✓ Not worthWait time in app were incorrect. Most plan not covering all best rides. Not worth of money better use Universal studio app..BhatabhiVersion: 1.9.10

✓ Dated app designIt does what it needs to but the layout is hard to work with and the speed of the app clicks seem slow. This app badly needs a refresh from 2008-style menus. App crashed a few times while using. Had a hard time to report times and to start the timer. Took me 2 days to figure it all out..Enigma2019Version: 1.9.10

✓ Really wish it workedWhen I put in my universal park, then the date with beginning and end time it gave me an error. Then when I would go back to the name of the park the choices has switched from Universal to Walt Disney World parks, even though it was the Universal app. Is there a conflict because I had the WDW version also installed? ✓ Don’t count on the crowd predictionIf you’re looking to visit US & IOA on slow days based on this apps “dynamic and proprietary” info and intel - don’t. I’ll stick with Undercover Tourist because this apps crowd predictions were off 4 out of 4 recent visits..GinshieldsVersion: 1.9.10

✓ Wait times inaccurate and chatI love the WDW version of this app but the UOR version has very inaccurate wait times. The chat feature is not useful because users are chatting about trip planning 6 months from now versus in park, realtime events, attractions, and issues. Finally, the two apps (UOR and WDW) don't work well together. Sometimes the UOR app pulls up WDW wait times and vice versa. I would like to see capability to park hop in a touring plan. Currently you can only plan for a single park. ✓ Gives me anxietyThis started with the The concept of unofficial guide of USF recommending the Lines app. I of course Found the WDW app and couldn’t navigate the app without a subscription to realize it was ONLY WDW. So now I have a subscription to both. Which I don’t need. Then I tried to use the tour plans. 2 day, 2 park. However they only say “2 day, 2 park, day 1, part 2”. What happened to Day 1, part 1? It wasn’t in the other park section (I checked both USF and IOA). Then I tried to make my own following the stops in the plan in the book but these custom plans don’t allow you to change the park to make your own 2-park guide. Also the most optimal time to ride Hagrids, on early admin hours is first and is still 75 minutes? Makes no sense. Then all the other rides that day have a 1-7 minute wait. I thought the early hours would allow my first ride to go faster? Too frustrating. I’m going to rid the guide out of the book and follow that. I now have spent $$ on two apps I won’t use. ✓ Does not receive the love that WDW doesAs always, the UOR Lines app does not receive the love that the WDW app does. It STILL has not been updated to fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max size screen and looks extremely awkward on those devices..TheConnManVersion: 1.9.10

✓ JunkI only bought this for the custom tour plans and they simply do not work. I have tried multiple times and each time I get a non sensical plan back from the algorithm. I did message them on Twitter but they ignored my message, so their customer service is as bad as their algorithms!.GahdybVersion: 1.9.10

✓ Wait times extremely inaccurateThis app is good for seeing a list of the rides and maybe seeing the "relative" wait times. But then, for free, I can tell you that the popular rides will have longer lines than the less popular rides... Was at UOR yesterday and IOA today and haven't yet seen 1 ride where the wait time was even close to right. I have now waited 30 min in line for one that said 13 min, and am not yet close to getting on the ride..KmnmVersion: 1.9.8

✓ Not worth it...I found the ride times to be very unreliable. The menus for dining are extensive, but most of the prices are wrong. I wouldn’t bother getting it if I go again. However, this time around in Florida the wait time indicators were not accurate in my experience compared to the free Disney or Universal apps.
