✓ Still figuring it outIt looks like a good app esp for those who can't be without their phones. I tried to upgrade 1 version but got bumped to another free version instead- now getting offered a 12$ upgrade? ✓ RubbishI bought this app a few years ago for £5.99. I don't use it much because it's cumbersome to setup and navigate, but every now then it's handy to get my goals back on track. I now find that the app is ad supported and I have to pay a subscription to get the ads removed. I contacted the developer and was told the change in licensing was necessary to support ongoing app development, but in the years I've had the app it hasn't changed. No new features, apart from a bit of repackaging to try and draw in more sales. I think this app is failing due to lack of development. It's cumbersome to navigate and far easier to use multiple trackers (that do a better job) and switch between them with the home button. This app wasn't worth the £5.99 I paid for it and so it certainly isn't worth a regular subscription. I hope the developer is listening? All I can say is that I'm glad I didn't buy my car from Lumen Spark, or I might wake up morning and find it looking like an F1 car covered with sponsors ads. I would then receive a letter telling me that even though I bought the car, I must now also rent it if I want the sponsors ads removed. I was an accountant for many years and find this app confusing to use and perhaps its just because Im more used to Accpac or Quickbooks. ✓ Great "Do-it-all" app :))It does everything that I've been looking for and, until now, I was never able to do in a single app. The only reason that I still do not gave it a rating of 5 is that there are a few things that I would like to see from the app. For example, include the capability of being able to change the dates of Numerical based entries, be able to access iOS calendars, and integrate reminders with iOS reminders. ✓ Counterintuitive Interface, confusing nonfunctional buttons, very versatile and usefulThis app is a bit fuddy-duddy, and has not been updated in a long time. However, it gets the job done, albeit with some very confusing nonfunctional buttons and limited, counterintuitive entry methods. I am trying to use the "bedtime" template to track my rise time each morning. However when I tap the "Add current time" to the journal entry field, this does not update the time field in the upper right-hand corner. The user is forced to manually click and type in the time. Otherwise, the time will not show up on the monthly calendar view for tracking purposes. Unfortunately, the task of manually entering a time presents new challenges and limitations. For example, if I type in 500, this gets interpreted as minutes, converted to hh:mm format and shows up as "8:20". Or I would need to type "7" ":" "0" "3", to get 7 hours, 3 minutes. There is no way to indicate a.m. or p.m. for these entries, which I suppose is not crucial, however it would be nice. After all, it is possible to get a.m. and p.m. in the journal entries, so why not in the main data entry field in the upper right-hand corner? The plus and minus buttons do not serve any function in this template, which is confusing. When I press them, my data entry gets deleted and replaced by a "+" or a "-". It is a steep learning curve for such a simple app, and the functionality is still lacking in many ways. It is a promising app because of its versatility – it is a great idea to have an app that can track just about anything. However it needs some re-tweaking of the user interface, as well as some serious rethinking about the various ways in which people would want to use an all-purpose tracking app..Circuit4TheoryVersion: 10.3.11

✓ No Google Sync anymoreWhen I purchased Lumen Trails/Daily Tracker years ago it had Google sync. This feature factored large in my decision to buy because I use it as a journal and I didn't want my documents locked in an app. I always used the Google doc backup feature instead of the sync because it was a fast backup method but knew I could get my docs out through syncing if I wanted. I wanted to do that yesterday and discovered that somewhere along the way sync vanished. I feel sick. I have an enormous number of notes all stuck in this app. I purchased a lower quality notes app with sub folders that does sync and I'm slowly moving my documents out. I'm very disappointed in a company that removes features that are so common and important as this one. This has been my favorite app...that's why I have so much locked in it. If you use this amazing app, keep in mind that your information is stuck. If you only use it to track, then it's okay. If you use it as a diary and a place to archive texts and emails, whatever you put there is stuck there..AlexiaMishelVersion: 8.4.1

✓ App update killed Lumen - oops!Been using Lumen Trails for over a year. No issues. Updated today and now the app doesn't start when I tap the icon. I can't even get rid of the stupid iOS updated dot beside it. It just stays there taunting me. "You Can't even open me Long enough to get rid of the dot," it says. "See the dot that's still there? ✓ Customer service great, app not so muchI downloaded while free, but would be willing to upgrade if I could make the checklists work like I want. First problem, no ability to rearrange the list into a new default. It is either alphabetical, manual, by checked, or as entered. I would like to choose A-Z then save that as the default. Then I could change to checked and the undone items would be at the top and the done at the bottom. Second problem. Only syncs through single iCloud account. There is a setting for dropbox, but You can't sync through it. My wife and I use Apple's Family Sharing, each having our own iCloud account. We share a calendar, but I am told that we cannot keep our checklist synced between accounts. Questions submitted through iMessage are answered promptly, and even on nights and weekends. ✓ EasyThis is a very easy app. I've been using it a lot in preparation for a move to a new house. I love that you can have subcategories, and add photos and reminders. I am confused about the need for 8 (?) different apps. Why not just one with the ability to download the specialized templates of your choice? And also send your own templates back for use by others. In addition, I've been having some trouble with syncing between iPad and iPhone. It just stopped working a few days ago. Once I deleted the app , reloaded and synced with the Cloud, everything showed up. However, I does take an inordinate length of time to sync. Then, the new Lumen Tracker was developed, along with Lumen Notes. Don't worry, we were told, we will continue to support Lumen Trails. Now, all the apps have "updated" with ads. And an "option" to remove them by paying a monthly fee. When I ALREADY paid for the apps in the first place. In my opinion, this is nothing short of a con by greedy developers.
