✓ BrilliantUse this Apple express app on your iPhone as single notes capture of a melody that pops into your head while out and about. Then develop it on the keyboard using Windows 10 version when you get home, which is much more versatile. I love it..Version: 2.5.5
✓ Exciting Music Composition App with room to grow!I love this app. It's simple and when you import the sounds correctly it's pretty accurate. It's a great way to get started putting your music onto paper. Lots of room for improvement, including the ability to Mark and chords and have a bass clef and multiple notes but overall this app is wonderful and is helping me get the songs I have created into lead sheets. ✓ Great for new musicians!I am new to playing the guitar, and in am having so much fun with this app. Seeing my songs in musical notation is awesome, and it am able to go back and edit sections of the song that does not sound right. This may not be useful for very advanced musicians, but as someone learning I am really enjoying using this. Humming my songs seems to work better than singing..Version: 2.3
✓ What I've Been Waiting ForThis app is a God-send. I am one of those people who dabbles in music as a hobby with little time (and patience) for learning theory BEFORE I get to making something. This app allows me to quickly get notation for the melodies or bass lines that pop into my head. It's very accurate but it is limited by your singing/humming ability :-) In any event, this rounds out what I need. ScoreCloud to get melodies, PolyChord to figure out nice chord progressions, and AudioBus to tie all my audio goodness on my iPad together! Kudos to the designers and creator this WONDERFUL idea! 1000 stars!!!!!.Version: 2.3.1

✓ Almost excellentBrilliant idea and functionality, slightly clunky to edit note lengths etc. but that's being pretty picky. Really useful app on its own, but when teamed with the rest of the ScoreCloud "ecosystem" it's really something special! Originally tried with an earlier iOS and it crashed without loading (despite supposed compatibility) but is fine in iOS 7.x.Version: 2.3.1

✓ Nice!It works! This app would be far more useful with some export functionality. As far as printing, a screen shot converted to a PDF is easy enough. It would be nice to set a time signature, key and tempo and get a count off before recording. Actually, setting those things before recording seems like it would make less work for the app. I just recorded 12 measures of 4/4 and the app made it 8 measures of 6/4. An understandable mistake for a machine that wants to hear It was easy to fix, but setting the time before recording would be even easier. It did get the key right, though what I played was diatonic major..Version: 2.2

There are limitations and they are addressed in the instructions provided with suggestions to optimize accuracy. It is not intended for chords, but it is very accurate for capturing guitar solos..Version: 2.3.1
✓ It's great for transcribing what you play on an instrumentI agree with those that failed to have a multiple instrument recording from the mic option and even if the track of interest is much higher in the mix I found it could not properly transcribe the piece. I then just played it on my violin and it did great. The only mistakes were really as a result of my poor playing and even those were very easy to fix with the editing tools which are fantastic. If your looking for a way to get the music on paper for something you can play by ear then this thing is great but it has a way to go before it'll be ready for song by mic transcription..Version: 2.5.2
