✓ Dune bashing and quad biking experienceBooked the afternoon/evening Dune Bashing/quad biking with BBQ experience- what a great excursion ! Had so much fun in the Desert, better than we could of expected… also enjoyed having a go at sand surfing along with a camel ride… once all this had been completed we went to a camp for a Bbq-extensive selection of salads, meat and desserts and plenty of soft drinks to keep you refreshed-very good value for money and well worth booking- our guide Yasir was very attentive and very interactive throughout our trip, a real pleasure and made our trip even more special ! ✗ Do not trust this companyThey cancelled our activity just 1 hour before the scheduled time. First they said it was because of a “political activity “ on that area, which was totally false. And then the local provider told us it was because the first Sunday of every month that area is too crowded and they can not provide is the activity!.Version: 23.33
✗ We got scammedMy wife and I paid 107 Euros for fast-track access and a tour of the Sagrada Familia Basilica in Barcelona. We arrived at the meeting point half an hour early, but the guide never showed up. Despite multiple calls to the phone number on the reservation, there was no answer. We had to purchase tickets again at the Basilica's ticket office to proceed with the visit. The next day, we contacted GetYourGuide through their mobile app. A 'customer service' agent informed us that they don't provide refunds and we told them we would dispute the transaction with our bank they immediately deactivated our account. Essentially, we were scammed and lost 107 Euros. It's important for people to know that GetYourGuide uses external contractors at each tourist destination and is NOT responsible for their failures or misconduct. If the third party doesn’t show up they simply ignore your claims and block you from their app. It is not a trustworthy company, and we will never use it again in our travels..Version: 23.49
