✓ Wow.Kudos to this app. I suffer from REM sleep behavior disorder, which essentially means that I physically act out my dreams. My quality of sleep was terrible and I had to learn to bare with the fact that on some nights I would hurt my significant other, despite me being asleep. My unwillingness to take medicine meant that there was no cure, until this app. I have been able to literally power nap through some of the sleep stages in order to improve my quality of sleep.
