✓ Update is crap…I’ve used this app for several years now and I’m wholly disappointed in the recent update. I get what they are trying to do, but its a big turn off for me. I mostly used it to purchase my supps, occasionally looking at tip, blogs. Ordering is now broken. Was just going to get a new round of preworkout and whey, but the cart wont delete or update. I also don’t want your membership. I’ll go directly to ON and pay full price than hassle with BB anymore..Version: 2.1.0

✓ Update is very very badThe updated app is very slow, lots of glitches, and the overall appearance is worse than the original app. To me it also seems disorganized and difficult to navigate. It also keeps sending to a website which I find incredibly annoying - I should be able to find the products and make my order all within the app. I have deleted the app from all my devices because I honestly can’t stand even trying to use it. I will not use this app again until it’s at least something like the previous version. The previous one was perfect! Why did they even change it? It didn’t need any improvement, and the current version certainly is NOT an improvement. Please just bring back the previous version. Until then, you have lost a customer..Version: 2.2

✓ Used to be amazingThis site / app used to be amazing! Deals where good, shipping was on point. But now it’s just hard to use, they have the worst promos, and all their clothes they have up, besides their brand, can be found 10%-40% cheaper on the actual brand site. This app is just a joke to me now, plus the checkout process is ridiculous and very picky. I’ve tried to order multiple things and it keeps saying my expiration date on my card isn’t valid. ✓ Deleted app after updateAfter the app and store underwent its big changes I couldn’t log in anymore. The previous version had my login info stored so it was a quick and seamless login. Not anymore. I went through the steps of resetting my password but that didn’t take so I removed the app and I guess I’m just not ordering my supplements from bodybuilding anymore because of the inability of that simple process to work. I shouldn’t have had to reset my password at all, but if I do it should work..Version: 3.3
✓ "Not available in your country" 😴If it's not available in the UK...why display it in my search results? Also shows all prices in dollars until I open the item. Unavailable stock only shown when I try to add to basket too. Also finding that quantities are different than what is shown on search results - i.e "One Quest bar" can only actually be bought in 12 when I go to add to basket! ✓ Lost key Feature with RedesignNo more favorites/wishlist? Now it has become more cumbersome where I have to look up each of my regular supplements when it is time to reorder. A shiesty way of pushing their customers into signing up for their subscription reorder plan, perhaps? The app keeps redirecting to and opening a new tab in my web browser every time I select something in the app. Really annoying. ✓ Horrible UpdateWhy did they make such a lousy update. I can’t see my orders, hard to navigate. When I finally did manage to order something, I never received an email stating it’s been sent, like I the old app and I still haven’t received my order in over a week, yet my Visa was charged. ✓ Bought product from a Body Building StoreI Recently bought Cellular C4 pre workout from Chandigarh Store which I is not real ... It’s disgusting . ✓ Proper app became a web app 👎For whatever reason, Bodybuilding.com has decided to turn its fully functioning mobile app into a web app, which makes it pointless to even have the app installed on my phone anymore because I can simply visit the website from the browser and have the exact same experience. I’m not a developer, but I believe web apps require less time and money to maintain, so perhaps this web app situation is only a temporary solution until the company recoups some of the losses from the pandemic and could afford to pay a proper app developer again. Or maybe Bodybuilding.com is doing this on purpose because it wants to gradually phase out the Store app and to eventually incorporate the shopping function into the BodyFit app. Regardless of the reason, I have already uninstalled the web app..Version: 2.2
