✓ Poorly designed appThese guys keep taking out all the good features from the app. Now we are not able to send our mobile number through messages. They have restricted us from sending mobile number through interest messages. So that they get more business when the users run out of contact views. Not worth the price guys. ✓ Progressively gets worseNever used an app that gets progressively worse to use as they update. Horrible UX and interface. New update has locked features that used to be free like seeing who visited your profile. New app keeps showing the same profiles over and over again. No stars would be my rating..Version: 6.0
✓ TerribleI’m shocked at how bad this app is. For example it doesn’t save ‘Quick search’ so you have to type in all the variables again. After searching, you still have members that have filtered you out, so after performing as search, you can waste time reading hundreds of profiles that have filtered you out. WTF? This is despite paying a lot of money to become a premium member. This was implemented on Shaadi in 2001, ie 20 years ago it had an option saying hide results that Have filtered me..Version: 4.2.1
✓ Terrible appThey introduced the all new app a couple of days back. Now, whenever I open the app it is asking for username and password. Never faced such an issue with the older version of the app. It was already a below average app for such a reputed company, and now it is even worse. Just pathetic! ✓ Buggy!The app has some worst conditions ever, as in a person cannot accept an interest because the filtered conditions did not match. Why sent receive the interest in the first place? Which does not make sense. The app crashes if you try to contact the customer care or try to report any bugs. It also wont allow to zoom any profile pictures! ✓ Terrible Design and Poor Customer ServiceI’m surprised Apple allows apps with such low quality and cash-grabbing goals into the App Store. This app is completely unintuitive. I get notifications only for the app to crash when I try to go view them. And once I finally get into the app, there’s no notifications to be seen. I’ve had non-stop technical difficulties with the app and reaching out to customer support hasn’t gained me a single reply or acknowledgement. And how exactly does this app have a 4-star rating when all I see are 1-star reviews, Apple? I’ll definitely be contacting you about that. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone is paying to be a Premium member after seeing this level of quality....Version: 3.6
