✓ Horrible customer serviceDo not use this wallet. I recently received a deposit into my wallet and for some reason there was no private key once it posted. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact support but they have no interest in helping me with my issue. Most of the time they don’t even respond to my emails and when they do they are very condescending with their responses, acting like it’s my fault. I have over $600 in bitcoin that I am unable to use because their app had some sort of malfunction with my transaction. ✓ Major issue!Have used this wallet app for 3 years without issue and have absolutely loved it. Have been using the same password to protect my wallet for those three years. A simple 4 digit code, no change... until a couple days ago. One day it lets me in, the next I it says incorrect password. No one has access to my phone and no one knows the wallet key. I’ve checked the wallet all my funds are still there but no matter what I do it refuses the correct password. I’ve contacted support to no avail they’re not replying. This isn’t a “forgotten password” issue as the password has been used almost daily for 3 years. You don’t forget that. ✓ Good BIP-49 support, bad change behaviorExcellent SegWit support with BIP-49. Due to a misinterpretation of how change addresses work, I can’t spend my entire wallet funds in one transaction. BitWallet doesn’t sum and doesn’t show in an integrated way the funds I have on regular and change addresses.
