✓ Good Game, But Not Enough LivesThe game itself is really fun and enjoyable, but once you get to level 15 and up, you need many hearts to win and don’t have the in-game currency to do so..Yeetboy737Version: 2.75

✓ Fun...at first!I really enjoyed the game at first. There were some annoying signs early but the gameplay was flexible and forgiving enough to allow progress. Around 350 levels in things changed significantly with less routes to goal and almost instantly the annoying elements became the most important parts of the game. Progress became slower and slower and it is not the type of gameplay that is enjoyable to have to repeat over and over again. I’m all for a challenge and for games to be difficult but this gameplay has to remain enjoyable...this game fails on that front and today was removed from my phone as a result. ✓ How good are the defendersThis game could be so much better but it seems like the defenders and goal keepers one plays again are super men of some description. They can not only run faster than the players on my team but they can jump higher and never miss a chance to head a ball within 3 or 4 meters of them. ✓ Good idea but...This is an original and addictive game, although, there are some very bad issues. First of all, the lack of control over some of the players is very frustrating. Sometimes you could make a fine pass but the players just lose it automatically. Sometimes they’re like that fat kid at school that just doesn’t try when given a pass. It can be very frustrating, especially when you’ve gone through a lot of goals and you have to start again. Another problem is the goalkeeping which is extremely overpowered especially in penalties. It drives you nuts when you try and score a penalty but you end up using all of your energy and you have to wait another 10 minutes. That leads me to my next argument. After losing all of your “lives”, you have to wait another 10 minutes which is a bit annoying, but the main problem with it is that it may take days to finish one level. Although you could argue that it creates difficulty, which is one thing the game executes well. ✓ UnrealisticYour team never goes for a header and lets the opponent jump past them, goalkeepers slide across the goal when they dive to save shots you would never expect ANYBODY to save and 1v1 situations are harder than outside the box shots cause of this. Energy takes too long to recharge and transfers don’t make any sense at all. Sometimes it is impossible to score or pass so you HAVE to give up the energy cause you are marked by countless players or the keeper somehow saves every angle of shot. Deflections system is broken: if it hits them and goes to you then your player boots it away and says you failed. Rebounds from saves can’t be done and sometimes defenders can reach OP distances. Game needs many updates to fix the game unless you want it to be unrealistic and poorly made to seem like a real player going through a football career. ✓ Great idea, poor executionThis game is addictive, fun and a brilliant concept, but it is ruined by being unrealistic. Firstly, the heart system is annoying. If you make one small error, you have to restart from the beginning. I would be so much better if you only had to restart the chance you messed up. This is especially bad if you have to score 3+ goals in a game. Secondly, the opposition are so overpowered. They win every header and seem to be faster and stronger than my team. The opposition goalkeeper is also overpowered. 1v1s are almost impossible to score and at times, the goalkeeper is impossible to beat. For some odd reason, scoring from 30+ yards with the outside of the foot is easier than scoring 1v1s. Another annoying thing in this game is forced transfers. You basically have to be unloyal to every club and transfer every two plus years. To top it, some teams don’t exist in this game ex: It doesn’t have Arsenal in the Premier League. One thing I love though is how funny it is. The celebrations are hilarious. I also like how the other team will clear the ball no matter what. ✓ This is horrible, don’t waste storageThis game has to be one of the most infuriating games I’ve ever played. It’s a game about drawing where the ball goes, pretty common so no need to explain. Anyways, this game just doesn’t let you play how you want to play. It doesn’t let you decide where to kick the ball and just gives a tiny area of which the ball can go. The opposing AI can jump feet into the air and run at the speed of a car when your AI doesn’t even care to move. Your AI also dribbles right into the opposing AI, which makes it impossible to make a shot. The ball also never goes where you draw it and curves incorrectly so often. The game moves pretty slow and feels very overkill when you have to do four stages in one level without failing or you have to waste energy and restart. And don’t get me started on the energy. You can get through around two of the games levels and then your out. Unless your a flawless player, the amount of energy they give you is nothing. ✓ Feels like a money making scamThis game is addictive, and fun to play, but as soon as you pass stage 20, it seems as if it’s just a way to make money, you either gotta wait or pay at least $8 to be able to pass through a stage. Some of the stuff is unrealistic, especially the opposition GK in 1v1 situation, if you make an awesome through ball, and are 1v1 with the goalie, then all the best if you can score, the guy is superhuman, he’s - De Gea, Lehmann, Buffon, van Der Sar, Čech, Oblak, Courtois, Casillas, Neaur, Buffon (and any other GK you can think of) packed into one, also, why you can’t save the progress, make 1 mistake, you lose heart, and you start over. I understand games need to get more difficult as you go but the things done by your own team make absolutely no sense when you get to the higher levels. Run straight out of bounds with the ball, zero effort on headers, stopping and passing backwards on clear breakaways, running straight into defenders instead of around them and my personal favorite turning in circles with the ball until it’s taken away. Another ironic thing when you’re up at this level you end up in MLS (I did at least) basically for retirement and it has the best opposition in the game. I went through Germany, Italy, France and back to Germany and though it had challenges none of them have taken as nearly as long as one season in MLS. Only 2-stars, and here’s why I’m deleting it after 2 hours of playing: I’ve had direct passes intercepted by defenders because my teammates stand and wait for the ball instead of taking one step. It’s also incredibly frustrating to not be able to change your “passing view” and pass to a clearly open player outside of the window. More often than not when you make a killer pass to a teammate they will run with the ball, away from goal, until they run out of bounds like Freddy Adu. If they do get the ball, they’ll turn directly into a defender. If you pass the ball high and in the air, your teammate will stand there like Mesut Ozil and not jump to challenge for the ball while the defender leaps like Sergio Ramos and wins it from a starting position 10 meters away!! Lastly, the keepers get insanely more OP in Season 2, like a primetime Gianluigi Buffon from WC 2006 *making saves with the tip of his toe* good. It’s criminal. It goes to show that the COM could be better for your team, but it’s rubberbanded by the developers because we’re supposed to spend our lives watching ads. ✓ Great concept, horrible executionThe main gameplay mechanic of this is genius, and if put into use properly, could make for an excellent game. However, the way it is used in this title is horrendous. Firstly, a level-based system for a game like this does not make sense. A full-fledged career mode with other modes available would make for a much more enjoyable game. Secondly, the life system is thoroughly flawed. The fact that if a defender so much as touches the ball, you lose a life, makes this much less fun. Also, the AI movement is both inconsistent and unrealistic. It’s hard to enjoy playing, or even complete a level, when a defender can jump 10 feet in the air, or when the goalkeeper can effortlessly dive across the goal line in an instant. And if/when a turnover occurs, the level is reset to the beginning, and a life is lost. So in the event of a stunning goal, a turnover completely voids everything that occurred before it. This game is still somewhat fun to play despite all of its flaws, but not very much so. ✓ Good concept, but major changes neededA great idea for a game, with some good concepts. However, many little things need to be changed/overhauled. For example, I know that most games are using (to death) the energy system, but this game really takes the biscuit, by reducing the time taken to refill a portion of energy would go a long way for this community. As for the levels themselves, it's ridiculous that if you fail in the second portion of a level, you have to go straight back to the start and complete portion one, which in some instances is more difficult than portion two. Plus the game can be glitchy upon startup which can lead to a loss of energy due to a staggered pass caused by said glitch. Also, really? You're going to charge us to have unlimited energy for a single day? As mentioned by others in the comments, a much better move on your behalf would be to sell a full game version with unlimited energy. ✓ Smooth,enjoyable & flawedI’ve had this game on my phone for many months now and currently sit on level 372 so it’s fair to say I’ve played it a significant amount. The controls are fluid and easy to follow, the presentation is great and even the audio commentary is plausible. The flaw with the game lacks in the AI response to passing / receiving the ball. It’s clear there is few defined paths to reach a goal and it’s fun to experiment but you begin to notice when your stuck on a level and try follow a path repetitively that the game exposes itself by have odd moments where a pass which worked prior such as catching a small lob your player then tries and chops the ball back and forth allowing the opposition to collect the ball. Not only this but there’s instances where your robotic player runs the ball out of play for no reason, the ball ricochets from the post and lands at your players feet again and it still fails the level. It becomes apparent this has elements of random decision making favoured towards a failure to run down the lives counter. I’m not suggesting the game is in anyway bad but it becomes apparent the AI fluctuates towards to incompetence on purpose to try and drive you to pay with real money to get unlimited lives. ✓ Potential greatness but annoying gameplayWhile the concept and how you play this game is awesome, the gameplay really dampens it from being enjoying especially being a hard football fan. Firstly your players are flawed versus the defenders. Aerials 70% of the time will be won by them, even when your team has an equal chance the player will just stand there and the defenders run from 45 yards to head the ball away. Making a lead pass or playing the ball into space for your teammates doesn’t guarantee them continuing to dribble that way at all. Even when you pass them into space sometimes with no defender in front of them, the player stops and you’re forced to take a shot from 50 yards instead of them just advancing into the box for a better shot. The mechanics for build-up play needs to be polished some more for a tad more freedom in attacking especially with harder challenges. And game freezes at times, wasting energy for me that I think also hinders the game when you have to slightly overpay for unlimited energy for a day. ✓ UnrealisticIt’s a great concept, don’t get me wrong, but the reality of the game and the freedom the player has is next to none. The “players” you control make the most terrible decisions, and when they lose the ball, it is your fault and you have to restart. An example would be the players will just dribble the opposite way and turn right into the defender and lose the ball, or the player will wait until they are right in front of a defender to shoot. It has terrible decision making, and once the player automatically moves, you don’t have any choice but to play from there. When a player has loads of space in front of him, he will choose to shoot a 50yard shot rather than dribble for a closer shot. AND THE PLAYERS DONT JUMP FOR THE BALL. If you play a long ball, an opponent from the other end of the field will run and intercept the ball because your team just does not move. ✓ Get angry too much during this gameThis is a great game I love it but there are some problems that really get me angry and makes me want to completely get rid of the game. For example I will pass the ball to my teammate and they will run for a good five seconds (keep in mind they are not near anyone and have full possession of the ball) then all of a sudden the defender will accident run into the ball and the game will reset. As the game give you the chance to reset your last move I can see the player that had possession of the ball still have the ball on his foot as the defender is standing in front of behind him. Another thing that I would like to have fixed would be the impossible saves the defenders and the keeper make, these saves would never be possible in a real game so why should they be possible now? Some of the players defy the laws of physics and get to the ball no matter how it is kicked and that angers me. ✓ Decent game but .......Enjoy the game play and I like the fact you have to hit a certain amount of points to progress each season. However I have only ever been given options to move to two clubs at the completion of every second seasons. When your offered Chelsea or Man U as your two options i have quit playing as I hate both teams with a passion. Game play is ok but players when passed to will run the ball out of play for no reason. Fairly often the pass you want to make is impossible as the defender blocks that path. Would be better if you could then change the direction of pass to avoid the block. I really hate the fact that once you score the first or second goal and three or more are required you are forced to start back at the beginning of the match. ✓ Really frustrating, unfair, money grabbingThis game is horrendously frustrating. It’s been out for years now and they’ve never sorted it out. One mistake and you have to start a level all over again, which is especially frustrating when most of the mistakes are out of your control. Examples of this are when your player decided to run into an opposition player, or when the other team’s goalkeeper plays like a teleporting De Gea on steroids. What’s worse is that it’s one of those cancerous games with an energy system, meaning after a while the game won’t let you play; if you want to carry on you have to spend ridiculous amounts of money to purchase a small amount of energy (I’ll never give money to this company). There’s also no one off purchase where you can then play the game as much as you want, so they really are just money grabbers. ✓ Great Game, but...I love this game. The story line is great, you can customise your player, choose which team you play for, and much more. But there’s a few problems. For one thing, sometimes I feel like the defence wants the ball more. I tap on the player I want to give the ball to, but they just stand there and let the defence head the ball away on an aerial ball, and sometimes they just dribble straight at the defender. Sometimes they even dribble out of bounds. Another issue is that when I shoot the ball, the keeper saves it by sliding to the right or left, depending on which side the ball is kicked, and saves it, when in a real game, they would have no chance. For instance, I go for the top corner, the keeper slides a couple feet, and tips it over the bar. That gets me annoyed at times, and it’s happens more often than not. I have also noticed that on a penalty kick, the keeper ALWAYS guesses the right way, so I have to draw a line curling the ball into the top corner. Another thing I don’t like is that sometimes when a player has a ton of space in front of him, the player doesn’t run and instead a looks for a shot or a pass. ✓ Waste of my time!!!Hello I’m Lucas, I realized a flaw that messes up the gamePlay. The defenders are as fast Usain Bolt. My teammates act like dummies. If I swipe a lob pass, My teammate either stands their and lets my CPU opposition jump 10 feet in the air and head the ball like his jumping is gifted. Now getting back with my teammates, If I make a pass to them, they dribble to the defender or out of bounds!!!!!! How crazy is that? Now talking about Hearts, I waste all my hearts beating levels, like usual. 2 dollars ninety nine cents to get infinity hearts for 24 hours!!!!!!!!! I only have at least 1 hour on my phone every morning before it’s time to go to work. By the time I come back from work around 3 Am, My time with infinity hearts is basically over. Also, the fact of knowing wasting money on this game will cost you no good if you work, this is 1 of the reasons you don’t buy game products knowing you have obligations which last an entire day. However, I might have a shot at playing this game again if they take responsibility and fix these bugs which 90% of the time make this game not enjoyable. The physics are so unrealistic it’s retarded; my teammates move like snails but the opposing team are all sonic the hedgehog intercepting passes from across the field when my man was wide open. That’s my first issue. To add to the the goalie seems to make impossible saves on perfect shots then I have to start that whole level over. It’s frustrating. There’s no way to get in game currency except by buying it or watching a limited amount of videos. If you complete a level on your last heart it glitches and makes you fail. Don’t get me wrong it has the potential and I did enjoy it at first but it’s more frustrating than fun to the point where it’s not even enjoyable. As for the objectives, you should be able to see them before you actually play the level so you can actually try and complete them so you won’t have to go back and play the stupid level again. ✓ Concept is great, execution not so much.The concept of Score Hero is awesome and in itself is a pretty good game. However, there’s quite a few issues that come with it. There are many times players make completely unreasonable runs or look to make straight up unintelligent passes to teammates that you would rarely ever see in a true match. In addition to this I find in some levels I lose possession because my player takes an awful touch that I can’t control regardless of how well the pass is drawn on screen. Also, as many have said already there are many instances where goalkeepers in this game make impossible saves. I understand there are star rewards for completing certain tasks but that eliminates the element of free play. ✓ Bad GameThe first couple of seasons of the game were actually pretty fun but as the game gets harder it continuously gets more frustrating and rage inducing especially with the stupid heart system. The heart system is a huge flaw because sometimes I pass a ball to an AI and out of nowhere an enemy AI just kicks the ball out and I lose a heart. I personally think the heart system wouldn’t be an issue if the AI wasn’t so overpowered and stupidly incompetent. First of all, their ''adaptive'' AI isn't actually adaptive. The AI forces you to only be able to score in one specific way and either has your player lose the ball, or the other team intercept your pass if you don't pass to the person the game wants you to. Also if you do not shoot in the way the game wants you to, it has the goalkeeper pull off a near impossible save, which makes it extremely frustrating and difficult to get past the level (especially as you get further on). As a result of this ''adaptive'' AI you actually have no control over how you score and forces you to adapt every pass to what the AI wants you to do, rather than the other way around. Secondly, the ''energy'' model the game uses is just trying to steal your money. The ''energy'' model has been used by many different games with varying successes, however this game uses the ''energy'' as an unethical scheme to force you to spend your money every 10 minutes you play. They won’t even try and claim possession, the opposing team just heads it and steals it. Walking off the pitch randomly/dribbling into the enemy (you have no control over) is one thing. Those are bugs. The first lot are just to force people to pay though. I like the idea of a dribble function to draw a line to move forward rather than passing. ✓ Issue with Team TransfersThere should be an option to refuse the transfer to make the game more interesting. To me, I’m a liverpool fan, so obviously I’ll have way more fun playing this game with Liverpool team only. I’m still on Season 7, so I’m playing with Tottenham team, but as I have transferred from teams to teams since the First Season, I haven't seen an option to refuse the transfer... Also, as a diehard Liverpool fan I despise teams like Everton, Chelsea, Man United, and Man City, and God forbid these will be my only options for the next transfer, I’ll just simply stop playing this game. Also, say if there’re fans from the lower tier league teams like Burnley, Leicester, or even a mid tier league like Totteham, why not have the option to refuse transfer so the fans could stay even with such leagues’ teams. I don’t think that should be an issue, quite contrary, I believe this will boost people’s desire to play this game more, since you’re pretty much “making” your favorite team win all those leagues, all those cups, etc. Anyways, please consider this as a next fix in the next update. ✓ THIS GAME TRASHThis game sucks because the goaltenders make impossible saves like glitching across the crease and saving the ball. Another reason is because all my teammates are FRICKING MORONS and lose the ball by running into the other team and just doing stupid things to lose the ball and it just wastes hearts, that is another complaint. The hearts, it takes under two minutes to use up all of your hearts and it takes 15 MINUTES to get one heart and it takes 10 seconds to lose them. ✓ No, just badWhen I first got this game i thought it was fantastic, and then over time I realized the amount of bs in this game. It’s almost as bad a dark souls in the amount of bs in that game. Like u will draw a straight line to ur teammate and some defender will just come and head it away while my attacker will just stay there and not do anything and u just end up losing. The goalkeeper are like literal gods as they dive from one side of the goal to the other and u again just end up losing to a bs function of the gameThis brings me to my next point, whenever u lose u have to start from the beginning of the game, so u could have just scored 3 goals but if u give away the ball in the 4th goal, u have to start from the beginning. And then the objectives are sometimes so hard to pull off that it’s almost impossible. Everything is very overpriced in the shop and the game is heavily based upon on micro transactions.
