✓ Everything you wanted from Soccer StarsLike I said in the title this game is everything you wanted while playing soccer stars. There's no corners so the ball (puck) can't get pushed and guarded by the other player. The goal areas and puck are much smaller as well which makes it's not easy to get that fluke shot. And finally you can hold the puck when it's close to you which makes for those tense moment when you have possession from across the ice and can make that long shot for the win! I recommend this game if you are fed up with soccer stars and want something with more tactics involved..Version: 1.5.1

✓ Fun game but longevity is lackingIt may appear that little skill is needed at first, especially coming from soccer stars. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. This is a fun game! A purchase is required to upgrade to a better team, otherwise coins are useless except for getting a few new formations. I’ve accumulated nearly a million coins but have nothing to spend it on. As a result there is no point playing higher tier games, especially since few are playing. Sadly the only incentive is focusing on keeping your winning % up by absolutely destroying noobs..Version: 1.5.5
✓ Great game but...Hockey Stars is great and probably my favourite out of the municipal sports games. However, in this game there are to main problems for me. The salary thing needs to go, it's misleading you in to how much you will earn per game you enter and seems rather pointless. Secondly, the possession shots are overpowered, u can't remember the last time I didn't score off a possession shot or even concede to one, please do something like decreasing the radius, or making the aim harder to use or make it only available to the goalkeeper of the team, or even let a player choose a designated one of their hockey players to be able to do it, because the system of possession shots are just too OP..Version: 1.2.5

✓ A Gordie Howe hatrick of an app!This is a great little game that will get you hooked initially and will remain a pleasure to come back to time and time again. The game itself is essentially a cross between shuffle board and ice hockey (although you don't need to be an ice hockey fan to enjoy this game) and is simple to pick up but as with all good games, harder to fully master at the higher levels. Competing against fellow humans means that every game will have a uniqueness about it, even if the opening couple of plays might be familiar and there seems to be plenty available online at the various times I've tried to find a match up at short notice. The game offers in app purchases, but they're not essential in order to progress (i haven't made any so far) and there are opportunities to win tokens/cash by playing the game itself. Yes, there is the potential to add more aspects to the game, but these would be largely cosmetic and as it stands that's more than enough to it to keep players amused for ages. Go on - give it a download. Background to review: Made after having this game on my IPad / iPhone for about 3 weeks, playing it on both (iPad is easier, but game is perfectly playing on iPhone).Version: 1.2.5

✓ Soccer stars, but hockey!!!So it's like Soccer Stars. But with a puck and hockey style. It's not as easy but oh when the opposition have that glowing orange hue round their piece oh dear. But when it's round your piece oh yeah baby. But and a big but when the game suddenly quits and you win the game, don't always think they're feeling generous, 99% of the time it's the internet that's bust, so when your connection is slow, the other player will probably win.
