✓ App constantly freezesI used to like this app, but it’s not reliable - it’s doesn’t open half the time and the the other half it starts over or doesn’t paste into your text message. ✓ Love the app but disappointedI love the concept and the app itself. However, I’m very disappointed in that I sent 3 emails dating back to July with the last sent September 8th. Below is from my last email sent in September. I received 2 responses to it on October 8th. They should delete the statement in their contact us about a response within 48 hours as it’s completely untrue. The response did however apologize for the delay. I’ve not recommended the app to others when asked after I’ve sent them an emoji because of the issues I encountered. “My issue is that what’s previewed is not what’s always there when purchased. That’s very irritating because I feel cheated. Additionally, the Eboticon I might choose is different than what appears (i.e. I might choose Good morning and what appears is “I Can’t” or something else from that packet). I’ve purchased all of the packets after initially purchasing the Greek and Church ones. ✓ Funny but needs refiningThe eboticons are, for the most part, funny. However, my two biggest issues with the app is a technical glitch that causes a delay in the pasting of the Eboticon into the text space and the “I can’t” Eboticon. First, I typically have to press and hold the Eboticons two to four times before they paste. As a result, I don’t use the app as much as I’d like to. Second, the “I can’t” Eboticon depicts someone jumping out of window, which I find insensitive and a perpetuation of stigma towards mental health conditions such as, suicide. Suicides are far to sensitive of a topic for people to haphazardly use that as a means of being comedic. My request is that another image be used to depict the emotions conveyed by the title, “I can’t”..StephanieJ81Version: 5.4.5

✓ Buyer beware!!!!!!!Sometimes the packs that i paid for are missing from my emoticons. They disappear at their leisure. I wish something could be done about this. I will not buy other packs until i have full access to the 3 packs that I originally bought. One emoticon that is actually showing up never works and i have emailed repeatedly about it and still not working. I give up. I paid for 2 packs and most of them not showing up anymore and never restored and response always that they working on it. Meanwhile they got my money. When they respond to my emails, they tell me to try the restore. I did that. Still not there. But, paying for them was not a problem. ✓ Stole my money No refund nor responseI downloaded the app and bought two packages and it just shows the buffering symbol like they’re going to load. Even though I have allowed the settings to my keyboard and my phone is at the latest iOS for iPhone 13 promax I am still not able to even see what the packages look like. I thought if I bought two then surely I would be able to see them. A friend has been using them for years and loves it I was not so lucky.
