and the fact that all data is stored within the app rather than somewhere on a server plus above make it a waste of money..Version: 3.4

This app doesn’t open on my New iPhone XSJust purchased the Elite sport and I can open the app on the iPhone XS.Version: 3.4.2

No Apple Health SupportI like the app as it helps me to be effective during my training sessions and keeps me motivated. However, I am really frustrated by the lack of support for Apple Health. PLEASE update the app to support it!.Version: 3.3

Inaccurate running in treadmill. The app is good but if you run in a treadmill it under and over estimates the distance and thus the calculated data is inaccurate too. It will be better if it will allow you to enter the distance manually. Also if you run out it doesn’t account for hills etc..Version: 3.5.0

Unable to openApp does not open. On version 11.2.2.Version: 3.4

The app does not openKept on crashing.Version: 1.2.1

Crashes on iPhone 6sEver since I had my phones it crashes on iPhone 6s..Version: 3.5.1

Doesn’t workInstalled app but seems to crash on opening, total waste of time.Version: 3.5.3

HRM FailThese headphones are over expensive junk, the sound isn’t great and the thing that makes them expensive: the heart rate monitor doesn’t work. Tried them on numerous occasions. And had to revert to using my chest belt which is reliable and accurate. If you are thinking of buying waterproof wireless headphones get a cheaper set that work!.Version: 3.5.0

App doesn’t open. Only crashesJust got these new headphones. Unfortunately this is the only Jabra app they work with and this app doesn’t even open. Will be taking back these headphones. Such a waste since I otherwise though the headphones were pretty great. Shame.Version: 3.4

Can’t even start appApp not even open.Version: 3.4.1

PatDownloaded the app but it won't open.Version: 3.1

Needs plus size iPhone supportIt's not like the plus size has been out for three years now, right? Oh... Otherwise, it works well enough..Version: 3.4

Awesome earbuds, embarrassingly simple equalizerI have no use for the fitness portion of the app so I can't comment on that, even though it makes up 95% of it. My problem is with the equalizer which is as basic as it gets. Compared to the look and feel as well as functionality of Jaybird's app, Jabra's looks like something out of dawn of smartphones. The customization of the equalizer is soooo basic it really limits sound quality that could be on par with Jaybird's. I'm going they do a major overhaul. Another issue I have is the custom settings don't apply if you don't connect the earbuds to your phone. So if I connect them directly to my Apple watch the sound is set to the default setting which is flat across the board. That takes away sound quality, functionally and overall experience..Version: 3.4.1

ClunkyNon-native UI, poor UX, confusing workout modes, and NO HEALTH KIT integration. This headphone/app combination shows underinvestment, and I expect it’ll soon stop being supported. Not worth the €100+ people paid for it..Version: 3.4

OkayIt would be nice if the app was optimised for iPhone X.Version: 3.4.1

Works great but,,,I really like the app, just wish it had compatibility with Apple Watch and Apple health tracker. The ear buds are OK, occasional trouble getting left and right connected together..Version: 3.4.1

Jabra elite sport - left bud goes outAfter three months using these the left ear bud went out completely- I tried all sort of things given to me from customer support after my trials I wrote back for further steps and have not heard anything from them. Clearly a faulty product that cost me over 200 dollars - It’s been two weeks and three days - the worst customer experience thus far for this year! Do not buy these!.Version: 3.4.2

Need accurate informationThe information that is provided is useful, helpful and easily to track. But the most important information for me is tracking my daily mileage while jogging. It would be nice for the information to be accurate. For instance I’ll jog the same route one day the same 1mile marker would be 1.50, 1.30 and etc the next day. Quite honestly if this is incorrect how correct is the other information.Version: 3.4.1

Great but could be betterWhat’s missing: 1. Possibility to add a training done while not wearing the earbuds 2. Compatibility with other apps 3. Backup/restore complicated (I never succeeded and lost all data) 4. Missing sound cancelling when using the ear buds for a simple phone call because my surrounding sound is amplified for the person I talking to (while I don’t hear it) up to a point of being very unpleasant for the other person on the phone..Version: 3.5.0
