Fixed! Great App!!After a buggy transition to iOS 12 it appears they have rewritten this app from the ground up and it’s working perfectly again. The timer feature is great but could use a count down with an alert. I’d also like a calendar view like I had in a previous app and a way to track BMI, body markers, etc..Version: 2.25

The Best there isWonderful App, the new data input is clean and easy. Does everything I need to optimise my time in the gym. Have tried 4 or 5 others and none are as good. Extremely user friendlyIt is so easy to plan my workout from my last arm, leg, or chest workout. I just update the reps for each set and the weight. With PRO you get statistics, but the free version works great as well..Version: 2.20

Perfect TrackerI downloaded the free version to try it out and it was already everything I needed, but I was so impressed and happy that it didn't require micro purchases just to track your own workouts that I was happy to buy pro for the extra stats tracking and other little bonuses. (The only micro purchases are for pre designed workouts - I haven't tried them) but if you are looking for an app to track your own progression easily, efficiently and looks great this is it! A beautifully simple appThe new version (2.0) has such simple and effective interface. It looks very clean and it is lightning fast on my iPhone 4S, as promised. The best weights/ strength trackerI've been using the app for quite a while now and it's one of the best strength tracker apps. the heat map is awesome and the fitty account and run keeper is also cool. love love love this app. the timer is awesome for cool downs during sets and the show what you lifted last time is also a great feature. do yourself a favour and buy it and pay for pro and support these two rad guys..Version: 2.14

One of the best fitness apps I’ve usedHave nothing but great things to say about this app. Everything is simple and well laid out. From the rest timer to the workout notes I thoroughly enjoy using this app to track my routines. If there was one thing I could change it would be, being able to save a specific routine and when I next run that routine have the “previous workout” reference that one specific workout. Because as of right now it doesn’t reference a specific routine but the exercise itself. I’d like to be able to have separate Heavy and Light routines that use the same exercises but since the “last time” feature references the exercise itself, on my light days I get the number for my heavy days and vice versa..Version: 2.27

Fantastic workout appMakes logging workouts so quick and easy. Frequent updates which improve the app a LOT. My favourite bit is the diagram of the body highlighting which muscles have been worked.Version: 2.3

Great app!The only downside I've seen is the lack of ease to add a cardio session. I'd like to be able to say "bike - 20 min - xyz calories" or whatever. I add it in the notes but there is no way to analyze that. Excellent app otherwise!.Version: 2.20

A great asset for trainingI started with the free version of the app and quickly decided to get the pro version for the statistics provided. Creating exercises and workouts is easy. Within the exercise manager you can set what body area each exercise you create is focused on. That way when you come to look at the arts it uses that info to compile a simple yet effective pie chart of why you've lifted. I've found this great for balancing out my sessions as I'm trying to focus more on back and legs. I love how it remembers what I did last time, with the auto fill option on I don't need to go back and look at what I did in the last session it just fills it. Then if I've progressed I only have to do a small amount to adjust it each time. I haven't used the online functions yet, but I will check those out in due course and update..Version: 1.9.15

Probably the best gym appI’ve used this app for quite some time now (over 650 workouts now logged) and have found no faults to it. It’s so simple to use adding in your own workouts. In the past I tried other apps before this one and found the interface to be too busy and some only allowed you to use pre made routines. I’d say this is one of the best gym apps in the App Store but I haven’t checked since using this one and I have no need to change for any reason..Version: 2.27

HmmmI am slightly disappointed... purchased ULTIMATE FAT BURNER PLAN... after deep look I can’t perform most of the legs exercises... gym at home, don’t have machines. Spent another £5 quid 5x5 Strenght program and I am able to perform all exercises! Its shame that I can figure out how to replace exercises from UFBP as its look really good and I’ll be glad to follow that regime. ( by replacing I mean - how to replace Leg extension or leg press with other exercises ) would be nice to get option to replace exercise by clicking option and getting hints with replacements) I know I am complaining, but please keep in mind I am rookie - can’t go gym, have to do trainings at home, trying to learn and trying to keep going against all life circumstances;) The app itself is great Thank you.Version: 2.26

This app is great, any little glitch fixes when close and reopen app. With latest update probably won’t be an issue. Best training app I could findI’ve been using notepad for keeping track of my workouts but i was always looking for something with a little more intelligence about it that was also easy to use. Gym hero is the app I’ve been looking for. It’s simple, easy to understand and quick to enter exercise data during your workouts. The stats screen could be improved (considering it’s a paid extra), and some machine learning around exercise suggestions when the app thinks you’re lagging behind would also be great (see how Apples watch fitness app suggests walking for 30 min near end of day to close rings) The UI could use some improvement, some custom controls and animations as opposed to just the standard iOS ones would be great. Build a brand. The developers are also very quick to return support emails. The take away here is that if you are looking for a no nonsense workout tracking app, that’s fast, and easy, this is the one to buy. Don’t bother with the free version..Version: 2.20
