I was on a bridge, leaning my iPod on the flat railing, and I accidentally made a slight movement, and even on the high setting, the movement was still there and wasn't stabilised at all. Unfortunately I also paid for the in-app purchase which made no difference at all apart from being able to share the video different ways.
