✓ This game is great EXCEPTLove the graphics and gameplay and the whole concept. The only issue is that when I lose the end screen never comes. Then I have to clear and restart the game and then lose all the coins I just earned. Please give at least a few updates to squash out some of the bugs!.Version: 2.1.0

For example, once finishing a level, it may start heavily dropping frames before freezing, or the entire background of a gamemode might not even load, leaving you with a white screen with only the enemies on balloons. ✓ Buggy game but enjoyableIt’s a fun game and a decent time pass. I do find that classic mode is harder than insane mode due to the yellow mobs. The patterns that you have to draw in insane mode aren’t any harder than the ones in classic mode, which is a disappointment. I do wish that the game was less buggy though. The game often doesn’t register a game over when an enemy lands on the ground. Which forces you to force restart the game. But when you do this, your progress is lost along with the coins you earned in that round… super frustrating stuff.Version: 2.1.0

✓ A once great game, now riddled with bugsI’m coming back to this game after 4 or 5 years because a thought crossed my mind of how much I remembered enjoying it. That has now changed. Somehow, a once flawless, fun game that I could play for hours on end, is now riddled with game breaking bugs. For instance, every time I attempt to cast the lightning spell (this applies to several other spells too, just most prevalently the lightning), it registers the vertical line instead, despite doing an extremely clear lightning bolt swipe. Countless games have been lost to it. Another thing, sometimes, most often when I beat my high score, once I lose, the game over screen NEVER appears, causing me to restart the run, losing any record of the high score or coins collected. I am extremely disappointed that a cherished memory of mine will now only be looked back on with sadness. I’m deleting the app for now, and my review will remain the same until things are fixed, or maybe when I inevitably check back again in a few years time..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Very unstableThis game sounds cool on paper but there is not much to do at all and it’s very glitchy, often enemy shockwaves don’t “game over” you but instead you turn immortal as the game is soft locked. ✓ The worst update in yearsThis game is hailed from an era where mobile game is actually game and not an ads-watching app. Overall, it is a simple game with very simple control, easy to learn but hold a lot of fun. And by 18 of May 2020, years from the last major update what we got is an update that force us to watch ads after one game (one game only last for couple of minutes at most) and the ability to watch app for some little extra in-game benefit? ✓ Please fix this issue, then it’s 5 stars.Sometimes when you lose, the shock wave that comes from the enemy upon landing does not kill you. Not sometimes actually, let me rephrase… MOST of the time! The only way to then get out of this screen is to restart the game. That’s not the main issue, im fine with that it’s whatever ig, but THEN I get none of the coins I just earned. Either fix the shockwave system and make sure it kills 100% of the time, fix the currency system so that it updates my bank instantly instead of only when the round is officially over, or fix both! Other than this, I really do like this game a lot, but this small issue that can easily be fixed really really really holds the game back a ton. ✓ BugsI apsolutely love the game, but every time I lose a game the screen just gets stuck as if I’m still playing. The only way to fix this is by completely closing the app then reopening it. However, this gets rid of the new high score and all the money I earned on that round. This occurs more than half the time and makes grinding and general progress unbearable to reach. ✓ Good game, too many advertsLove Nitrome games, but they either a) Have far too many adverts, this one in particular has one after every game b) Have expansion packs that cost loads of money, in Leap Day its some £4 a week; thats £200 a year on a single game. Also, I bought a subscription to VIP in Leap Day before it turned expensive, and it completely disappeared when the update that made it expensive came out. Sometimes it’s both of the above. But the majority of upgrades are just aesthetics sadly. The major issue is when an enemy gets past your defence and lands right on top of your character.
