✓ Key functionality missing, support is a jokeThe main reason I got this app was so I could take gpx files from Komoot and export them into apple maps so I can use their navigation. This should work as the features include: “Send the waypoints to to various map apps such as Apple and Google maps” This works with the sample file but the option is not available with the gpx files that I am importing. This was the main reason I bought the app and if it doesn’t work then it’s useless to me. I tried to go down the support route to find a solution or report a bug. However, the support is a joke, it takes you to the authors website where you select the app you are using and it gives a blurb on what the app does. There is a link to ‘contact us’ which then takes you back to the same starting point. There are no FAQs or ways to get support for the application. Honestly it’s a joke. ✓ Not much use for iOS devicesThis app may actually be quite good at handling GPX files, but I’ll never know, because I cannot work out any way to get a .gpx file from the downloads folder of my device to this app on the same device. In ten years that I’ve been using an iPhone, almost every other app I’ve used has a way to handle receiving files from elsewhere on the devices. Sometimes quite a convoluted way, but there is nevertheless a way, so it is possible for you to do the same. I refuse to use iCloud, because I don’t like being constrained in my choices and this app lazily conforming to the Apple diktat does not leave me inclined to think favourably of it. If you are only going to offer support for cloud files, fine, offer support for a wider variety of providers. Not even Dropbox or Google Drive, really? That is the bare minimum of cloud support. Alternatively, fix your app to include a Files folder, so people can import files that way. And if you’re not prepared to do any of that, give me back my £1.99, because this app is completely useless to me as it is..Version: 3.8.3
✓ Quite useless with big dataI was trying to find a replacement for Garmin devices... this app was my hope but no... it cannot handle huge GPX files... if developers fix it I will change my opinion but for now it is useless..Version: 2.2.7
