✓ Physics, physics, physics and realism!Graphics are awesome especially for the iPhone, landscape and aircraft detail are pretty darn good. I'm an actual pilot so here is your constructive criticism. 1) planes don't just fall out of the sky when they stall, and it isn't so instant, plus you want to re-look your indicated stall speeds. Some are way off. 2) an aircraft carrier would never and I mean never make a turn with an aircraft on approach, period. 3) the slamming effect of the landing on the runway is very off putting. The carrier is one thing, but, a gentle touchdown and some slick aerobraking would look far better than the nose wheel bottoming out every time. 4) the AOA is way off from aircraft attitude. 5) you have a velocity vector where an attitude indicator should be, split the two and make the velocity vector a true VV. 6) add an AOA bracket on the HUD. 7) show what wire you catch each time 8) keep the HSI with both the F-35 and the AV-8B. 9) runway lights (carrier too) can me seen for MILES...MILES...and I mean miles at night, not half a mile before touchdown. 10) an ILS would be cool. There is your fix list, you want a better rating from me, get to work..Version: 4.0
✓ IPhone X flavor users will be hampered.I’ve had this sim for a few years; some of the physics issues aside, it’s fun to play! However, as has been mentioned in other reviews, the notch obscures important graphics (airspeed, left rudder, etc.) haven’t played it in a while because of this issue..Version: 4.2.6
✓ Good, can be so much betterA decent flight sim with slightly misguided priorities. If you like flight sims it is definitely worth the money. A few improvements would make it great: - the hardest turn is at 45deg bank angle. Should be at 90 or close to 90. - the views are a pain to change. I like to switch between cockpit and HUD views but don't want to wade through all the outside views in the middle oaf a low alt flight through a narrow canyon - the replay has no skip/ff function - by far the best replay view is tower view. Please make it available, in all missions. - mission descriptions should be more realistic. See "Air Cavalry" app for a good example..Version: 1.1
✓ PHYSICS, It is What Makes the World go round!The graphics are phenomenal, the list of aircraft to choose from is superb but the physics of flight is just not right! Granted I am no aerodynamic engineer (YET) but I do happen to know quite a bit about airplanes and how they fly. So I will cut right to the chase. Problem One, the decent/accent rate is off based on the AOA. Now I won't go into any mathematics but an experienced flyer can clearly see that it is off. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE in future updates (sooner rather than latter) correct this problem by, 1 making the stall speeds much lower, 2 allow for aircraft decent even when the nose is pitched up at high degrees, and 3, when landing allow the user to EASE the nose onto the tarmack. Currently the game is programmed to slam the plane into the ground the second it touches down. So please correct that and all that I have mentioned for optimal realism!.Version: 4.0
✓ We’re are the updatesIt’s a good game I play it all the time but there hasn’t been any updated for maybe 2 months now and it’s getting a bit repetitive now so can you please start adding more aircraft maybe some helicopters like in the Italian navy game because the aircraft felt smooth when i increased the collective so please start adding something new and interesting!!!.Version: 4.0

✓ Awesome game, however there are issues when playing on XS max.The notch at the top of the phone eats into the control real estate on screen. More specifically, the left rudder pedal and throttle. Also the air speed indicator is also lost in the notch. Otherwise, and awesome and worthwhile game. Have t found any options to remedy this yet. Hope an update comes soon..Version: 4.2.5
✓ Good but annoyingThis is a fairly decent flight sim (especially well rendered with excellent attention to detail) but it's severely flawed by some of the ridiculously difficult to achieve challenges (actually some are clearly impossible...) -the maximum speed challenges are just not achievable regardless of countless repeated attempts! This could be a GREAT app, but until the silly scoring targets are sorted out, it will remain just a reasonably good app that annoys the user once they reach a certain level of play. Buy it, but don't expect to ever finish it- you won't... I don't think I'll bother with any other apps from this developer until this issue is sorted- why? -I get the feeling they're laughing their socks off at us 'mere mortals' so until that happens, one annoyingly frustrating app on my phone is more than enough....Version: 2.0

Which would be great, except that what used to be nice, smooth flight, is now lumpy and almost unflyable. It's irritating. If it's meant to be turbulence, smooth it out or add an option to switch it off, please. ✓ Great graphics, sounds but not as good as originalI loved the original game so thought I'd buy this one. It's better graphics and the sounds are fantastic but the feel or control free a little alien. The best camera view to fly is now too close to the aircraft. ✓ Not for hardcore flight sim playersTo be honest, I wouldn't have stumbled on this if X-Plane mobile would let me fly across the Pacific. Here're just a few things that really bugs me: - Stalling aircrafts don't just start spiralling randomly! In fact, aircrafts landing on carriers have to be close to stalling in order not to snap the arrestor cables. - The device is supposed to vibrate when the aircraft is about to stall! Nearly all modern aircrafts are equipped with stick shakers which vibrate when the aircraft is about to stall. - Aircrafts don't simply disintegrate because you landed outside the runway! Especially not STOL jets, which are designed to land nearly everywhere. - Taking off from the Cavour-like carrier is the wost part — My Harrier is supposed to face UPWARD after taking off from the ramp, NOT flying level! It stalls eight times out of ten after taking off from the ramp 'cause it's not facing upward, and I can't recover 'cause it spirals like a ROFL-copter once it stalls. Long story short, if you just wanna grasp the basics of flight, give it a try by all means. But if you're a hardcore flight sim player who values realism above everything else... don't buy this until they make the RORTOS flight engine up to par. But don't worry, RORTOS, I've seen even worst flight games that can't even be called "flight sims"..Version: 4.0

✓ Very Good but Flight Model is StangeThis is a good game, but the flight model behaves strangely when maneuvering the aircraft. It is impossible to make a level turn; the aircraft refuses to turn when banked unless one pulls back on the stick, which causes unwanted altitude increase because the flight path marker then goes above the horizon line. There is now way to make a smooth descending turn. Many of the missions and challenges are impossibe to get more than one star because of the controls..Version: 3.1
