โ Quite Bad๐Every time I finish a game, a pop-up add comes and every time I press the try again button, a pop-up add comes after I had just started. The problem isn't only the pop-up adds, it is also how when you swipe your finger, the screen buffers and the dot touches the red. Even when it doesn't buffer, the ball passes the red, it is way above it and when you swipe your finger, it somehow manages to suddenly go back to the red wall that it passed and you lose. I don't think it is just my phone, because I have played this game on a few other devices too..Version: 1.5.5

โ Actually okIt's not a bad game- in fact, it's quite good- however in the very begging there are too many sharp corners which gives no chance to properly 'warm up' Also, it takes so long between dying and being able to try again- not because it's glitching or freezing, but because there is thing whole 'flashing lights for a few seconds, then into the main screen where the try again button isn't there initially but after a few seconds it fades into view' which I find really boring :( but otherwise a good game!.Version: 1.2

They completely interface with the experience, 3 out of 3 attempts to play just now resulted in an advert ruining the game WHILST the game was in progress. I really used to like and respect this developer, but it seems they've cashed in: poorer games and way too many ads. I've deleted their entire collection now. โ OkThe flashing when you die takes too long. I want to be on the next round before I realise I've tapped 'Try Again'. Ideally the game would start easier to let you get the hang of it but I guess they're going for the Flappy Bird hype (like most iPhone mini games currently) which is annoying. Also the ball appears to jump unresponsively every now and then. I don't know if this is purposeful or because I have an older iPhone 4. Either way, it makes an already frustrating game even more frustrating. โ Good Company, Bad App;The games this company usually creates are simplistic and addictive. They look clean, and work without any lag. However, my experience with 'The Line' has been a short-lived one; the difficulty of the game is beyond the ability of any human. No matter what, I can not seem to avoid a single corner. The game also has a tendency to lag at random times causing me to collide with walls. And the ads are ridiculously annoying; they pop up too often, especially when I'm trying to learn how to play, but can not do so courtesy of non-skip ads. Not only are they constant, but when I tap "skip ad" after the 5 second countdown, they do not actually close. They just keep going. There was once an 18 minute ad that would not skip when I clicked the button, I mean, there is nothing more challenging than this game, so could the ads be corrected at the very least?.Version: 1.4

โ BadRARELY do I leave an app a bad review, let alone because of the amount of advertisements in the game, but the amount of ads in this game was bad enough that I thought it deserved a bad review. Not only does it show ads between every single playing of the game which is a minor inconvenience, it also pauses IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME to show you ads, and then when you ultimately get back into the game, you usually die immediately, as you have just been thrown into a random spot in the game. This game is very similar to the app "on the road" but I prefer "on the road" because of a few changes. I find that the game would be a lot easier if it let you put your finger on the dot instead of the green bar. I think that the game starts off way too difficult and should start easier. The edges are too sensitive and it is very difficult to keep the ball in the same exact position. โ Simple, but off-putting.I think the game looks very good, with a simple an effectively colour scheme and a relatively clear objective. The game is also (comparatively) easy to learn. The major issue I have with the game is the amount of time it takes to re-try after you end your turn. The average player ends their turn in a matter of seconds, and will be eager to try again, without making the same mistake. Thus, the flashing animation at the end (which shows the player how they died) plays for FAR too long. It should only flash once and then let the player start a new game, or at least give the player the option to tap and skip the animation. I do like the concept of the game. In my opinion the touch pad is too sensitive, you can't move your finger the slightest bit without the ball going crashing into the wall! Another thing; I'm a tapper rather than a slider (sliding takes too long), which means I can't jump the river at all. When I come to a river; I die. The mechanism for jumping the river needs to be something to accommodate the tappers as well as the sliders. Also, the banner add at the bottom is strategically placed to tap by accident, taking me out of the game every few minutes. โ Pointless.The design of the game is simple, but the close corners and long lines to get through make it far too difficult at the beginning of the game. They should have designed it so it starts the player off on easy levels so you can build up skill moving aroun edges, or at least have it running at a slower pace. The time in between ending one go and starting a new one also takes far too long. We know it's game over, get on with it and let us start again. โ Worst Game I Have Ever PlayedI downloaded this game a while ago and have literally just downloaded it again now. The first game I played, it was buffering like crazy. The second game I played, every time I tried to turn round a corner, my ball would glitch into the corner. Eventually, I resorted to using the teleport feature and got a score of 102.
