Glitches mentioned three years ago on help forum still exist...like tables vanishing etc. It's obvious from Support responses no further updates or fixes will happen and game errors are considered to be possible technical issues which will be "looked into". I use 500 coins and usually it takes over 300 or more times to get my 15 gems. Have played the slot machine over 2000 times and have NEVER gotten over one diamonds across. Would like to be able to get 2 or 3 diamonds across. Don't even know how many diamonds you get for those. I also have never gotten 3 coins all the way across only 1 and 2. Please fix this. ✓ ReviewI beg to differ from... seen previous reviews when people say that they're other apps like this where it's easier to earn diamonds because with other apps they don't do the free offer wall! I will say that I'm not happy that they use Supersonic to try getting free diamonds. Only a few videos ever load and although I've never had an issue with receiving 1 diamond per each video that has loaded, I've had an issue with some game apps I've downloaded to play for free diamonds and never getting them because they become pending for days only to tell me I'm not eligible or I supposively never played/ downloaded said app. I'd have to say though that the biggest problem I have is that they offer in game while restaurant is open and your in game play a tip wheel that spends where you can collect tips for extra money. How can the developers offer such greatness :p only to have ad pop-ups destroy the fun of the game. This happens at anytime without knowing which often makes you tap on pop-up that takes you out of game to App Store... Very Frustrating! It's an often thing that happens no matter how long game is open. Yes, it's a thing that these so called free apps need something advertised to remain so called free but couldn't the pop-up happen at the open of app or when you level up...!? This is a fun app and maybe a little better than most decorating type app games, and I will continue because of that reason. Check it out and have your own opinion! 😉 Update: Re-downloaded because it is a fun restaurant app but I think after 3 years of seeing that the cost things that cost diamonds still outrageous it falls under the list of many who obviously don't care for customer satisfaction. If your patient and save diamonds from their offer wall, spending $'s won't be an issue! People, rather you enjoy the app or not but do like it then learn something and give it 5 stars. Developers of these apps quit updating and eventually leave behind apps that aren't high rating! Downloaded playing again...so far no videos for diamonds but only level 9 so we'll see how long for another round! 😉.Version: 3.4
