✓ Improved functionality update?!This update was supposed to improve the functionality of the app, which I had no complaints about before the update, but instead it completely screwed it up. it's not telling me the right amount in my account and it's saying I have more money than I did before I made a purchase. ✓ HorribleThis app is horrible. About 3 weeks ago when i tried to log in i was told my password was incorrect, i was NOT typing the wrong password. I eventually had to have the password reset. Now i have been using my new password and its been perfectly fine untill 2 days ago, now my new password is being denied and it wont let me log in and check my balance. This happens ALL THE TIME. This was not the first time it happened. ✓ Can’t even open app??I just attempted to install it on an Apple 6S phone and the app opens and says it’s loading, but that’s as far as it gets. It never fully loads or opens. Just a blank, white screen. Then it times out. I can’t even get to the log in part. I have this app for an android phone and it works perfectly. ✓ Old SecondIt logs me out and says there is an error after the Touch ID like twice a week. I use Touch ID just often enough where I can’t remember my info to log in. It’s a hassle to go through all my paperwork. I have logged in using he correct info and it claims that I’m not and it freezes my account. FIX THIS.
