✓ Awesome graphics but set to looseThe graphics are outstanding and even more impressive are the varied games, with free spin and bonuses all so different. The winning combos also varied and fun. Love to play different games. New games come all the time, outstanding and also new bonuses offered. This is a lot of fun and keeps your interest. That said there are many features that need to be changed. The max bet function is a few millimeters away from the spin button. I am careful but..... if you play and the phone rings or someone calls you in another room and you carry your phone quickly, you easily hit max and 1 spin can loose 200,000,000 or much more precious points. I play minimums so huge mistake. Just happened second time to me. This is intentional on their part and just awful they can see your mistake and a single time will give you some. Not all and not again. Also wins do not include all matches even in a row. Win rate can be very poor on long stretches got free spins several times with 0. ✓ Game features don’t work and support makes you prove it!! Then they don’t pay the winningsI have been playing this game daily for a couple of years. I like the enhancements that they have made over the last couple of years. However, I am really tired of them putting new game features out that do not work. During the recent free spin challenges, I won. The game did not register my win. I reported it to customer service and they called me a liar and did not award the winnings. So, the next time there was a free spin challenge, I took pictures and sent them to service to prove that I did win it. They still didn’t pay me. Now, I keep reporting to them that their fire challenge game isn’t working and they tell me that it is. I have done at least 10 fire challenges today and none of them worked! ✓ Infinitely SlotsThe graphics are very good. This is a very expensive game to play - the points to buy are very overpriced. As the game progress, each level has a puzzle that must be completed before you are eligible for the next level. There are too many pieces required to complete the further you progress. The payouts are not that great. Sure you get an occasional big payout, but most of the time the payouts are usually are about one fourth of amount which bet. It would be nice to know what points you have to earn between level Platinum, Emerald, Shaphire, Ruby, Pearl, and Diamond. I do like when they open all the levels to be available to play, and this has happened occasionally. Thank you B.LH. You are scrooges- you give a small amount of points for the money you charge. However it seems that my account has been black listed for no other reason I can establish other than I am good at gathering a large number of free coins and recently reached platinum status as a free player and they hate that or they got angry at me because I pointed out a couple things they could change or fix such as way too many pop ups constantly and I guess maybe they did not like that, but I kept it respectful so it doesn’t make sense. ✓ Too long to open slotsThe puzzle system to open other games is a terrible idea. It takes months to get anywhere near opening a new game. It’s frustrating to see all the slots I can’t play. ✓ Some issuesI really do love the game, I enjoy the variety of slots that you provide. I really like the tournaments that you have going on for challenges and the amount of money that you can win, along with bonuses. The part that does really irritate me is that I don’t feel that it captures your wins correctly. If I have a match in four or five of the reels, there are too many times that it does not pay you for all of the matches. I really feel that you need to review this and fix whatever is causing not to give the correct winnings. For instance, I was in a challenge that I had to win 50 million in a bonus round, I did that two different times and it never recognized this in the challenge so I couldn’t move on to the next challenge..Version: 4.11.0
✓ Great game but...This is a great game. Graphics are fun the, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. They have regular extra stuff to help you. My only dislike is that it takes so long to get a new game added to your selection. You have to play to gain puzzle pieces and then collect so many to open a new game up. I have been playing for at least 2 years and only have like 9 games available. I return everyday to collect the prizes that is a lot of time to put in for such a limited selection of games to play. I find that I tend to collect my stuff and then move on to a different app that gives me more options.
