I’ve only had to return one item and still a week later I’m still trying to return the item. Now the excuse I’m given is my address is incorrect! How can all those thousand of pounds if items arrive at my home if the address is incorrect?! Before i ordered a samsonite passport holder - i received a nameless cheap passport holder and now same thing. I ordered a keysion brand and they give a different brand which is ipaky that is very different with my ordered design. I hate you Souq. ✓ App for iPadSouq Application which available on Apple store is only designed for the iPhone. I did install it on my iPad but i cant use it horizontally only vertically which difficult for my bcoz I’m using apple keypad. I don’t want every time i open the Souq app i have to turn my iPad therefore I’d rather to open it on Safari browser. ✓ Probably too good that it sometimes backfiresPros: 1- a ton of diverse collection of items. 2- ongoing crazy promotions and sale. 3- super fast delivery. Cons: 1- missing many items, can have started kits but not the refills which makes the item unsustainable. 2- any special delivery note you leave will not be read or taken into consideration. Including special instructions, preferred delivery times or setting a specific date. They just deliver when they deliver. 3- delivery is “never” on time, as a matter of fact it is “always” days earlier than what is said in the app. This is usually great news, but as I am a very frequent Traveller I prefer to get a date that is committed to better than getting it spontaneously earlier, specially that you know it’s being delivered today usually 5 minutes before the delivery guy is at the door only to discover there is no one home.
