I only really came back to this since I only found out about the third film before Lockdown hit and everything during lockdown was so different and new, the things I had enjoyed just disappeared until I‘ve recovered memory to memory, and one of those memories happened to be this game in which countless of memories came to mind after rediscovering the game. ✓ Dedication NOT MoneyFrom building and customizing a Viking village to collecting neat dragons from the movies (1 & 2 and the Netflix Series), this game feels special. It is no surprise that there are in game purchases and actions that take time. Although there are bugs here and there and sometimes actions seem rigged (ie the Dragon Eye quests), the overall adventure and progression of your own Village makes up for it. I’d say this game is not pay to win. Pricy for “runes” that speed up actions and packs that grant dragons and other items, sure. Just keep a lookout for deals on packs and runes! Paying a monthly/yearly fee to become a Dragon Rider is worth it IF you don’t mind paying for a while (otherwise you loose value for your money, but hey, that’s my opinion). All in all, just have fun! It’s not impossible to unlock AWESOME Legendary dragons (Green Death, Bewilderbeast, Foreverwing, Screaming Death) or build your Village up. ✓ Fantastic gameI just want to say that this game is amazing. The graphics are phenomenal and the detail is incredible. There are plenty of things to do and so many dragons to collect. I especially love that the Nightlights (aka Toothless’ kids) are in the game. I also love how they clarify that Pouncer, the white Nightlight is a boy and Dart, the black Nightlight with blue eyes is a girl. So many people mess that up. I especially love that they made teenage versions of the Nightlights. It’s my goal in the game to get them all. I already have Teenage Ruffrunner (male). I really want Pouncer though. Tips for new players. SAVE UP YOUR RUNES. Those are the green items, they are like the diamonds of the game. If you save those up you can potentially get certain dragons that usually cost runes for less if they are available for exploration. That’s how I got Ruffrunner. He normally costs 17,500 runes but he became available in Toothless’ exploration so I didn’t have to pay that much for him. It is also totally possible to excel in the game without paying real money but using real money to buy certain card packs is soooo worth it. Love this game!.Chicks 24-7Version: 1.74.2

✓ Not like it says in the ad.I first got this game from a recommendation from a friend. She showed me her world of the dragon and I watched the ad and I was like this is the best game. But then I started playing it and I realize it’s not that great. The first thing is it’s not like it says in the ad. If you seen the ad the video that you first see when you open it up, it looks really epic and you have all these huge Dragons, and you’re fighting it’s really cool. So when you open it up it’s a starter and it tells you get the huge dragons what you have to have like 1000 Vikings in maybe 2000 and it takes half a year. Which really annoys me. So sad. I’ve been playing this game for over five months and I’ve gotten hardly anywhere. ✓ Yes. Just yes.There are games like this that you can get through pretty quickly, and become very OP in like an hour. This game though… It’s not a hard game but it doesn’t instantly give you too many benefits. You can actually have fun in this game, over time, and not get everything so fast you fall out of interest but not too slow that you give up. However, there are some challenging parts, like legendary collections (mainly foreverwing) and getting meade hall to level 10. There is one MASSIVE issue though. The best dragon is pay to win. Don’t get me wrong, you still need to work for a while to get it, but you need to pay for it. It is one of the hardest dragons to get, though. Plus there is another dragon which is fairly hard to get and is THE best free to play dragon. Overall a good game would recommend downloading..Add zVersion: 1.67.5

Maybe add the Singetails and Dramilions (The Singetails could be able to launch a barrage of fireballs as its ultimate, from its mouth, chest, and tail, and the Dramilion’s ultimate could be copying a random dragon’s ultimate on the battlefield, living or dead, as well as copying any effects the copied dragons ultimate may have)as well as their TitanWings, which would really shake things up and spice up islands and fights, which actually bring us to my next idea. TitanWing Battles! Bring in the biggest, baddest, and deadliest dragons to this arena, and see who’s left standing when the ash settles. If you amazing devs haven’t already, put in the TitanWing dragons for this arena (The Dramilion, Singetail, Monstrous Nightmare, etc) as those are the only dragons applicable, along with Dragon Rider’s dragons, and high level champion dragons. My final idea is raid battles. You and a maximum of 4 other players bring in their dragon fighting teams to duke it out with some of the biggest dragons ever known (The Red Death, the Purple Death, Drago’s Bewilderbeast, The Screaming Death, maybe a pair of Deathsongs). This would give us players a fresh and daunting challenge and a use for the Giant Dragons of this game, rather than just decoration. That’s all for this one! ✓ Love this game, but I have something to say1.First of all this is presently my favorite game and I have spent hours on it daily, but I think that Ludia needs to make the Light Fury free. I mean seriously!? You can buy all the other dragons mates and offspring in the shop for runes so why can’t you buy Toothless’ family without spending 10$ a month?! I guess you can get the Night Lights for runes but 14,500 RUNES IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! I want them but getting enough runes for Barf and Belch took me 1 month, for all I know it could take me 6 months to get JUST ONE of them. 2. For the last 24 hours my game has not been able to load! It opens to the loading screen gets to “readying for flight” and then crashes and closes the app. Sometime it even turns off my phone when this happens, and sometimes I have to turn off my phone after this happens because trying to get on has my phone very laggy. ✓ A few thingsWhen I was a bit younger and just found this game there was not a lot of things you had to buy to do anything, you could just play without buying anything and get really far. Now when I got back to this game there is just so much thing they want you to buy and they’re cramming it down your throat. And with the dragons you need to buy, why can’t we earn them? I think it is a little unfair about how only membership players have access to the Light Fury. ✓ DragonsThis game is AMAZING! I have been playing it for years now and I have levelled up so high! I love how many different dragons you can get and I like the fact that you can brawl defend Berk! The legendary dragons are so cool! I love the Crimson Goregutter! I also love that it features all of the riders dragons from the movies and series, obviously toothless, but it it also has Windshear, Sleuther, Darkvarg, and so many more that pop up here and there in the series! It is a truly fantastic game!! If you commit to it, you can go so far, and I love that Valkas sanctuary has been put in there, the Titan dragons look so cool! The only thing I am REALLY disappointed about is that the Light Fury is only for riders. I don’t think that you should make people pay real money for a really great dragon, because all the other ones can be purchased with runes, so why make the light fury only purchasable with real money? Because I love the light fury so much and was SOOOO disappointed when I realised I had to pay for her. She plays such an important role in the film that I think she should be able to buy by saving up runes. ✓ It’s great but there are minor issues.Firstly, there are some dragons in the How to train you dragon franchise which are not included in this game. For example, the death song, screaming death, night lights and much more. Secondly, you have to pay for the premium pack and the light fury expeditions and it is quite expensive. So maybe the price should go down a bit. Thirdly, it’s really to get runes and it could be easier. Lastly, the expedition’s can sometimes take quite a long time for example 6hrs and maybe it could be quicker. ✓ Maybe add some different models ?Hi, I have played Rise Of Berk for a good few years now and I haven’t noticed this slight flaw in the design of a few characters up until now. I love this game and the franchise as a whole. Recently I finally found Lump, the snafflefang who lost its leg to a trap. I was thrilled upon finding it until I realised the dragon still had both its legs. The same applies to Thump, the raincutter who had its wing sliced by razor netting. What I’m trying to say is there no sliced wing and there’s not missing leg. Sorry if I’m being picky because I understand that this isn’t a necessary detail. Thank you for making this such a good game. Seven year old me loved it and I do as well. I love the amount of detail and variety of characters. ✓ Concerned PlayerI love this game and been playing it for a few months now. But I have noticed that your events are unbalanced when it comes to level situation. Many other players (not just myself) would’ve thought that there would be more rounds in battles when it came to gauntlet than survival. But in fact gauntlet has 4 to 5 rounds while survival has 5 to 6 rounds. It’s not reasonable for beginners and low level Meade hall players to even participate in gauntlets and survival events. I know that it’s possible to win in them (if you literally waste all your items) and most of the time in boss rounds the enemies are lvl 9 and most of the time many of us have lvl 8 commons who get targeted in the first few rounds. And the fact that to lvl up your dragon cards to lvl 9 you have to get from level 24 to level 51!? It’s not likely to occur unless you A) use real life money to get stacks of runes for 10+ hour long upgrades. Or B) Play the game for probably like 6 to 9 months just to get far enough. I can see that yes. Jurassic World and Rise of Berk are made from Ludia and that you love to have players who are impatient buy resources with Real life money. ✓ Awesome game but minor bugThis is an awesome game and I love it and play it a lot, there is one minor issue though. During battles (brawl or event) if a dragon is defeated by reflect, and their attack was a flying breathing fire or smoke thing (eg timberjacks and smothering smokebreaths) then the attack keeps going at intervals for the rest of the battle. ✓ Impeccable!!In my personal opinion this is a fantastic game. It’s extremely time consuming because of how much amazing content is on offer. It’s enjoyable for younger ages and older (like myself). As a huge fan of the concept (having seen all the films, TV Series’ e.g.), I personally believe that the general aesthetics and presentation of the game are fantastic. This is as well as the sounds and things on offer. I love the ability to find eggs and to hatch them, as well as the ability to control and train the dragons. Fantastic! However, the one thing I’d have to improve is adding more dragons to the general searching bracket. For example: the DeathGrippers from the third film. I think adding these dragons to be accessible via searching, as well as other dragons or potential concepts, would increase the interest of a game which is already exceptional. ✓ What?!Hello! I have had this game multiple times and just redownloaded it yesterday... There is a huge problem with this game: it is not letting me load onto the actual game (I go on and it’s just a black screen, and then it kicks me off!) so I can’t actually play it which is really disappointing! ✓ Good game but I have a few suspicionsI really recommend it but brawl is a bit rigged. I put in a swift an hp and a striker into my team and it gives me a cunning a striker and an hip to fight against. Those are my exact weaknesses and I think brawl is rigged and when an event comes up like survive or swift vs striker, if I win it gives me the spin. I’m right on the edge of a really good pack and it goes backwards to give me wood (the only thing I don’t need) but when the pack is behind it, it goes forwards to give me more rescorces that I don’t need. ✓ Slight fallI used to play this game a lot years ago and it was the only mobile game that I played, I never felt like I had to pay money(but I still did coz it was a good and fun game), one day the game crashed and I lost everything and I wasn’t able to get it back so I was put off the game for years. Most of the good gameplay mechanics are still here and the new battles work really well but it’s a shame to see that every time that u log on and or exit a game menu, u get bombarded with pop up ads. In the beginning it was a TON of fun, and things happened quickly, and I was constantly logging in to see what I could do next. But now that I'm in the upper levels, it's ridiculously time-consuming to make things happen. Example: I have a current "quest" to use one dragon to make 10 iron. The dragon can only make one at a time, and it costs 450M fish to do that. It takes me 4-5 days to earn that much fish, *especially* when I need fish for other things simultaneously. So yes, it's going to take me roughly two months to complete this one challenge. Meanwhile I can't work on a different challenge, because it ALSO requires fish at nearly the same amounts. I do love the idea of this game, and I love the storyline that progresses each time you finish a challenge, seeing the characters "interacting" together is clever. ✓ Amazing.I have played this game for over a month now, after been a huge fan of “how to train your dragon” and the adorable toothless. I think this game is amazing and if you have the same love of dragons this is the best for it. ✓ A slight error?To whoever the developer who reads this review I would like to report something that might be unfair or an error. On my account, I have a lot of rare dragons, and to get them to Titan level often needs about 17 million wood and at Meade hall level 9, you need 5 dragons at level 52, which is Titan mode. However the maximum wood storage at that level Meade hall is 10 million wood. So to get that dragon to Titan level/stage, you would have to spend runes to purchase the extra 7 million wood which is often about 560 runes. Now I know some people can buy them in the store, but this particular game attracts a lot of ‘free to play’ players and to get those 560 runes they saved up on, used on a dragon to get to Titan wing stage, is a little bit disheartening. I don’t know if this could be changed but if you could change the wood storage or the cost of a rare dragon then that would be good because not many people really want to waste their resources on a Titan wing common dragon such as a monstrous nightmare, that collects no where near as much resources compared to a rip wrecker as a rare dragon. ✓ EvadesI know there is a stat for evades in brawl and gauntlets but the amount of times I would use an ultimate attack which will benefit me a whole lot, there is always 1 dragon that will evade. I was currently in a gauntlet when the enemy dragons evades around 5-6 times whilst I had 0 evades and can not recall the last time I had one. Overall the game is pretty good but one thing that in my opinion to make it better is another game mode. There is already brawl and defend but in defend, I have to wait a max 2-3 hours for my best dragons to recharge till I can use them and brawl just gets a bit repetitive. The graphics are good, I love how different dragons perform different actions while gathering resources (my personal favorite is the Dramillions front flip into the water), and I love the battles, gauntlets, and events. There is one thing I wanted to suggest: during brawls, I think it would be cool if the type of arena card pack you get is dependent upon how many dragons you have left after the fight. For example, if I end a fight with all three of my dragons, I would get a gold pack or at least have an increased chance at getting a gold pack. Then, a silver pack for two dragons, etc. I also think it would be fun if there was an option to fight online players. I think the teams are derived from real players, but they make mistakes that no real person would make, and there are never any pauses between their attacks. Maybe it’s just like that for me since I don’t play on Wi-Fi, but I remember when I played actual players when I first got the game. Anyways, those are just some thoughts I had. ✓ Brilliant but unbalancedI’ve played since the game first came out and finally decided to write a review. The game is a blast with many different modes that act like mini games, each is really fun and unique plus most are single player so I never felt like I was competing against impossible odds to do anything. One main problem though is that the dragons you get each have different stats and upgrade requirements, with the higher rarities being harder to upgrade but getting a lot more resources. The best dragons are really hard to upgrade, at my point (level 130s) it takes about 1/4 of my total fish storage to get 1/5 of an upgrade. That is the only main glaring feature in my eyes, there is a battle pass system but It is quite easy to progress through and is quite balanced even if you get the upgraded versions(just giving you more better dragons) Overall, great game.I am an anonymous reviewerVersion: 1.79.4

✓ An honest reviewI like rise of Berk, the longer you play the more activities are unlocked. You gather wood and lumber, battle dragons, defeat Dragos ships, and send your friends on journeys. The game is fun, and a nice edition to the games played. However, the Dragon Rider subscription is not worth it. It doesn’t give you 4 bags to bring back items/eggs, it gives you the option to Buy 4. The sub would be better if it gave you two free bags, and the possibility to buy more(this is per exploration). The Lightfury is possibly the only nice thing that comes with the sub, but you can’t use her more then once a day because the journey last 12+ hours, and you also have to use ruins, the money you purchase, to have more then 1 bag. Sub gives you 1 more pack slot in Brawl, but since you can only unlock 1pack at a time it doesn’t make any difference. All in all, the subscription is not worth it and difficult to cancel. If your new, get Deadly nadders for lumber/fish, they are the first dragon you can unlock that is good at gathering..KtshadowwingVersion: 1.39.22

✓ Good game, pretty addictive!I saw this game when updating Dragons: Titans Uprising and so far, I am pleasantly surprised. Like others have said, it takes a while to become comfortable enough in game. As most games are, it’s time restricted events that you can only buy with runes, it gives you a decent amount of runes at the start but they disappear fast and are hard to earn enough to be useful. Once your dragons are above level 20, they can start to collect materials in the quantities you need without you resetting them every 20 minutes. All part of the draw of the game, it had to keep you coming back somehow lol. Currently having an issue with the game shutting down completely when trying to select Toothless on IPhone, which does get in the way of gameplay a lot, seems others have been having this issue but no one has responded to reports. ✓ Rise of Berk Five Star reviewI grew up on the how to train your dragon (HTTYD) series. I’ve always enjoyed the character relationships, as well as the visual and sound designs of the dragons. The story is absolutely phenomenal, and goes much deeper then a boy and his pet dragon. I think the second movie is still my favorite, mainly because of the score and the relationship building between our two protagonist, being hiccup and toothless. HTTYD was, and always will be, my favorite franchise of all times. The game itself (HTTYD Rise of Berk) is also great. I love seeing not only some of my favorite dragons, but also new dragons that I’ve never seen before. I love digging deep into lore of games and movies, and some of these quests tell a great story. ✓ Great game and I love how it has developed over the years, but…I really enjoy this game and love the play style of it. I have a major problem with the hunts though. I can’t go into a different time zone without it resetting. It's good that we get packs for collecting dragons in the book and stuff, but now it's kind of difficult to navigate through the book even though there is a search bar. I hope that the unique terrible terrors drop in price back down to 180 runes cause I was gonna buy them after saving for barf and belch. Another thing is that there should be a way to get every dragon without paying or getting it during a specific event. ✓ Great gameI really like the premise of this game, however it takes a lot of time to get the dragons fish and logging times up and then the amount they bring in is not a huge amount In order to feed some of them it wipes out what I spent an hour trying to get. The same can be said for the amount of logs it takes to train a dragon or to build things. Once your dragons reach Titan stage your fish storage depletes faster than your dragons can gather it. I like the brawls area, but like last time I can't even make it through the first round of arena 3. At least in arena 2 I was pitted against rival dragons of the strength that I had, but in the third arena all the dragon groups are at least 1 if not two levels above what I have so there is no use for me to play if I always loose no matter what combinations I use. The other problem I am having is that when I have recently purchased items I never received them and it has been useless to try and contact support because they don’t answer you anymore..CatnoelVersion: 1.35.9

One issue I have is in my mail, if I scroll down all the way to the bottom and open a pack, it takes me off the screen and have to scroll all the way for the next pack.
