✗ Not impressedBeen trying to pay online through the app for a few days now with my card keep being rejected saying my bank refused payment. There was no problem with my card or my bank the app just kept throwing out my card info. Incredibly frustrating the number to try and speak to an adviser is just as frustrating to point that I couldn’t make a payment u til 24hr later!.TneateVersion: 2.7.0

✗ Maybe disappointed!I tried to use my Dorothy Perkins card in Top Shop and most embarrassingly - it was declined! I had no idea why so called the Helpline whilst in store to find out what the problem was. I found out that I was in arrears but was sure I had recently made an account payment so made the minimum payment of £5 immediately and once I’d done that - I checked my on-line Banking only to see that the payment I thought I’d made was not showing! I have now checked my Dorothy Perkins account on-line and it’s told me my account is in arrears and I may be charged £12 because of this! I really hope they do not do this as I have had this card for years and don’t think I have EVER missed a payment. I wish I could go back to posted statements as this acted as a reminder to make a payment! Paperless accounts cause this sort of problem which is not only embarrassing - it’s also (potentially) costly! I would hope as a loyal customer I won’t be charged for a ‘first offence’!! :(.Vajazzle71Version: 3.0.0
