✓ Very limited funQuite a fun game, but energy needs to be tweaked. My suggestion would be allowing you to do boat deliveries for more energy, or completing board tasks for more energy. ✓ Enjoying the game!I love playing this new version. Used to play the original. I would say my biggest issue is the exotic animals. You do the boat to get the coins to get new animals and always get the ones you already have. Also used my diamonds a couple times to try to get different ones and still got the same ones I already had. Major issue. It takes a lot of time to get the diamonds to just get the same ones over and over again. Otherwise like others have stated the energy is too low. The people level up but it still takes too much to clear the stuff and maybe better options to get animals. Spend a lot to get one cause you need more and it falls in love and then the baby and then it’s old and your back to just the one again so fast that it’s not even worth all the money to get it. ✓ Huge improvement😍Decided to give this game another chance after reluctantly deleting it a few years ago because I like to play with game music and the developer’s choice was unbearable. Had the option of taking up where I left off but chose to restart the game from scratch. Glad I did as I have thoroughly enjoyed relearning the game and experiencing all the positive changes to the game in a gradual way. If you love farming games give this one a chance. The animals are super cute, the game play is a little different but not too much so. There are interesting events being run simultaneously so if you enjoy the challenge of managing several things at once you will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities. Compliments to the developers, the music is a vast improvement, the game play interesting and the slight adjustments to the game that are ongoing are working well and are positive improvements. ✓ Too hard to advance in game without in-app purchases.This is the first version of Farmville I've played, and I really like the content so far. My only issue is with the gameplay. If you play normally without buying any in-app purchases, you cannot make enough money to purchase areas of the farm as they unlock. Which means you can't create the necessary materials to fulfill delivery orders, and can't complete the themed tasks. The same goes for the exotic animal quests. Levels unlock and delivery orders with fruit items unlock before you have the animals that are skilled enough to complete those levels. With all of the products in the game having real wait times, it can get tedious, and even with playing the game every day, I am not able to unlock machines and areas of the farm that I need to complete orders and quests. If you want long-term players, and are going to continue to expect players to immediately utilize things once they unlock, make the gameplay more accessible. Either make items worth more coins or have new facilities and areas of the farm cost less..Version: 1.16.25468
✓ Great game but pricey!This is a really fun game, my latest obsession and I enjoy it, but, to really progress you need to spend gems. Wouldn’t mind but the amounts you need are extortionate!? It’s Reasonable to buy them but then to use them depletes them fast, too fast as everything in toe 100’s!!??? I don’t understand why the designers make it so expensive as personally I hold back and spend much less. So then, once I cannot get further I give up = customer lost. ✓ Great game - rubbish update.I would have given 5 stars before the latest update. And that’s purely down to how difficult it has been made carry out and successfully complete the Exotic Animal quests!! Before the latest update I was able to complete the little side missions that gave you extra animals, elixirs, coins etc but now I can barely get past the first mission on them!! I used to be able to complete all of them with ease and it made it fun. And now I have to complete certain chapters to unlock things on my farm that I unlock via coin and levelling up anyway? It makes no sense to halter the progress so much. But then again it makes it feel like you’ve got to pay to play in order to succeed as by paying you get better exotics - which is NOT fair for those who cannot afford it..Version: 1.10.17844

✓ Um... way too longSince this last update everything takes too long to do, the helpers levels do not advance fast there fore it takes forever for them to clear some grass? Times are all out. Great we can make specific items via the animals. Great to have more spots to make items via machines. And then there is the cargo boat, no longer achievable exotic animals are almost impossible to get. Not a fan any longer. The game has moved towards real money just like every other farmville. ✓ SuggestionsI really like this game! But I’m finding it now to be a little bit repetitive and slow. I have some suggestions that I think would be great for this game. It would be great if there were more ways to level up or change things up a bit with events maybe. I think the option to make your farm more personal with different decorations (there’s not a lot) or more variations of pens and things would be cool. Also the option to store pens (empty or temporarily) would make it a lot easier to arrange things as there’s not a lot of space as you go. I’d just love it if my farm felt more personal and if there was more happening. I’m also currently stuck on an unfinished quest from months ago which I emailed support about and never received a response. More quests would be cool.Version: 1.1.6778
✓ Great game - needs moreI love this app. I’ve been playing FV 2 for years and I’ve quickly become hooked on this one. But, this game is not as diverse at FV 2 Some issues. 1. I’d love the option to purchase a second/third bakery, mill etc., 2. Also the ability to upgrade each of the machines - including the number of items in queue on each machine, and the speed of the machine. I love this option in Farmville. I’m at level 11 in FV 3 and I’m finding the bakery very slow and frustrating. So much so that I’m here writing a review while I wait for things to cook. 3. It’s very slow to get new animals and this is directly linked to what I said above. Completing orders is the only way to get XP, to get new animals and to level up. So, slow machines make the whole game slow. Whereas, FarmVille 2 has many different things you can do at once and the ability to buy extra machines and various upgrades. ✓ Fun game BUT….I’ve come back to this game after years away. It’s a fun little game but progress is annoying slow. You guys need a shop to buy things you need that updates REGULARLY. Every time you buy something, another thing should take its place. I’ve gotten no decent exotic animals so I have very limited chances getting the chests then it takes forever to get more energy. I’m also wasting all my energy getting avocados, pineapples & mangoes & not advancing because they’re needed so much in orders. ✓ New review too commercialI have enjoyed it so much, especially while we are in partial shutdown still because of the pandemic. The graphics are pretty good and I love rearranging my farm making it functional and pretty. It’s fun to set up hay bales and benches and see your workers find them and sit! My grandchildren like to help me on my farm and get to learn about growing ingredients for feeding the animals, growing crops and making things in the various workshops, bakeries and bbq. There are challenges to give one focus for goals. And I can leave it for days if I have to with no penalties. There is opportunity to share knowledge with others too through the chats in our co-ops. But watch out vulnerable people: Zynga is preying on people by upping the anti to encourage spending real dollars and I despise this. ✓ It’s Great But Needs ImprovementsI absolutely love this game, it’s fun and has so much to do so you can never get bored. However, there are many things you need to unlock with coins and they are at ridiculously high prices. There are farm expansions like Chikapin Oaks which is a tiny piece of land that costs 1500 coins and coins are so hard to get in general without spending money on them. I passed a level and I needed to get Chikapin Oaks and the Old Sawmill but u was spending my money on things like the dessert stand and upgrading my silo, levelling up my farmhands and things like which are more important. I am now at level 18 and have unlocked a hedgehog for woodland animals but alas I still haven’t bought Chikapin Oaks so I can’t get the Woodland Animals expansion so I’ve got to deal with a homeless hedgehog walking around! There are other like this that are happening such as I can’t so boat deliveries because it takes too long to get supplies abd I haven’t got the some things. I can’t take part in weekly events because I’m struggling so much. I feel sorry for anyone struggling with the same problem as me. ✓ Quite addictive and funI play daily, spending hours on my farm and I’m in a great co-op. There’s always something going on to keep you busy. Actual game play is usually smooth with really cute animals, especially the babies and customisable buildings and animal homes etc. Of course there are issues with the game (show me a game that doesn’t have issues) such as the cost of items and plots increasing as you level up and not every player in the same co-op getting the same event. My suggestion to players is to find a helpful and active co-op to compete in the Sky Race and other events which will greatly help your farm and find a FarmVille 3 group for tips and extra support etc. For developers, the in-game chat for Co-ops would be so much better if you could acknowledge someone’s comment with a like or the ability to directly reply to a comment..Version: 1.15.23853
✓ Not as good as FarmVille 2The game isn’t bad, but it didn’t make me feel like I was playing FarmVille. I honestly think FarmVille 2 is better. The graphics are better, the concept is better, it kinda feels like they were trying to come up with things to make this game different than the others but in my opinion the things they added don’t really make sense. They added exotic animals that get you mangoes and unlock things which is a cool concept. But it doesn’t make sense for a FARM game, maybe for a zoo game but not this. They made it extremely difficult to keep up with the pace of the game. To takes a good while to make a decent amount of money, but almost every time you level up there is a new factory, lot of land, and sometimes a new pen for your animals that needs to be bought and it takes thousand of coins to unlock. I dont understand how they expect you to make this much money that quickly. I was on level 22 and still hadn’t unlocked everything from level 10. The game does force you to stop playing after 15 minutes though before you production factories are working away, energy is depleted and orders are unable to be filled. I do wish there’s was a means of continuous playing. ✓ Very cute game-but lose the exotic animalsThe graphics, music and gameplay are engaging. The animals are cute (the different breeds are clever) and I like the idea of the co-op, competition with others but also a little community to help one another. My major complaint about the game is the exotic animals. They do not add anything to the farm feel. The challenges are a game of luck and too difficult for me to progress. So currently, with a farm at level 29, I'm stuck at 8 with no weather booster or water tower unlocked. Very frustrating. Also, the exotics only take up space, and if you want to add better animals, you have to sacrifice useable land to build their habitats. Maybe I approach my “farm” from a more aesthetic or ecological standpoint, but I’m not clear-cutting everything to set up CAFO’s. When I explore other members farm’s, that’s pretty much all I see. Ditch the exotics and find another way to incorporate the items you win by playing- Now I only use those missions for avocados/pineapples/mangos/resin, since it takes too much “energy” to play a guessing game in my order to advance in exotic levels. But like I said, the rest of the game is very cute. PS Maybe adjust the “make” times for some of the items. Allow some farm animals to be sold before breeding..Version: 1.13.21377
✓ Needs a changeI’ve played FarmVille for a very long time. This version is fun however it’s redundant. I get switching up the events and everything but it’s the same prizes each time and it gets kinda boring. I love my co op but we don’t get high enough points to get more chests. So I’m finding it very hard to evolve these exotic animals without the manuscript or tooth. And I don’t want to purchase this. I should be able to win these more. Can’t you every once in a while have an exotic quest for those items and not just the acorn and leaf? The seasons pass is always the same prizes. You spend all this money and time leveling up the exotic animals and they don’t really do anything. I can have the highest animal there and I’ll lose. It’s the same prizes as well. It’s just getting redundant and it’s hard for someone who likes this game to continue to keep playing as the excitement goes away. ✓ Great game, but one problem...Hi Developers, I just started playing FarmVille 3 a few days ago and I’m truly loving it - the graphics, the cute animals, but one thing is bothering me. Being the neat freak I am, I’ve been finding it hard to organise my farm, and I think this could be easily resolved by adding a simple feature. By being able to edit and add WALKING paths (the 2x2 default paths the Farmhands walk on), I believe it would be so much easier to section off your farm, and keep it need and tidy. Other than that, great game! But that simple feature I think would be a game changer. From, A Happy Gamer :) Edit: I’ve been playing this game for about a week now, and I’ve gathered a few more suggestions. Firstly, change the way animals move into homes. I’ve been noticing that the animals that are the same breed are often left homeless, while ones that are different will be left stuck in their home. Maybe add a feature where existing animals can leave their home to make room for a new couple. Also, levelling is extremely slow, so maybe add more ways to earn xp, like harvesting crops or breeding two animals. Lastly, I don’t know if it’s just me, or FarmVille 3 is very laggy and will often crash. ✓ Great gameI love this game because its game play is unique which is very important nowadays when there’s so many alike games. The game is exciting and there’s always something to do. The game play can only be boring for those who either don’t get the essence of this game or those who need a game to entertain them 24/7. ✓ I want to love this game but…I want to love this game, I love the aspect of it, but I feel like I can’t progress further without having to purchase additional stuff with real money. For example my barn is constantly full so I cannot collect new items and even the stuff you can sell I need to keep to complete other tasks in the game. I feel like it’s very difficult to get the items needed to upgrade things like the barn or silo etc, without spending real money to purchase gems etc. There just needs to be access to buy the items needed with in game currency. Also the fact you have to have a lot of gems or coins to open chests that are dropped from chopping wood or collecting weeds etc and watching the adds don’t really give you much of a reward… It’s frustrating, but other than that it’s a great game and i love the exotic animals. It will make upgrading barn, silo and characters much easier and quicker. Great game! One star deducted for the cost of gems. I’d much prefer to be able to purchase coins as I would have to spend £45 on gems to then trade for coins. Sadly I don’t have that kind of spare money. ✓ Great game needing small tweaksLove this game hence the 5 star rating. A lot of things to keep you busy, great graphics and the small daily freebies are nice. Money takes a while to accumulate considering you need it for expansions, to train exotic animals and farmhands etc. but if you keep crafting items eventually you get what you need. Building upgrade tools can be hard to get as well. Developers - It would be GREAT if I could swap animals out for homeless ones that can breed together instead of having to spend 2500 coins (that is hard to come by) to buy a new home when I already have 3 homes filled with ones that can’t breed. My 3 pig pens are full and I have 3 pigs wandering around homeless which to me is annoying to look at. I want the 10,000 coin pizza oven and currently have 1700 coins and I don’t want to have to purchase a 4th pig pen when an easy swap can save the day, thank you. ✓ Fun and engagingThe game is a lot of fun. Definitely slower game play and simpler graphics than FV2, but people need to remember, this isn’t FV2. The first 15 ish levels were difficult and slow going because you don’t have a lot of money, too many animals roaming around, and your barn is so small. That significantly changes the higher your level gets, which in turns makes it more enjoyable. Even the difficult first part, I really enjoyed though. There is only two small things that bothers me a bit, it’s that I have to scroll so far up in chat to find older item requests and that I have to actually go to someone’s farm to see the board order they need help with, and to be honest, I’ll forget what it was 10 minutes later. If those could be pinned or somehow on another tab in chat, that would be awesome! I’m still going to play the game though, because I truly enjoy it..Version: 1.13.21377

✓ Awful updateEdit: this update really has ruined the game. the new music is terrible, it sounds like a ripoff of the monsters inc soundtrack, the old one was perfect and the sound effects for everything was better before. Everything takes so long to do I have significantly less motivation to play the game. Please change some things back!!! Game is adorable and fun to play, the update has both good and bad aspects. The ones that severely impact game play are things like the items required to upgrade silo and barn storage. I really liked that you could make the items you needed to upgrade storage and didn’t have to wait until the game’s algorithm randomly supplied you with them. This is the issue that a lot of other farming games have and conforming to their flawed game design is a great disappointment in my opinion. The other slightly annoying changes are that the truck takes longer to complete orders, and the eyesore of the present/chest bubbles that appear over the farm. However the change in being able to choose what animals produce is a fantastic idea and has helped me a lot lately. The character development in Farmville is cute and kitsch, and I like the variety of challenges. Yes it’s a slower game unless you pay out, but I actually like that I have to put in the work, because it challenges me to progress through the sky races, boats, visitors and events in order to achieve new upgrades. No one likes an easy win! If you’re playing solo it’ll take a lot longer as it’s just your effort, but I can’t recommend co op play enough :) I’ve found a really active co op, and having 20+ members means you help each other in orders, grow our farms and win exclusives. There’s a lovely supportive sense of community, and you get to chat with players from across the globe. I even play alongside our 9 year old and they love it. ✓ Few changes neededThe game does have a lot to do, but you are constantly behind on tasks. Even when you win elixirs for exotic animals, you still have to pay coins along with the elixirs to train the animals. Everything costs coins, which is fine, but some things are too expensive. For example, the strawberry garden area costs 4500 coins. Apple trees are a necessity for the tasks, but they only give apples 3 times then you have to cut them down. Each Apple tree costs 400 coins. Paying all of these coins for all of this is a little redundant. I constantly feel behind. I already have tasks needing wool and homeless sheep running around. I can’t build their homes because I’m still stuck on the strawberry area trying to save 4500 coins for that. Once that is opened, then I will have to pay more coins for the sheep area. A reasonable amount of coins would be understandable. It takes days of playing catch up to earn enough coins. ✓ Fun and cute!I have played this game for the past few days and I love it! It is very relaxing. The number of crop does not reduce when you sow the seeds, which releases you from the pressure of calculating. The tools are also separated with goods in the barn house. I gave up the previous versions for this point, and luckily Farmville 3 improved it! The animals animation looks super cute. I smile everytime I look at the little piggies. For those who complained about restricted land, I would recommend not building excessive animal houses or fields because animals will breed and the houses or fields cannot be stored or sold. I was wondering this as I began playing for the first times and thought maybe I was the only one or didn’t know how to play right. Earning coins takes way too long, and there needs to be more ways to accomplish it (other than watching the chest videos… until you run out of those too). Orders require you to have coins as it is, so that you can buy the tools you need. Another thing, storage in the barn is ridiculously hard to upgrade. I need two or more of each tool and they are extremely hard to come across. I read others say things about the energy, and that’s another thing that makes the game hard to play and succeed at. There’s a couple things I think could use work, decorating my farm is one of my favorite aspects of the game and the editing process is a little tedious. Having to individually select the items is fine- until it comes to replacing a fence or areas of soil. I think it could be helpful to either be able to select multiple items at a time or having an editing page I won’t be exited from every time I set an item down. Not only that but items don’t have a full turn radius- I can either place an item straight or pointed to the right which leaves really limited options. Last thing, barn upgrades are hard to come by and it seems disproportionate to how often the player unlocks new items, it seems like I’m constantly at a full barn, especially if Im trying to put a large amount of wood aside for building or something like that. Lots of pinned tasks get taken and most folks just don’t know any better. Or don’t join chat so they can’t see constructive criticism. I didn’t know when I first started either. I suggest that pinned tasks not be allowed to be taken at all or until the 12 hours is up. It would cut down on some conflict and confusion with coop members. The idea of the co-ops is nice because it can be difficult to farm alone and having help getting supplies and energy is an added bonus. I have two big issues with the game- exotic animals and decorating/editing your farm. Exotic animals add almost nothing to the farm experience. They are only needed for a select few items, however it is very difficult to level up and progress without spending a lot of gold. Missions are far too hard and it is way too difficult to level up animals to make them easier. I have a level 56 farm and can’t make it past level 11 exotic quests. Additionally it is very hard to edit and decorate your farm. Each item must be selected individually meaning if you need to move a fence, you have to move it piece by piece and it is not possible to completely zoom to see the extent of your farm so it’s very time consuming and difficult. This would be less of an issue if you unlocked sections of farm in a normal pattern but that would be too easy. If they could find a way to adjust the difficulty of exotic animals or make them easier to level up and improve the dynamics of editing your farm, this would be a 5 star game.Version: 1.30.38041

✓ Side events/quests take away from the gameI really love this game, like really really love it! I will say that the special events like the current Pet Rescue, crop harvesting/selling etc. are not very fun, engaging or useful. I choose not to play them at all. It is annoying to get constant notifications about the side events and even more annoying to have your barn fill up with items to be used for say, Pet Rescue if you aren’t playing it. Having to involuntarily collect these items and then sell them is irritating. I do not okay specifically this or any side events/quests similar to Pet Rescue that require you to make different, random products because it is not fun, takes away from actually working the farm, rewards are not worth the hassle and the time to level up or accumulate needed items is ridiculous. ✓ Definitely some changes need to be made but still good conceptSo I started playing this the day that the game was released and while I do like it, I think that some changes are definitely needed. First thing is first… energy should go because you have to spend 16 energy to clear a piece of wood. When you only have 25 energy you can’t do much of anything else. Second thing, you should be able to send gifts to everyone that is in your coop if you choose to. Third, the chat really needs to be fixed. If you are in a conversation with someone in chat then you shouldn’t have to wait to send another message. Fifth, create a market similar to what is in FarmVille 2: country escape so that if we need something then we can get it. The merchant doesn’t always have what someone may need. And he wants more than what the items cost. That’s a problem when you don’t get many coins for what you do sell to be delivered by the truck. Customizing/ editing/ moving things around in your farm is so tedious because you have to do it one at a time.
