✓ This app could be better...This app is not unique at this point. It basically makes it simpler to get a photo or video from your mobile device into Camtasia. If it actually let you broadcast your mobile device display and capturing video, then it would be a lot more useful..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Simply Rubbish :(I've had this app since it was launched and so far I've been able to use it NEVER. It fails to connect every single time no matter if I'm using a PC or Mac version of Camtasia. I live in hope of it working but think I'll be waiting forever..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Too difficult to connect Fuse to Camtasia or SnagitKeep getting connection errors, even after following instructions to make sure everything's on the same network. ✓ Limited usefulnessIn trying to make this app simple, they've made it way too simple. Once the app's linked to an account that's it, no more configuration possible. Want to access all your photos, including the shared libraries? Not possible. Want to link it to a different machine? Not possible, want to link it to all your techsmith apps? Not possible. I assume they chose their much more cumbersome linking mechanism (qr code snapshot madness!) is because of their windows products that can't be used with icloud, but in making their windows sync possible, they make the mac sync much worse then needed (lowest common denominator). Shame as had some promise, but I see no real benefit to this then simply opening up iPhoto and exporting the image directly..Version: 1.0
✓ It works, but that's it.This app performs the function I need (sending pictures from my phone to SnagIt program on my PC) but it takes too many steps to complete this simple task for me to give it more than 3 stars. I have to open the app, click albums, click camera roll, click the picture, click share, and then click SnagIt. Now those 6 steps may not seem like a lot, but for something that is supposed to increase workflow I need a better shortcut that I can set on the app than that. ✓ Not terribly usefulI don't see the point of this. So you get an app to record videos or take pictures – can't the iPhone iPad do that already? Why do we need a new app to do that? What would be really useful if they have something like the functionality of Camtasia itself, where we could draw on a screen or a picture and have the voice over captured. ✓ How did this ever get released?When I saw an app to move images from my phone to snagit and camtasia I thought, great, I no longer have to attach images to emails or sync with my computer. Well little did I know that even in the rare occasion that the app would connect it would actually be more effort than any previously used method. This app is a phenomenal waste of code. So I have to connect the devices to the same network, and then scan a QR code to sync the devices. Even once those things are done it can't connect to the server? Seriously this app is a joke, whoever developed this rubbish should be fired. Unless of course it was developed by a 16 year old intern that was just given something to do to keep him out of the way of the real work... I would be happy to pay for an app that works, don't produce free apps that are fundamentally a waste of time..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Takes tooooo much time!It takes too long for videos to upload. The majority of the time an error message pops up. I have to keep reconnecting my device to camtasia. I get frustrated at the thought of using it..Version: 1.7.0
✓ Doesn't work anymoreThis used to work great. Now on my iPhone 6 9.3.2 I can upload to snagit on my Macbook Pro if I take it within snagit. But if I try to upload from my camera roll it just freezes :( very frustrating as otherwise your tools are great.Version: 1.6.1
✓ Ability to import multiple files?I’ve been using Camtasia for years, and the integration with Fuse, except one thing. I can’t seem to find the option to select multiple items to import into the Fuse Library, to then export to Camtasia, or Snagit. I have checked multiple settings within Fuse, but could find nothing. It’s a feature that I KNOW I’m missing! :).Version: 2.2
✓ No longer supportedAfter many calls to support, all I get is that the app doesn’t connect to Snagit anymore, and they have no idea why, and no solution “sorry, Fuse is a weird program with issues that we can’t diagnose or fix”. Gee, thanks..Version: 1.7.4
