Excellent company!I have seen plenty of negative reviews about Bolt(Taxify) but from my own experience, from creating the account with them, submitted documents, everything was smooth and easy and kaboom, I’m online. The App itself still needs to be improved, that’s true, but there is no doubt they will improve it. As for payments, they are very correct and professional. ✓ Great app for driversBeen using bolt amongst others for a while now and I feel that bolt is by far the easiest and most straightforward app by a mile. Layout is great and nothing too complicated. And that’s why bolt is my go to app when I’m out working..Version: 3.66

✓ Good appIt’s a very helpful app for drivers. The changes we are having are also good but please try to help drivers be able to make part payments of commissions. Sometimes when you realize there’s no request coming in and you find out the cause is because of debt. Sometimes we instantly don’t have the all funds to pay unless we borrow. ✓ Increase tariffThe only thing I would want is for bolt to increase there tariff because with the price of fuel in Nigeria now, we as drivers hardly see enough money to save after paying our commission, and the most painful part is when you covered a very long distance and they charge the customer small amount, bolt don’t really consider the amount for fuel in Nigeria if not you guys would do something about the price you give to riders..Version: 47.2

✓ Activity and driving rateIf I refuse or cancel any trip my activity rate goes down but if I accept and finish the trip properly why that rate does not go up? How come my driving rate so low where other operators ( Uber, Ola) rate me 4.98, 4.95 ? After starting a trip, 3-5 minutes later app voice comes the destination is changed to where the actual destination is. ✓ Bolt app reviewThe navigation still needs lots of improvements also at the airport I’m having issues getting trips except if I enter the arrival terminal. Fare adjustments when heavy traffic are very important the app unfortunately doesn’t detect that most of the time.Version: 24.1

I also experienced riders exercise more relevance over the drivers who go a long way to maintain their cars at high cost, manage their mental health to be safe on highways, pay commissions, pay government regulators, manage driver scores and many others. ✓ Okay, but could improve furtherI have called many times to try and resolve this issue but when I receive a job from a customer and I accept the job it makes a route on the map but a few seconds later the job disappears. Secondly, I have set my radius to 1.9 miles and when I receive a job from a customer that is further out of the radius (for example 4+ miles) the customer ends up cancelling the job when I’m half way to the pick up point. When I don’t accept out of radius jobs because it too far out it reduces my activity rating, and it should not affect my rating due to it being out of my radius. So kindly look at these issues. ✓ App need attentionDear Admin, i am a taxify driver, i experienced few issues with the apps if kindly fix it next update. first of all when i go online the maps is not following my direction of driving, car should always face front ward but it goes backward, second is sometimes my position stuck in one area but infact i travelled different location thus i donot get any order for long time, third is connected trips during a trip then accept second trip is very hard i pressed but it doesnt work well. pressing button to accept trips need so much struggle . app turned off when i open other app like banking or facebook but taxify is main priority when online so it should be always on top not turned off until i go offline. thanks.Version: 1.59

The car icon is all over the place and has a problem catching up with your location even after I opted “allow location all the time”. The only option is using the other third party navigation choices like Waze and Google Map.
