The game is still very fun and entertaining. This is a game where they are always adding new characters to get and upgrade to make your team better. ✓ Why?For the last Mission of the Prison sector, I had to either kill, or make Lily leave, and I’d have rather kept her because I’d need all the help I could get. I’d appreciate it if the devs could let us do that mission again, after letting us have a third choice, or changing the kill her one, to forgiving her. When I got this game I decided I’d be a bit of the “Peaceful” person, and take the more peaceful routes if I can, and keeping her, (or forgiving) would be more peaceful than kicking her out of the society, or killing her. It’d also keep us from giving away resources we’d have otherwise kept by keeping/forgiving her. (The food, the water and the ammo) Besides that, it’s a very good game so far (though I’m not far into it ;D) I’m hoping for good future updates, as well as my little idea being added (third choice or change of the kill option, please ._.).Version: 12.0.4

In game support routinely answers with “please provide any screen shots or recordings” or “we have looked into your account and everything looks good.” Well, when I’m leveling up and it says to level a fast character grade 4 or above and I level a fast character level 5 50 times I should get credited with the proper amount of reknown points and rewards. I would not recommend this game to a newbie. Ever since the introduction of Mythic characters it is all about how much money Scopely can squeeze out of its players. No longer a free to play game. If you want to be competitive in raids/war/onslaught etc you better be willing to spend hundreds of dollars per month on their “micro transactions”..Version: 30.0.2

✓ Interesting enough to keep you playingThis game is fun, it’s simple enough to just pick up and play but has optional complexity to keep you interested. The more you play you learn how all the different ‘mini-games’ relate to the overall play/leveling system. It has a little team track/map to progress through at first quickly after you start new areas open up. Things like building a town for resources, collecting survivors to train better people, battling other people in raids, competing for bonuses on a territory map, mini-challenges pop up all the time... it’s a lot but you don’t have to play all of the options to progress leveling... you choose. It doesn’t require a ton of time but you can if you want to speed up progression. You do also have the option to spend money bit don’t need to because free daily rewards are given out enough to tide you over as well as weekly bonuses and tournament rewards. I have spent money but maybe $20 on small purchases over the last 6 months, still cheaper than a PS4 game. I will say joining a semi active online team makes for the best play but you can play on your own until you reach the minimum level (15 I think) to join a faction but that happens with very minimal play within a few days..Version: 23.0.5

✓ Pay to win, must have an active and good clan to be fun.I love this game to death, I play it everyday and actually enjoy it because I got into a high level clan but you have to play it everyday or risk missing out on some small things. It’s all very pay to win. People spend hundreds of dollars just to get a 6* and most likely end out with a 5*. Or you can just buy a 100 dollar “one time offer” that appears right after the counter goes away for the character you want. There’s a lot of trickery going on like hiding the odds of you getting anything good, making you think you’re gonna get an OP character but get a common one. I only bought one thing on this game and it was a pass where you got 70 coins a day it was worth it but that’s the only thing you should buy. Other than that just play everyday, keep grinding and be patience. The game is slow and hard at first but gets really fun after a month..Version: 18.0.2

As many others have stated, this game is extremely addicting and a fun pastime; however, it's main flaw is the paying aspect of it. If you are a f2p (free to play) gamer and you want to make it to the top, this is not the best choice for you. It also takes a lot of time and effort to get anywhere, so that is another aspect you should take into account. Some of the upsides of the game is it's diversity, interactivity, and group dynamics. You will likely be a part of a team in this game. It's how you will participate in most tournaments. What makes this game unique is that there are people from all over the world that you can talk to and get to know. One "region," or server, may have 10-30k players. ✓ Flawless game!I have been a walking dead fan since the first ever episode in 2010 and I started watching talking dead last year (2016) actually. My mate from college shown me this game, so I gave it a try and look where I am now, with a massive amount of amazing characters. As well as this I have something I want to recommend too, I think each day we get 50 gold as beginners, like my brother, because he really wants the pack with shiva in and yeah... 😅 Amazing game guys (very addictive) and I hope for many exiting characters and updates, not just in this, but also the comics and TV show (both amazing). ✓ PvPI love the game and everything on itself it’s an absolute masterpiece and I’m such a huge fan of The Walking Dead. The only thing I have to say is the PVP is set to where you always face someone who’s always stronger than you no matter how low you try to look to match your level and the tokens they take from when you lose that fight. It gets very frustrating when your one kill away from winning and then some how they take out your whole team and bring back theirs in one go. I love the characters and seeing their different abilities especially in use on the battlefield but you have no fighting chance when your trying to build up your PVP reputation. Please fix it I don’t like PVP but when you have missions where your trying to get really good rewards but you can’t because the PVP is set for an automatic loss it makes you not want to play that part of the game. Again please fix this other than that I love the game and great job highly recommend other than PVP...Version: 37.2.1

They then have the nerve to send me a service survey so I’ll now post my response on here as well as what I sent to them.. P.S the game is pretty cool as long as you don’t lose an account you spent 100+ dollars on because they will do NOTHING to rectify that. Service Review Problem was NEVER SOLVED. Couldn’t get credit to my new account that I had to create to continue playing your game that I enjoy. Your service team basically burned my time and effort till I was forced to give up on the issue so basically thanks for Nothing, and it’s nice I spent over 100 dollars on one account (that your people can’t recover despite me giving them all the receipts and account information) only to have to spend several more dollars on my new account that I can now No longer abandon. It’s true that spenders will have an advantage, but the key thing is that if you don’t spend you can definitely be one of the top 200 players and do well! Spending only expedites the process, but for me, slowly building my team is part of the fun. You can’t be one of the top top players if you dont spend, but that’s okay. You can still make it to a top 10 faction easily and make a hefty contribution. It doesnt even take a long time, maybe around a month or two of daily checking on the game to reach that level. All in all, the game currently has a good balance between pay to win and free to play, the gameplay itself is engaging, and the community (at least in my region) has been nothing less than nice and welcoming..Version: 9.0.6

When I use my coins to try and get a cool character I’m usually disappointed that I only get a dumb item to upgrade characters I don’t have. ✓ Don’t be put off; try it!I was almost put off by this game due to a few reviews claiming you need money to complete quests, and to find/utilise high-end gear... and while the game does ‘suggest’ and ‘offer’ you discount rates and periods as you play, so far, I’ve invested around 60 odd + hours and I haven’t spent a single penny. The base building strategy part of the game is fun. Once you build up certain parts you unlock, for free, special characters and gear without having to spend money. The combat is like old school turn based final fantasy. And don’t forget you can click on an enemy to have multiple characters target the same enemy. All in all, I give this game 5 stars out of 5. It’s fun, doesn’t require money and the story is engaging and interesting. The decisions you make actually change and unfold the game in a different way!.Version: 17.0.2
